Was tattooed by a young fella named Riley last week on Thursday and he was very under qualified for his position. The tattoo looks terrible I’m not happy with that whole approach, Shop with caution there it’s might be in the city, but that doesn’t mean it’s good. I cannot wait for it to heal completely, so I can black it out… I should never have gone there, except they were the only one in Brisbane City that we’re doing walkins on that day… If you must go to the shop, I suggest you see Jake he’s awesome!

Love this place. Been tattoed by Jake and Luke and they're both super talented and super lovely. The girl at the counter (Cheyanne I think) is so friendly and always has the biggest smile when you walk in. Will definitely be back. Not the best photos, but the crew are super talented and would be happy to make you some amazing original artworks!

All of my 3 experiences getting inked here have been wonderful and well worth my time and money. The shop is welcoming and clean,(I love their workspaces that show off each artist's individuality), reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative and my tattoo artist 'Chey' (I hope I got that right) 😉was absolutely lovely to talk to and extremely talented. All questions were answered and she really wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted so that I could walk away happy. 🙂 Touch ups if needed are free. An aftercare sheet was provided too of course. Feel free to ask questions as staff are more than happy to help. The overall chill vibe of the establishment really helped me to feel comfortable and relaxed. I don't really understand how they have any negative reviews!? 🤔 If I had to complain then it would be that the music could have been a playlist that was more diverse beyond hip-hop and rap. ( I was informed later that staff take daily turns in choosing playlists).😏 I will definitely be returning and and plan on becoming a regular customer. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. 🙂 *Update* I did need to go back for a minor touch up once the tattoo had healed. No biggie. The end result is pure perfection. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am a new customer at wild at heart and I had my tattoo done by Hep he was warm and friendly from the get go and the work he has done was spectacular. he understood what I wanted from the picture I gave him and he created a masterpiece, I have received nothing but compliments from all my friends and family.  Thankyou  Hep and Wild at heart.

I went here for a walk in tattoo and was so so happy with the service. I have been to a good few different tattoo places and have never felt so comfortable. I was tattooed by Cheyanne (so sorry if spelt wrong) and she was so professional and helpful. I gave her a bad quality picture to start off with and she took the time to change the design to how I wanted it (despite me being a same day walk in) and did such a good job, I’m really happy with the end result. Also worth mentioning that the lady on the front desk (didn’t catch her name) was so lovely and welcoming too.

I have been going to wild at heart tattoo several times now to have my sleeve completes, Luke is the artist who carried out my work and for that I am hugely grateful.his art is second to none,, has a hand of an angel, and connects with his work. He ceases to amaze me with his commitment, knowledge, approach and ability to put down what is in your head. Thank you Luke, I will always be in your debt for giving me my family, keep doing what you are doing. The greatest artist I know I would recommend in a heartbeat beat. Love you all at wild at heart. Absolutely obsessed with the floral fine line tattoo I got from Lincoln! Amazing attention to detail and pure talent - he did most of it freehand and continuously amended the design as he went so we got the best result for my body - sooo happy with how it turned out!!

Came for a brief holiday decided I wanted a few tattoos. Babs did such a great job. He was extremely helpful, willing to swap and change up the designs, made me feel completely comfortable and at home. Couldn't have asked for a better time!!

Went in as a walk in and got a little worried when getting in the elevator because if the strip club signs. But they welcomed me wholeheartedly and with the utmost professionalism. I wanted two small tattoos, but wasn't too sure about one of them and decided against it in the end. They gave me all the time and space I needed to make the decision without trying to sell me on it or influence it in any way which I found fantastic. The tattoo is beautifully done and they included my wishes and changes to the design and took the time to get everything right. I felt very much in good hands and would definitely recommend!

I recommend everything! They were warm and welcoming - thank you Imogen and Andrew was fantastic, particularly with line work. They were also very reasonably priced. If I am ever in town again, I will be back. Thank you so much for allowing a walk in and doing a fantastic job!

Had to cover up both tattoos I got from yana (photos attached of original). Extremely upset by the results and feel very ripped off. Unfortunately the work she did on me did not match the work she posts on her social media. Maybe I got unlucky and she was in a rush both days I'm not sure. Despite this I do have lots of praise for the girls at reception, they recognised me after only a couple times going there and were always super sweet. The overall vibe of the studio is great and chey is wonderful (she has moved studios now though).

Went in this morning and was tattooed by Liv who was an absolute treasure! She fit us in pretty last minute and was super accommodating! Love our halvacados!

First timer at Wild at Heart and it did not disappoint! Groovy space, calm vibe (great music btw). Saw Yana for my pieces and she was phenomenal!!! Super in tune to every detail, helpful and kind. I am so happy with the results and will most definitely be returning!

