    Taco Bell is Taco Bell, you're not there for the atmosphere. It's a quick bite and you're on your way, usually a drive-thru experience.

    Been here multiple times because of my son but everytime I put an order online and add extras that I get charged for my food is never made correctly the extras are either normal or removed. I am not happy to be charged extra and not get what I asked for. More training and attention to detail I needed at this location

    Ordered through door dash for the convenience and regret it. They didn't include any napkins or hot sauce and also didn't include 2 items that are on the receipt. Tried to call several times and no one answered. Also, order was not big at all so how you don't notice 2 items are missing on a 5 item order is beyond me. Not to mention the food we did receive was sloppy and barely had any meat. Really disappointing.

    The service is not so great at this location. Most of the girls who work here taking drive-through orders and online orders are not at all customer friendly. They don't care about orders and most often miss one or more items. When you ask them about the missing items, they will blame the customer or don't accept their mistakes.

    Food was great and surprisingly, the order was all correct. The people working inside, however, seem to have no sense of urgency at all. Now I don't expect someone to rush and make food, but if you can have a full blown conversation with a co-worker and only make one taco per minute, that's a problem. It's fast food.

    I have issues every time I walk in this place. Whether it’s randomly subbing items, completely getting your order wrong, or not getting any help - they always miss. Don’t waste your time here.

    Food is okay. But especially at night I always have to double check the bag to make sure we have everything. Numerous times I'm arrived home and realized I didn't get all that I ordered and was charged for. Sometimes I can tell staff is just rushing to get stuff done because of the way food is prepared, but I don't really blame them because of what I've heard about the pressure to hurry when you're a fast food worker.

    Service here is rude, very unfriendly and unhelpful. None of the staff “knows” anything apparently and then once you talk to the manager the line cuts off. I’m positive if it was them in our shoes as customers they would also be upset so I can’t believe there are still people out there with this mentality of unprofessional.

    The bell was not entirely made of tacos and the workers didnt seem to know what bell i was looking for at first, but then a secret chamber was opened to reveal the bell

    Two employees ran out and started fighting each other with brooms while we were waiting for our order. No one seemed like they were actually working despite having so many people. They then proceeded to give us the wrong order and tried to make it seem like we told them the wrong thing. Would never come here again.

    Literally NEVER order delivery from this location because you will NOT get what you order. Im currently eating someone else’s food - I’m guessing they’ll be enjoying my nachos... SECOND time this has happened. Never again. You have to go inside, order and make sure they get it right because they are seriously terrible at their jobs. The manger sarcastically said “Sorry”? They dgas.

    I love Taco Bell but this was disrespectful to the Mexican pizza. The worker was determined to use just one bag and all our food looked like this. Quality good.
