Terrible service, the sales staff were arguing about who had to serve the customers, Your reviews suggest it’s time to do some training.

Got served on Thursday the 26th of October 2023 i brought 2 pairs of crocs which was $160 there was a thing going on saying spend over $100 store wide and get a 20% discount I then asked the person at the checkout for the 20% discount. She had no clue what it was. I then showed her the sign and she’s like please tap your card and I was like the 20% discount and she goes 160. On card when you’re ready, I feel like all staff should know about the discount. And what is going on in the shop not happy with this experience

Called the store multiple times to buy some fins and the phone was answered but on mute until I hung up.

DON’T GO THERE! I don’t think the staff are friendly at all. They are NOT polite and NOT welcoming. All the Citybeach stores I’ve been were good. But this one, it’s a No. Hate this shop. I feel like treated with NO respect. Definitely not recommended.

Just want to pass on my thanks and gratitude to Amelia, the staff member at Pacific Fair who processed my purchases today. There was a problem with an incorrect scan on one of my items, on top of this the refund total was also wrong due to a system glitch and through no fault of her own but she calmly and professionally managed to sort out the problem. I hope management will forward to Amelia my appreciation of her help this afternoon.

Not enough staff. 20 minute line up just to pay. I’d rather steal it. Don’t waste your time here!!

We went to Pacific Fair on the 14th of January. We wanted to look at a Tommy Hilfiger watch that was locked up. We asked the staff member if we could look at it and their response was 'I don't have a key, I can't help you' and shurgged his shoulders. Just pure laziness or just no clue how to do his job. Anyway we walked away and they lost out on a $400 sale. Not impressed at all. Train your staff better.
