Authentic & delicious! Believe me when I say that as I lived in Dubai for 13 years and tasted some real Middle Eastern cuisines. The Kabab wrap was good in quantity and fair in price. Would highly recommend to try the chicken wrap for sure with curd & garlic sauce.

Good Turkish food. We tried a few different meals and they were fairly good. Dips were amazingly fresh and tasty, bread was beautiful and seasoned mince lamb skewers were delicious. However, was a bit disappointed with the other items as the chicken/lamb was dry and salad mostly tasteless as it needed a good dressing. Prices were a bit too high for the portion size and quality. Service was ordinary.

The Delightful Turk is my go to take away. Everything is super fresh and such generous serving sizes. Highly recommend! If you like a bit of spice ask them to add their homemade chilli paste!

Horrible food and horrible manager. I ordered baba ghanoush plate. Which is supposed to have baba ghanoush, tomato capsicum salsa, falafel and pita bread. What I received is yogurt base dip with falafel, no salsa what so ever, with pita bread. Baba ghanoush is supposed to be an eggplant dish. Main ingredient being eggplant and this is mostly sour yogurt. The side of hummus and tzatziki for $4 each which is way to expensive. The manager acted ridiculous and rude and probably think people are idiots who have never eaten this cuisine and will eat yogurt on the name of baba ghanoush. Paid $23 for this Ridiculous experience.

The staff was very friendly, she explained to us how she tries to make most dishes preservative free. The food was delicious and satisfying.

Decided to try a new local for take out, and was really disappointed! The falafels were flavourless and dry, the chicken in the plate was really underwhelming, and serving size was small for the quality and price - could have cooked a similar but better meal at home for less money and same amount of time. The pita and dips were good, but won’t be back.

As part of my family's trip around the world (in Brisbane), for T we picked Turkey where we were delighted by the Delightful Turk. Dining in for dinner we had the Turkish plate, which was a combination of wonderfuly seasoned lamb and chicken, acompanied by flat bread, babagnoush and sour cream dip, seasoned rice, and a typically Mediterranean salad. We also had a babagnoush plate with falafel and flat bread; lentil soup (loved and recommended by the owner, and us); and Yiros with haloumi. I washed my meal down with a Efes (Turkish) pilsner and my wife had a Turkish rosé, which was definitely on the drier end of the scale. Everything filled three people, was delicious, satisfying, and is highly recommended.

A big shout-out to this generous family run restaurant who supported our Blue Ripple charity event with their absolutely delicious dips and tasty breads. Highly recommend supporting this restaurant, generous people making delicious food, you can’t go wrong.

My go to place to eat for all occasions. If I want a nice dinner, TDT’s Turkish plates are incredible, if I want a quick meal their HSPs are the BEST in Brisbane, and everything in between is fantastic. There’s so many great options, all homemade, fresh and of the highest quality. The dining in service is unbeatable with such a unique and enjoyable environment, beautiful decorations and music. Their takeaway is just as good and made with the same care and attention to detail. Service is fast and professional, employees are all super friendly and since it’s family run it’s always such a welcoming experience. 5/5 for everything. You won’t regret eating here!!

Visited the place today and really enjoyed the meal, amazing value for money Staff was very friendly We ordered three things Turkish mix grill plate, HSP mix meat snack pack and Chicken and mushroom pide HSP and Mix grill plate was really good but wasn’t too impressed with the pide but value for money was good Super fast service and very fresh and new look and feel of the restaurant Would definitely be going back for more
