I took my elderly mother to see Dr Norval for a skin check, and it was a very positive experience. Dr Norval was patient and pleasant. I think he is a very patient-focused doctor. With his camera he can show skin spots on a monitor, and he explained to me what he was looking for when looking for cancers, which I found very helpful.

Wayne and his staff are extremely professional, kind, personable and offered a very thorough experience for my skin check. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and takes no risks with sun spots and freckles and I can’t recommend his more after my extremely positive experience.

Very happy with the service from Graceville Skin Cancer Clinic. Reception is always friendly and obliging and Dr Norval is very experienced with skin checks. He also takes the time to articulate the process throughout to give you a better understanding of the procedure.

Quick (no waiting in the waiting room), professional and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. Gave me a good explanation of what is of concern and what is not. Really reassuring and I am not sure that you could ask for anything more.
