Best doctors. I have recommended them to many people because service is exceptional. The front staff are so friendly and helpful. The doctors take an interest in you as a person and listen and actually help. Great for the whole family. On-site nurse. Pharmacy next door.

Dis-functional and unreliable. Waiting time a week to see doctor, organise tests for daughter, doctors unwell on appointment day to get results so next appointment is a week later. Previously waiting up to half an hour past appointment time, that's ok for us to wait. Booked at 8am for standard consultation, wife and child waiting out the front, the practice call me (husband) that daughter has not made the appointment 8:10am and next appointment is a week's time (not checking outside). Call the wife who is there and told to rebook in a week, all wanting to know is if test results for daughter need medical attention now many weeks of stomach pain! again can't provide any indication of test results, doctor has no time to say yes or no (now 8:13am). Don't waste your time on poor practice policies and staff, find another practice, reviews of years ago don't match the current operation of this practice.

I have been going to this medical centre since I was born (almost 30years ago) and over my time I’ve found this is hands down the BEST medical centre I have ever been to. We don’t live in the area anymore but I’m more than happy to travel to see our trusted doctor!! The staff are warm & welcoming and the doctors are exceptional!!! Plus it’s bulk billed which is perfect for us and our family. 5 ⭐️

Have been using this practice for 13+yrs, i have had nothing but a Fantastic experience during this time, having seen 4 GPs in this period. Unfortunately, I have now moved out of the region and will miss All that I have known and dealt with.

Although it’s never ideal to be needing to see the GP unexpectedly, my experience was fantastic. Kelvin & the team were kind, accommodating and very professional. I’m really glad to have such a good practice soo close to home. Thanks for everything 🙏🏼

My husband has been attending this practice for over 20 years. I made the decision to move from my current practice to Rochedale Family Practice. I have been very impressed with how the practice operates. They are very welcoming of a new client. I had a check with a practice nurse prior to meeting with my new GP. I only required a prescription however Dr Patel was very thorough. I left the practice with a list of checks to have done in the coming weeks to complete the full check up and that will provide Dr Patel a full view of my current health. Highly recommend RFP.

I have been through deep personal tragedy and lost all faith in the medical profession. Rochedale family practice, from the beautiful caring and professional team on reception to all the doctors within this clinic and nurses in the treatment room I feel blessed to have returned to my home town clinic. My parents brought me to this clinic when I was 5years old, I saw the lovely lady drs here when I was pregnant with my own children in 2002 and 2003. I had lost my trust and faith over the years. I would like to sincerely thank all the team at Rochedale family practice for actually caring about mine and my children’s health and wellbeing.

Dr.San has been my Physician for quite a while and is a first rate doctor. The clinic is efficient, friendly and pleasant to visit. Nothing is an issue for them from reception to all medical staff I've dealt with, kudos to the practice.

Dr Golding is such a kind, caring and thorough doctor. She never rushes you out the door and it's easy to see that she really cares about her patients. Only had good experiences with reception too, highly recommend this clinic.

Wow, totally awesome experience! Medical staff are patient advocates, compassionate, caring, great at communication and challenge the status quo. They look at alternatives to treat the cause rather than the other doctors who are just prescriptive with symptoms. Real doctors who do good because they can. No aggression, no bullying, no arrogance and no ‘my way or the highway’!

Dr Jadon Ting is a fantastic doctor. He asks the right questions and he listens, it feels like he is genuinely interested in helping people manage their health. Gives great advice and clear instructions. The front reception staff are friendly and know their stuff. The nurses too. We are lucky to have this practice in our community.

As a new patient this was the first time I experienced what a doctors appointment should feel like. Thorough, organised (just busy), I like the system in place. My doctor was lovely and covered as much as possible with me regarding why I was there. Didn't feel like I was rushed out.

As always Dr Aung gave full attention to my issues & gave me sound advice on prospective treatments. I'm lucky to have a caring doctor looking after me. Am grateful & appreciative.

Rochedale Family Practice is a caring professional Practice. Doctor Sunaina Patel is a very diligent caring doctor. I have had good experiences of all the other doctors that I have seen in the practice. Administration staff and nursing staff are courteous respectful, and efficient.

Fantastic medical centre and staff. I have been looking for a new GP to work with for some time now with no great success as my previous family GP has retired. I was thoroughly impressed with Dr Tom Hockings whom i saw. A young doctor with excellent bedside manner, very professional and most of all, he listened and didn't rush my consultation. The reception staff were also very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Rochedale Family Practice will be my new medical centre going forward for the long term.

The best doctor experience I've ever had. Sunaina Patel is incredibly kind and compassionate. She really sought to understand and listen to me when I needed it most. In the past I've had doctors treat me simply as a number, whereas Sunaina really took the time to care for me as a person. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate doctor.

Overall great clinic. Have seen a few different doctors over the last few years, someone is always available at short notice. Also, the ones I have seen take the time to talk, and sometimes ask other general health questions unrelated to your visit, giving you a chance to discuss other minor problems - discussions that never seems to come up at other clinics where it all seems about fast turnover. Highly recommend this place. Also, online booking portal is awesome!
