Disgusting and embarrassing...don't use these guys. My box and another staff members box delivered today (Friday), food was supposed to be delivered Wednesday but that didn't happen, despite clear delivery instructions on both boxes. Boxes turn up today damaged, ice blocks no longer frozen, food clearly going bad as smell is terrible, and meal container damaged. For goodness sake do not use, someone's going to get ill.

Recently started up with youfoodz again, wow what a mistake!! Food came damaged in my first box! 2nd box due to be delivered tomorrow morning and I have just received a txt stating they have cancelled my order with less than 24hrs notice! I don't drive and now left with no food for the week and they say I'll receive a full refund in up to 5 working days?! WTAF

Old system was great, new system really poor. Cancelled boxes, they still arrived. Wasn't even going to be home. Food was wasted. Cancelled account. Still billed and arrived. Only 50% refund. Payments now blocked. Spent 20mins confirm that my account is now fully cancelled. 2 years ago it's was great. Now I would sat avoid at all costs.

There's so many issues I've had with this company so I'll just summarise them: • The help section on the website states that there's a "Deactivate my plan" option under "Plan Settings". There is not, the only options you have under plan settings are to change how many meals you want etc. To deactivate the plan you need to contact them, and there's still a high chance the plan still won't actually be deactivated and they will continue to charge you. • When they charge you after you tried to cancel, they refuse to refund the amount or cancel the pending payment. • They substitute meals that you specifically selected without informing you or letting you reselect another meal so you end up with meals that you may not be able to eat and therefore end up wasted. • Some meals have been of poor quality with plastic being found in them. • One driver left a delivery out in the sun on a hot day so the box was no longer cold (they used to leave it at the front door in the shade).

Used to be great before they got bought out. I've been back for 2 weeks with a delivery date of Monday. Last week it arrived Thursday and this week arrived today. Also had the blandest rissotto I've ever had and somehow they made it dry? Supposedly it was chicken and pumpkin but the only evidence of pumpkin was that the rice was orange. If you want a meal prep service that's reliable it's not this one anymore!

Have been getting these meals delivered for about two months now. However they keep substituting meals without notice and the substituted meals are not what we would order or eat. Contacting YouFoodz is a waste of time and it is a waste of money to purchase meals only to have them substituted for meals that will just be thrown out. The first time it happened, I phoned YouFoodz, and was offered a credit for the substituted meal. Second time I couldn't be bothered wasting my time. This time with two meals, I have tried to contact them only to find there is no longer a phone number and they haven't bothered to respond to the so called Live Chat. Pretty sure it is illegal to take someone's money and not supply what they have ordered - it is called FRAUD!

Absolutely love these guys meals they are so fresh and tasty and its so exciting to receive the big box of goodies I ordered for the next 2 weeks and at an affordable price and we'll worth it. Compliments to the chefs, very impressed and a very satisfied customer!!

Most of the food is nice, but it is a bit limited being mostly variations of chicken and rice. Personally I need more options with vegetable sides as I'm buying these to get balanced healthy diet. The meals being refrigerated instead of frozen is handy as they reheat fast, but far less convenient than fresh frozen that will keep in the freezer for months. Only having the option to subscribe is inconvenient, I've unsubscribed for now as I have a surplus and they don't keep long. Fingers crossed they don't keep billing me like I see in many reviews.

YouFoodz is an excellent option for meals. There is a good selection available, with flexibility in how many meals and how often you order. The skip,option is very handy. The meals are delicious. I’ve been eating mostly YouFoodz meals for about two months and am still enjoying them. Customer service is also excellent with pleasant, efficient customer service operators.
