Stopped here yesterday to see about a replacement car key. The guy seemed under pressure with just two customers at the same time - he looked so panicked? Anyway, he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking how much it would be. His answers were one word “yes/no” answers making him very awkward to talk to.

Just meet Chris at Mister Minit - such a lovely young man. Put two new holes in my belt and didn’t even charge me. Couldn’t recommend his services more highly. Thanks Chris!

After receiving a watch for my birthday, I gave 'Mister Minit' a call to see if he could take some links out of the strap for me that day. One swift, helpful call later, and I was on my way. 'Chris', was as polite, helpful and professional in person as he was on the phone. A quick fitting and the time it took to have a leisurely coffee was all it took and helped make an excellent birthday better. I'll definitely be returning.

I had a watch battery replaced 1 year ago tho it went flat within a year. The warranty for the battery was for 2 years. Which they replaced no worries at all. I found Chris to be very helpful and polite. Yes! I would recommend this place. Thanks!

Walked in a few minutes before close, not realising what time it was. The young English gentleman was only too happy to help me, and cut my keys then and there without a hassle.
