This medical centre needs to improve their customer service and quality of care. Not only are we being charged for each appointment now, but the doctors seem to be rushing us out of there which brings into question the value of the appointments. There are some good doctors here but they are usually pretty booked up. I have been to this medical center all my life and have only just now for the first time considered trying a new practice due to it's downfall in quality.

I am not happy. All I ask for is to speak to a doc ,bulk bill as I have a cold and don't want to come in to surgery. I was told that they don't bulk bill . I asked why then does it say your surgery on Google is a half pay up front and half bulk bill.i was told that 2 of the Drs would bulk bill ,BUT only if I was a regular patient of theirs. So I informed the receptionist that I had been a patient for over 20yrs. She asked my name and informed me that I hadn't been to see a doctor for a while so I didn't qualify .not impressed at all. I'm sorry but greed is a sin. God bless all of you.

I would give zero stars if I could. Rude, disgusting, unhelpful receptionist. Was due for a call from the doctor, waited an hour and a half for the call. The doctor never called. I had to call the clinic twice. And AGAIN the next day! Only to be told I needed to pay before I could speak to my doctor. After refusing to pay for their stuff around, I was told to go to a new clinic. Honestly, I’ve been coming here for 9 years, but I’ll NEVER step foot in this horrible place again. Don’t use this clinic.

Rang to book an appointment and specifically ask for treatment method. The rep lady said with confident yes they will do same method. Guess what they they give wrong info and charge my 9 years old under my name because they can't charge under 16 as it's all bulk billed.

I've been a patient since 1996 however not a very sickly person my last attendance was 15 months ago. I unfortunately had a medical issue this week and was not advised when calling to book, nor when I attended the front counter to provide my details that costs were now involved. Since being a patient, this cost has never come up, advised or been discussed. I'm not upset about having to pay, however the treatment of being called at home while sick and uncontrollably coughing while being treated like I had stolen something by staff after the fact was very unprofessional. The whole interaction with a long term patient of the clinic was unprofessional given they had multiple opportunities to state the procedure had changed and payment would be required, non of which occured before the demand for payment phone call. I will never attend the centre again after how I was treated.

Reception were very helpful, however the doctor charged me quite handsomely for first consultation, then sent me home all over New Year with inadequate Painkillers, I was in agony, advised me to call a private Radiology practice where I had to pay again for X ray/scan, then on the basis of their findings the doctor set up another consultation at yet another cost only to send me back to the same Radiology practice to administer an injection, yet again at my cost,? This whole Gravy Train situation is rubbish, felt like the infirm being held to ransom and seemingly no care for patient discomfort, extremely disappointing experience.

Doctor was thorough and lovely to be with. The ladies at the desk were fun. A pleasant experience all round.

As a first time patient here, I found the reception staff very polite and helpful. My appointment was on time and the Dr was very thorough. Practice and clean with plenty of seating. Happy to recommend this practice.
