If you haven't been here, you should definitely try it! We are family of 4. They take reservations only for party of 8 plus. We went during odd hours on a weekday to avoid crowd. Ordered best of both worlds. Liked the spicy broth . It was flavourful and spicy. Wouldn't suggest if you can't take spicy food. Other broth was mild and was perfect for kids. It was a bit salty. We ordered custard buns for dessert. It wasn't the best. Overall we loved our experience here!

Can't go wrong with anything here, but def get the mix.... Spicy both in one half. It does get spicier with evaporation but they kept refilling. Food was fresh and service was amazing. Ben was our server and he had all the attention to detail!

Changed to 1 star because management changed the discount advertisement to make it more restrictive after the discount period was already advertised. It’s a shame some people are so cheap. The company sent the discount requirements but was told the manager didn’t like it. Will never eat here again because of the poor business practice. -Ate here on a Monday evening to get the $32 all you can eat special. -The options for food were great, but not quite as varied as Goku or Super Hotpot, yet the individual trays that came out were larger and the meat was cut finer, thus making the food here better overall. -Atmosphere was simple. We were sat in the back room and that was enjoyable. -Music seemed to be off a playlist they can change. -Pot came with one regular ladle and one ladle with holes, which is awesome -my soda was only $2 with refills in a heavy wine glass so that was great! -the Lego Chinese money tree was just awesome seeing it at the front counter. -Service was fast and excellent. -They have a 20% off special going on 08-31AUG2023 as shown in last picture ***discount was changed to a la cadre items only… just now (14AUG) due to management decision, NOT company decision.

One of the best hotpot places! I would recommend to try a seafood combo - so good!! Ice cream in the end - must-have!😍

One of the best hotpot places I’ve tried in the south bay. Went with a group of 5 people. The broth we tried was “best of both worlds” in which one flavour was spicy and other one was mild. Mushroom broth is also a good one for vegetarians. Lamb meat is a must try!! Also tried the noodles and veggies like corn, broccoli and lotus stem. Overall, a very good experience! Got a free ice-cream in the end😄 Happy hours: Monday-Thursday from 11:30am to 4:30pm ($4 off on all meats)

This place is very close to work and I’ve always wanted to try it, but just never had time to enjoy the true hotpot experience during lunch hour so have not tried it yet. Saw they were having a 35% off deal so couldn’t pass it up! Was glad I did, it was a great experience. I had the spicy/non-spicy soup base, and both broth had great flavor. I also had beef, lamb, tong hau veggies, and tofu sheets. I also added the mochi dessert to finish off the meal, after all it’s 35% off the bill! Everything was yummy. Meat quality was actually pretty good even though I ordered the cheapest cuts ($10 each before discount). It was way too much food though, for one person probably 1 meat dish and 1-2 sides would be quite sufficient. Some suggestions- please cut the tong hau! I’ve never had it in any hotpot restaurants where the whole stem was served. Just makes it difficult to eat with the scalding soup. Also, please consider having some kind of lunch special combo for single diners- would be great to have a variety of ingredients instead of a lot of one thing. Also will make it faster to order and serve, and makes it a more attractive choice for a weekday lunch. Overall solid place. They also have free lemonade and soft serve but they don’t advertise it.

Went here as a group of 4 vegetarians, including one who doesn’t eat mushrooms. Was a great experience — they had a delicious non-mushroom veggie broth and a wide array of vegetables, noodles, tofu options to put into the hotpot. We did a half/half pot with spicy broth on one side and mild on the other — Highly recommend doing this even if you like spicy food because this let you mix to your desired spice level

It was my first time there and the customer service was fantastic! I noticed some of the ingredients are great, and some of them not really. The garlic beef and pork were super good! The meatball on the other hand, didn't taste a lot like meatball. I also ordered tofu and tofu skin, which they gave a lot of. Overall a good first experience!

The food was really good, but the fact that you have to keep ordering each thing one by one is annoying. You can't have a little bit of this and a lot of that, just whatever they decided the portion size is. You even have to keep ordering the sauces all the time! And each little spoonful of sauce is an extra 50c! That's crazy, so capitalistic! IMHO it takes away a lot of the fun of hot pot

Dangerous! I love spicy food, and ordered “House Spicy Marrow Broth” and dropped there some meat, veggies, and mushrooms. When it was ready started to eat. At first how spicy was the broth was not obvious, but very soon my mouth was in the fire. It was absolutely not eable for me! On the bottom of the pot was a ton of red pepper, too much! The rest of my night I was suffering from acute pain and a strong burning sensation in my gastrointestinal duct. I could not fall asleep that night, although I really wanted to sleep. All other food was fresh and of good quality. Just be careful with that spicy broth! On the photo just a smaller part of red pepper, I extracted from the broth. In addition, the waiter was overly pushy and hurried us with the choice.

Ok I hate to say this but it’s the first time I have ever tried hot pot and it didn’t disappoint at all. This place is beautiful inside and the service is really good. The food holy cow love it. Some many choices and the have a full bar too.

Recommend lamb, no matter it’s the hotpot ones or the grilled one. We are always kindly greeted and served. It’s been a great experience having hotpot in this place. Nice food, service and price!

We always look forward to a hot pot experience as it is so leisurely and something we enjoy doing together. The luncheon pork they served was so tender and flavorful but I wish they had a dipping sauce counter. This place offers a meager collection of dipping sauces and charge $0.50 per helping of dipping sauce. The broth was well-seasoned with the right balance of spicy elements. The servers were very attentive.

We went in the afternoon on Monday and there was no wait. The price is really good for all you ca eat. The staff were super friendly as well. The variety of the dishes might not be the best, but good enough for a nice hot pot meal.

Amazing food quality at a very reasonable price. Service is also very friendly. The optional buffet is very convenient if you are hungry

I’ve been here several times since 2018. Hot pot here is great. I love the soup base. With fresh vegetables and great meats. Also most important thing, here is not too pricey.
