There's
so
many
issues
I've
had
with
this
company
so
I'll
just
summarise
them:
•
The
help
section
on
the
website
states
that
there's
a
"Deactivate
my
plan"
option
under
"Plan
Settings".
There
is
not,
the
only
options
you
have
under
plan
settings
are
to
change
how
many
meals
you
want
etc.
To
deactivate
the
plan
you
need
to
contact
them,
and
there's
still
a
high
chance
the
plan
still
won't
actually
be
deactivated
and
they
will
continue
to
charge
you.
•
When
they
charge
you
after
you
tried
to
cancel,
they
refuse
to
refund
the
amount
or
cancel
the
pending
payment.
•
They
substitute
meals
that
you
specifically
selected
without
informing
you
or
letting
you
reselect
another
meal
so
you
end
up
with
meals
that
you
may
not
be
able
to
eat
and
therefore
end
up
wasted.
•
Some
meals
have
been
of
poor
quality
with
plastic
being
found
in
them.
•
One
driver
left
a
delivery
out
in
the
sun
on
a
hot
day
so
the
box
was
no
longer
cold
(they
used
to
leave
it
at
the
front
door
in
the
shade).
