There was a mother who came into this Foot Locker to find shoes for her daughter, who happens to have a disability and a skin condition. The service (or lack thereof) was appalling and the worker who was asked for assistance would not even check if the shoes fit properly. She was impolite, and rude. I understand that everyday may not be a good day but the fact that she happily addressed other people in the store and treated this mother and daughter as “less than”, is unacceptable. The workers name was Chetra V and the date was 17/04/2023.

Great service up front. Asked if I could put a set of shies on hold for a day, lady put a not on it end of day 12th. I rock up lunch time on the 12th another staff member put them but in stock pile, clearly can't read or doesn't care. Good news was they were still available. Happy with my new shoes.

I broke my toe on 1st April this year and have done damage to the side of my foot from it. I explained the injury and pain and I was recommended a pair of shoes .... I walked the Vegas Strip 2 days ago in them and came back not limping, then I walked the Grand Canyon on uneven ground and rocks and only felt something one time in the hours of walking, but still came back without a limp. My foot hasn't felt this comfortable in 5 months! The staff know what they're talking about and know what they're recommending!!!

I went to Foot Locker to purchase a pair of sneakers on sale. I was thrilled when Shan showed me a pair half price. After trying them on, I was happy to say they were the right fit and extremely comfortable. I received excellent service from Shan throughout 👏. I am a satisfied customer, and I will return another time if the need arises.

Had a very pleasurable experience today at browns plains foot locker with Zion, she was perfect she took the time to ask questions and she cared about my service nothing was to hard for her. Massive thumbs up zion thanks. Retail world needs more people like her.
