This place is so amazing. The drinks are perfect. If you go there ask Toni to mix you a liquid marijuana. The drink is a got brand to have a wonderful evening. Katelyn at the desk is wonderful helpful and always friendly. This place is awesome. Everyone who wants to have a wonderful time should visit this place. Thank you so much. God bless you 😇

My boyfriend and I came here at 3pm. Only a few lanes were taken and we didn’t have to worry about a big crowd or anything like that. Staff was super friendly & professional. Music is being played while you bowl and makes for a very chill & fun environment. It looks as if renovations are still going on, but for the most part it looks finished and still looks very clean. Such a nice place to bowl. Like someone else had said, don’t let the outside fool you!

It's okay. All sorts of issues with pin resets and warped lanes. Had issues finding a house ball that was drilled for hands larger than a child's. At least the bucket of beer was good.

Nice and clean and air conditioned. Decent in prices. $56 for 2 hours on one lane with 4 people. Lanes are over-oiled but acceptable. Large selection of alcohol with good prices. Downsides are: They have removed ALL of the arcade machines and the snack bar is completely shut down so no hot food available. There is a bottled drink machine- sodas are $2.50 and a snack machine with chips and treats all around $2 each. They did allow us to bring in outside food (no outside drinks) but it would've been nice to know before hand so I wanted to put it in a review for others!

Rude employees at bar and food service. This wanna be bartender super rude. Lanes 11 & 12 got stuck the whole 2 hrs. Cashier was smoking a vape and just talking to the bartender and didn’t offer to move us lanes after we had to reset like 30 times. The place looks nice upgraded though but I would recommend to upgrade the trash cans, they were old and super dirty.

I would like to give them a 5 star /will say 4 1/2 star. Very professional and all around friendly Staff. It needs an update and the lanes we played on were not that great. Husband and I will for sure go back, because of the Staff and hopefully they can spuce the place up. Prices are good and hours are excellent for us.

This bowling alley is cool one of my favorites in duncanville I remember back in the early 2000s when I was a kid like on Friday and Saturdays I would ride my bike here to get in and play on the arcade game machines I do miss doing that as a kid when I used to live in duncanville I lived at presidential estates neighborhood with my dad and my sister and step brother couple blocks away behind the bowling alley I also remember going here on Friday nights back in the early 2000s with my dad his girlfriend and my sister and my step brother and we would come here on Friday nights back in the early 2000s to play some bowling here it was fun and cool I sure do miss it all I sure do miss this bowling alley

We went up yesterday for my wife's birthday, but it was packed so we figured we weren't going to be able to bowl. But, the nice lady at the desk with the radio voice let us get on the list and we were bowling within 5 minutes. I went to grab some food for my twins at at the food station and the lady was really short with us. She really didn't seem like she enjoyed her job. I do the same job she does bright and early in the morning everyday so I know it's a tough job, being in customer service. But, she seems jaded and tired of her job. She was very upset when I wrote how horrible her attitude was on the receipt and began to tell me how she was going to cook my food horrible, mind you the food was for my children, not me. Then she proceeded to tell me I could come back there and do the job for her if I wanted to. Then she yelled at me the whole time I was walking away. But, I didn't pay her any mind. The food was actually pretty good from what the children said. I even tried it. My son did mention that the fries were over salty. Then I saw her again when I went to tell the nice lady at the desk they lane 1 and 2's ball had gotten stuck. The nice lady told me she was having it fixed. But, as I turned to walk away the kitchen lady still proceeded to try and start and argument, mentioning again how I said she was horrible. It wasn't the fact that she was short with us, it was more of her rushing me through. I mean, there was nobody behind us, no line at all, but she actually acted like she hated even being there and that she thought she could say or do anything with no consequences at all. Which is pretty funny to me considering I'm sure you have had complaints on her before with that attitude and she probably feels like because she's been there awhile that nothing is going to happen to her. But, I really think she should find a job that she enjoys because she can cook well. She can obviously multitask considering how busy it was. It was just the horrible attitude for me and the fact that she didn't even realize that she had one. She was oblivious to the fact she does have a bad one and very upset that I even mentioned it. But, I usually tell someone how I feel . I tell the truth no matter what and if you can't handle the heat,PLEASE get out of the kitchen and let someone else who will enjoy it more have a chance at that job. It's a nice job from what I can see and she was making great tips. I even sent my boy back with a tip for her because he enjoyed the food and being that I'm in the service industry, I believe in karma and I know we have our days. But, I could tell from her that her behavior is a normal thing for her. Other than that we had a great time and everything was chill and clean. The lady at the bar was super sweet too. I don't drink, but I did get a Valentine's Day basket from her for my wife. Don't worry we'll be back! :)
