Great to have a Priceline in forest lake finally! Range isnt the biggest, they lack a few things but have most the main stuff. Service is great!

I have been here several times over a period of 2 years and every single time the old lady with blonde hair has been very rude. She has no compassion, is unsympathetic and uncaring, is very judgemental as well as dismissive and has very poor customer service skills. She has also messed up my medication a few times with no apoligies. As someone who works in healthcare and deals with vonerable people you would think she'd be nicer and the thought of having to go in there to deal with her makes me incredibly anxious.

Don’t bother going if you need your medication straight away. 5 times now I’ve had to wait for them to get the medication ordered in. All 5 times they’ve said they would call me when it came. All 5 times I’ve had to call them myself or just go in an hope. This now time 5 and I’ve been waiting 3 weeks. It took them TWO WEEKS to communicate with me that there was a shortage supply and that was when I called about my medication. I was than told they had gotten some from another store and they gave me one bigger tub to get me through the weekend till they could drop that off Monday. I went in to being Thursday to pick up this supply that was suppose to be there on Monday apparently it doesn’t come in until this afternoon? Where is the communication? Absolutely no apology from the staff the staff have no idea. I’m honestly over it.

Once again this pharmacy is problem. Closes at 12 but has there doors locked at 11.25 after telling me to come back in hour for my medication. Phones are switched to close. Yeh cool. Pharmacist didn’t seem like she had a clue either.

Lorraine and the team provide an exceptional service and are very much about the client.

Staff members are so rude, not welcoming at all, stood clueless for 15 minutes & one staff member just kept walking past me & not even a smile. Asked another staff member for help & she replied “yeah with what” in a very rude tone .. if your not built to deal with customers or to serve people, you shouldn’t be in the customer service industry !

Management need to train their staff at this store not to socialise with other staff at the register was served by a Sarah she kept talking to her other staff collegue whilst serving and didnt even greet us absolutely rude!

Friendly, quick service. Staff are happy to provide answers to questions and provide alternatives to brand medication when asked. Good range of products, large store.

What a great shop filled with great staff - lovely Lorraine gave me my Flu vaccine and explained all the ins and outs of it. Sarah went above and beyond researching a vitamin ingredient and finding the products that contained it for me! fantastic service, friendly and helpful.

Pathetic service. Highly unprofessional. Price is cheap. But staff is unaware what is happening. Ordered some medicine waited for two days only to be told no transaction has gone through, even I have a receipt to prove I have paid.
