Very good food and service as well!! We had the seafood menu and particularly oysters, croquette and linguini with mussells were delicious. We requested a dessert change and it was not a problem. Very attentive and nice staff. I only did not like the time schedule of meals - I would prefer one dish after another than 3 dishes at once. Otherwise good and recommendable. I like also the interior decor.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Proper Italian feel, lovely wine selections, Staff were incredible and had extensive knowledge about the food and wine. We had the 'Coastal Menu' for two and a bottle of wine, the food was some of the best food we have ever eaten, especially the Linguini dish (which we cannot stop thinking about, unfortunately, we forgot to take a picture as we dived straight in when it came out!) We have not stopped telling everyone about the night and encouraging them to all go and experience it for themselves. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy another amazing night with you all. Having heard great reviews of Gallura Italian I decided to see if I could eat there tonight, despite not usually being a big fan of Italian cuisine. I mean, I don't dislike it, I just usually choose Asian cuisine. Well, today I have changed my mind! I phoned to see if they could squeeze in a last minute early dining booking and they were able to. I sat outside in the shade with a gentle breeze blowing, providing the perfect temperature. I ordered the zucchini flower, linguine, and seasonal greens. Oh my, what a delicious selection! Everything was cooked perfectly, had the perfect balance of flavours and seasoning, and was absolutely delicious. The seafood linguine was spectacular. I decided to try the traditional tiramisu, and was not disappointed! A delightfully decadent yet light way to complete this perfect meal. I don't often rave about food but I will be back to Gallura for sure. The staff were friendly and helpful without being too involved, and it was altogether lovely.

Holy Cannoli... Great food, friendly and attentive atmosphere. On a busy night the hostess still found us a spot at the front and the rhythm of the kitchen was fantastic to witness, only surpassed by the flavour and presentation of the meal

Absolutely wonderful Sardinian Italian food. The ceviche cured in gin was an absolute standout. Prosciutto (18mth) with warm bread was tasty. Seafood pasta another must try dish - all the seafood cooked to perfection.

We thought it was sorcery, the food was so incredible and the wine divine. We have travelled the world and this was the best steak I have ever had. Every part of the meal was impeccable and both wines incredible. We are local and had never been here before. We cannot believe this gem is in tweed heads! We will be back and telling everyone we know about this place. It deserves 3 Michelin stars.

We had a wonderful lunch in Gallura, thank you for providing fresh seafood pasta 🍝 and amazing service! Specially the homemade hot bread omg so yummy!! Special thanks to the lady who’s served us upstairs very welcoming and patient, will visit again.

We had a work dinner at Gallura on Thursday evening. We were sat on the second floor which was lovely and quiet. Perfect for a work function. The staff were very attentive and the food was incredible. Everything went smoothly, all the courses came out in good time. Will definitely come back again.