Just got my tattoo done there today. The staff were lovely. Pricing was exactly what i was expecting for the high-quality results. Definitely going to be going back there. Ethan did an amazing job, and the rest of the team really made you feel welcome and did amazing tattoos on the others that i saw. First tattoo, and someone else was there for their first aswell. And they made both of us feel comfortable and ready before beginning, and were happy to take breaks if i needed.

Easily the best tattoo parlour I’ve been to! Staff were so nice and prices were more than reasonable. Very accommodating and easy to chat with before, during and after tattoo. Will definitely come again! (P.S. - don’t be a prick and respect these artists during their fantastic work!)

My favourite tattoo shop! I feel like royalty whenever I come in. All staff go above and beyond to create a fun, yet safe & comfortable environment. I’ve been tattooed here almost 10 times and have never had a bad experience. Yana is a super talented artist who is very friendly, down to earth and patient. What a fantastic place. From the moment I walked into Wild at Heart I felt comfortable and welcome. The lady who did my tattoo; Yana, was prompt, professional and a great conversationalist. I was absolutely thrilled with the work she did. Best tattoo shop in Brisbane. Upon entry you are always greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome. Paperwork is always done in a breeze. All the artists are wonderful. I’ve now seen Yana for several pieces, she is always on time, ready with the design and eager to start. I won’t visit another shop in Brisbane and nor should anyone else. Wild at heart is one of the best studios in Brisbane. Super clean, professional but also still has its own funky quirky vibe. Staff are lovely and are always a treat to chat with. Their talent individually and a whole makes wild at heart the only studio I’ll ever go back to. I’ve had a couple of pieces done by Yana and they are hands down my favourite works I’ve had done.

The email booking and pricing process was seamless. I’de made an appointment somewhat last minute with Pancho - the BEST decision of my life. He’s so gentle and considerate, takes his time and gives good critique on positioning. He aspires to make you leave there a hundred percent happy with the outcome. I’ll certainly be booking with him in the future!

I visited seven tattoo shops with a design I wanted tattooed, no body wanted to accept the challenge. My last stop for the day was here. I was lucky enough that Cathy was working that day and overheard the conversation I was having with the receptionist. Once she saw my design she immediately got excited and started making notes and I was booked in one week later. She has done well above what I could of ever dreamed of, the interactions at each session have been lovely and I look forward to every time I go. Being a frequent visitor I have had the pleasure of meeting the other artists, each one as lovely and talented as you could ever hope for and the receptionists are just so kind and fantastic. I can’t express enough praise to each and every person who works here. You are all fantastic. It has a wonderful family based feel to the place that just makes you feel welcome and comfortable to be there, even if I wasn’t getting tattooed I would go here just for the lovely people and atmosphere. Cathy, Bernhard well done and congratulations on such a fantastic shop, you should be very proud of the place you have.

Very professional and quick service, I was able to show them some designs I wanted and get a fair quote before booking (on relatively short notice). On the day I was able to go over a few layouts and sizes with Dhruv before starting. Overall very friendly staff and I would definitely recommend this studio.

I love Wild at Heart! They are my favourite tattoo studio - considering over the past 20+ years they have done the majority of my tattoos... granted there was about 20 years between tattoos! I had some soot sprites from Totoro and Spirited away done on my left forearm about two months ago and I honestly could not be happier! Luke who did the tattoo was a brilliant - I loved his suggestions based on a vague idea of what I wanted done. All the staff at W@H are honestly brilliant, the communication before I had the tattoo was done was awesome. Also I approached a few places about getting the sprites done and I have to say that Wild at Heart actually came in at the most affordable. I will definitely be going back when I can afford to get more tattoos done.

I have had 4 tattoos from 3 different artists and can’t fault any of them. From my initial contact via email everyone was so friendly. Always happy to give you design ideas and advice until you’re confident with your choice. The girl at the counter makes you feel so welcome and all of the artists are genuinely nice people. I travel 7 hours for these guys and won’t go anywhere else. Convenient location in Queen street and spacious studio.

Had a perfect experience here for my first tattoo with Lincoln. Everyone was so friendly and encouraging and I felt comfortable through the entire process. Really beautiful studio too. Highly recommend!

Botched the easiest and simplest tattoo touch-up on ink fallout on a forearm tattoo by Liris. Fully reworked despite request of simple small touch-up. Result is disfigured and fully scarred. Poor communication with no written aftercare even offered. Full refund given by owner Cathy along with excuses. Referred to Google when asked about aftercare. Lack of care. Do not recommend.
