I had a very positive experience today shopping at the Capalaba store and despite it being super busy as it was the Boxing Day sales, the customer service was second to none. I went in to buy a particular computer but ended up buying a different one which was significantly cheaper after speaking with a lovely salesperson called Kyle. Kyle spent approx an hour with me answering all my questions, despite the store being very busy. He was able to explain everything to me and I thus, made a very confident purchase. The store franchise owner was also very friendly and very helpful. This is the first time that I have shopped at this store and I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service.

A big thank you to Michael for helping us select our new fridge. It was made easy with his knowledge of the products and he even got us a nice quick delivery. It was a refreshing change from the other pushy sales people. Thanks again Michael 👍..

I have dealt with Kyle twice now and he was the reason I went back a second time to purchase a laptop. His Knowledge was excellent and he really does his best to offer great advice and do the best deal he can for the customer. Very happy!

The sales staff in the electronics department were too busy on their phones or too engrossed in small talk with their colleagues to see what sort of watch and TV we wanted to buy,,,, sorry but we're off to JB hifi where these guys are very helpful

Disappointing counter sales service. The gentleman who served me didn't seem like he wanted to be at work. It made the whole shopping experience at this Harvey Norman pretty bleak.

We bought a fridge/freezer of Michael T at Capalaba, QLD. He is an excellent sales person. I don't leave reviews as they are time consuming but Michael T deserves my time. He knew everything about the fridges. He was full of knowledge, he was up to date with the QLD Energy Smart Rebate and explained it to me. He also was up to date with what manufacturers were offering with their own rebates. He was so professional, so polite, easy to understand and he knew his job. He was happy to give me information on what I wanted and was never pushy. Although we chose the fridge, he gave us all the information to make an informed choice. Thanks Michael T :)

Wasn't the best experience. Went in looking for ink cartridges and a laptop. I wasn't even looked at and not approached. Pity really. I ended up getting the ink cartridges from Big W and the laptop from Office works. It felt like they didn't judge me by my rugby shorts T shirt and trainers. I won't go back to HN Capalaba.

Older lady where vacuums is useless - no idea what’s she’s even selling I asked to purchase a Dyson and time she ringed it up and put through I asked her why it was cheaper after I paid? Oh I gave u the cheaper one Never told me nor let me know and said well it’s the same as the other attachments are different then proceeded to google the answer and caparison I asked for refund now have to wait so many for my bank to put through next time will just go straight to good guys
