Had the absolute worst customer service experience today. As my love quite far from my closest store, I called ahead to ask if they had a certain set of working headphones on display for me to test to which the salesperson said yes. So I drove over, waited 15 minutes before finally being acknowledged and assisted only to be told they were not working. An absolute waste of my time and not to mention just lack of care for customers. Team needs a 101 on customer service.

Terrible experience. Got to the door at 17:29 when the security guys told me they were closed( they close at 17:30) not interested in an argument after a hard day at work I proceeded to get in my car. After a few seconds, a car with a woman pulls over and she simply walks in passing for the same security guy... If you need to get treated like a customer do yourself a favor and go to another store.

Who doesn't like JB?!?! Depending on how busy they are and which person you strike and the time of year to whether you get somewhere between average and excellent service. Make sure you do some level of research before you go and your experience will be fine. They probably need an extra 2-3 staff at some points in time but overall they are a great store.

no one would serve us. there were 7 customers all standing around and no staff . waited 20 min. I ended up going across to Good guys and got great service and better price

Good assistance but where way too focused on the upsell to the point of us looking to walk out, this was my experience with one staff member obviously others may be different. My wants and stipulations where not the focus of what he wanted to see happen and felt almost bullied into stuff I did not want or require

Stopped by JB HI FI Carseldine to buy a new TV. Andrew in TV department was very knowledgeable and steered us towards a better TV than we had originally picked in the same price range. Even went out of his way to see if there was a particular model in the warehouse around back. Great Service from Andrew and definitely recommend JB HI FI Carseldine.

Visited to arrange a warranty repair. Was very well looked after by Harry. Very good customer service. The warranty repair process, on the other hand, is cumbersome and the paperwork needing to be done by Harry was tedious and formulaic. Over two weeks later and neither I nor JB have been able to get any sort of progress report. (Battery not holding charge, one would expect speedy resolution - especially as repairs these days consist of assembly swapping...)

I had money to spend, a good idea of what I needed however just a little assistance on the features would have been nice but just no help and not through a lack of trying to find someone. All too hard. I left without my purchase 😏
