Huge range of consoles and games at great prices. We’ve added so many games to our ps2 & Nintendo ds lite collection. Only place we can find games for these consoles. The staff at Riverlink are friendly and helpful. Only negative is that the young man whose hair completely covers his eyes & nose down to his mouth, does make me anxious. Being unable to see if someone is looking at you and is ready to serve you when you have anxiety, is very awkward and uncomfortable. He is very polite and helpful. It would just be better if he kept his eyes visible to help customers know when he’s looking at them and ready to answer questions, process purchases etc.

Went in. Bought some games. Got home. Played some of them. Took them back for a free disc cleaning. Went out with discs practically spotless.

Purchased 4 preowned games this morning. Walked to counter and happily greeted female staff member. Little to no acknowlegement. We asked if we could please do a disc check before purchasing. Staff member was standoffish and rude that we even asked, with slamming products on the counter. Insisted that I pay before I even did the disc check. What disgusting customer service. Will never be using this store again.

If I could I would give them a 0 star, my sister brought a PS4 and kept coming up with an error code and corrupted files when we took the product back within a couple of weeks they basically called my sister a liar and then said they could exchange it but when they were they said they're not going to do it. cex is nothing but dodgy people who rip people of some much for having 24 month warranty on everything you buy and I will be making sure I call up the head office and make a complaint about this store and the staff in their is rude especially the males that work in their because your a female their very sexist.

Very good shop bought lots of ps3 games for very cheap some cases are a bit beat up but most are in good condition good workers only problem I've had is I bought call of duty modern warfare 2 for 3 dollars with a 20 dollar note and got no change but that's my fault for not asking I just wasent paying attention and I know 2 people which have bought 2 consoles there which work great.

Customer service SUCKS, bought a laptop that said 8GB ram and it only has 4GB and they say I can’t return it, women I spoke to about it was rude and degrading towards me, don’t go here at all!

Absolute Rip-off..wanting $170 for a ps2 then you have to buy the controller ontop of that separately.. stay away from these thieves..

Awesome place to get some nostalgia. Old games and platforms. Staff are excellent and knowledgeable.
