I had my first appt with LALA hair today, and my goodness I was not disappointed! Sarah was amazing, she explained everything in detail and set realistic goals for what we could do with my hair. I’m so happy with what Sarah achieved! My hair looks & feels amazing 🤩 Sandra was also amazing, her head massages were the best & she did such a good job tinting my eyebrows 😍 11/10, I will be travelling back from Sydney to see these girls again

I had a wonderful first experience at LALA! I don’t usually enjoy getting my hair done but the welcoming atmosphere, along with the beautifully decorated space, put me right at ease. The drinks menu is expansive and you’re never left wanting for more as the entire team is super attentive. My hair style and colour advice with Ebony was spot on, leaving me so happy with the results. The wide benches made it easy to work on my laptop which is a bonus.

Emily is a magician!! I have very fine hair and I had the best colour and cut that I’ve ever had. My first time at LALA and I left extremely happy with my next appointment booked in. Great atmosphere, made me feel special and no pressure to purchase products but I did anyway!!!

Loved this hair studio. Very professional, efficient, friendly, welcoming, warm environment. Also a really nice space in an old house. They really listen to what you’re looking for. I liked that it was a pretty quick process altogether and didn’t take hours out of my day. Thanks for the great experience. Will definitely be back!

Sarah is AMAZING. I am always so anxious going to the hairdresser and decided to try out Lala hair today for the first time. Do yourself an favour and book in with Ebony, she is AMAZING! I have spent years struggling with dry and damaged hair, and following the advice of other hair dressers that just wasn’t working. She was able to share her knowledge on exactly what products my hair needed (without being pushy) and I can honestly say it has not looked or felt this amazing in a very long time!!! Her cutting/styling is also amazing and I left feeling extremely happy with the service. She has told me that she will not be foiling my hair until it has repaired which, as annoying as that may sound, I’m super appreciative of as it shows that she cares about my hair health and I am really valued as a client. Grateful to have finally found such a fantastic hairdresser 😊

Super happy to have found this salon. Emily always does a great job on my hair, gives me great advice when what I’m proposing won’t work, and gives me alternatives to get to something I can maintain. All of the other stylists are lovely too, very welcoming and efficient regardless of how busy they are 😊

I sent my 13 year old daughter in by herself as she was wanting her hair cut before going back to school. Sarah made her feel comfortable and took wishlist for her cut and made it a reality. Sarah’s personal experience with curly hair helped my daughter feel confident in how her cut would turn out.

I recently moved to Brisbane and was nervous about finding a new stylist. However, my experience at LALA was absolutely fantastic! The studio was welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. My stylist, Emily is very skilled and listened to my (all over the place) preferences. I left the studio with a colour that I absolutely loved. On top of that, I also got my eyebrows done and they looked amazing!!

Was very pleased with the overall result. I have very thick, long hair so was nervous to try a new hairdresser. However, Leigh did such an amazing job, I will definitely be going back in the future. When I made the move back to Brisbane, one of my biggest concerns was finding a new hairdresser — I really didn’t need to worry about that! I’ve been going to LaLa for nearly a year now and won’t be looking back. The whole salon feels like a family. It’s such a cohesive team and everyone makes you feel welcome. Ebony though… wow! For my first visit, I booked in with the “I don't know what I want” appointment. Ebony and I talked through some different options for my new hair journey. It was clear from that appointment that she not only has the knowledge, but can also back that up with the skills. I’ve never walked out of a salon feeling as good about myself as I do with Ebony. I cannot recommend her enough.
