Booked my first appointment for a simple check up and clean. 3 hours beforehand got a call requesting I arrive in 30 minutes because the dentist needed a longer time to do all my “scans and xrays” ?? Fast forward to arriving and the dentist was seeing another patient in my appointment time because we “had similar last names”. Since I was the last appointment of the day, there shouldn’t have been anyone else booked in, but there was because of a system error apparently. Receptionist was very lovely and offered to rebook me in, but didn’t seem like a very reliable practice at all.

Highly recommend Dr Alfred Li! Very friendly, gentle and thoughtful. His dental assistant and the receptionist today were also lovely and proficient too! Thank you :)

It is unusual to be rushed through my dental experience and my sensitivity of my teeth were not explored and discussed. I have always recommended this dental clinic but I feel they are given unreasonable expectations to fulfill by the clinic without considering patient care to be the most important aspect of the work.

Had a 12:10 appointment. Got there on time, they told me to take a seat. 12:40 comes around, nurse comes out says will only be 10 more minutes. 1pm comes back out and says will need to cancel the appointment and rebook. Complete waste of my time. Can guarantee they'd be charging me a cancellation fee if I stood them up like that.

with having major dental anxiety and avoiding dentists for a long time Dr Bhende was very patient and understanding in helping me get through a clean and checkup, lovely practice conveniently located in Garden City, will be coming back for regular checkups with Dr Bhende

I was feeling anxious about my appointment but Dr Henry Ky made me feel very comfortable and looked after. Dr Sharon is also really lovely. I would definitely recommend Pacific Smiles at Mt Gravatt

Took my 7 year old for filling. Doctor was really in a hurry that she didn’t finish cleaning up and without cleaning properly she filled the cavity. During the procedure she kept telling my kid that she will need to keep her cheek loose and mouth open otherwise she can’t work and she has other patients waiting. Told us that she will need to refer my child to other dentist as my child doesn’t let her do the job. I know my child was not leaving her mouth open for long period but I would have expected doctor to have more patience when working with kids and not constantly remind us that she has more patients waiting. We were not getting the treatment for free. Now my child will have to go through all this again. It is not just about money but having to go through this again will leave a bad impression on her about dental procedures.

Dentists are ok, always on time. Receptionist are nice as well. The only issue is their booking system is really bad. I called in to cancel my appointments 2 times because i kept receiving reminders. Staff always confirmed they already canceled it. I even asked them to check if that appointment is cancelled when I walked pass the shop. So basically, I tried to confirm about the cancellation 3 times, but for some reason, staff still called me to check if I was late for that apportionment on the day

Staff at this clinic lack experience, providing conflicting advice each time. Have been for 5 visits in 2 months and dentist still cannot establish correct course of action to fix an issue that could have proactively been addressed 12 months ago. Only giving 2 stars because staff are friendly.

Always timely, reminder messages for those who forget like myself. Very professional and kind. My daughter dislikes dentists but they were so friendly and very patient with her, she really likes this one.

Dr. Alfred Li is the best! So friendly and gentle. Only problem is waiting time. You never see the dentist in time and always wait for about 20-30min.
