Got the tropical bowl - yummy! Nice and cold, pretty, and reasonable size. Staff was nice, and bowl came out in 5 min. Minus one star just as it's a bit expensive

Worst experience ever! On Friday I have been waiting 50 min to get my order. I have asked for a refund ( it was a big order $51) and been told that only the manager can refund and they will contact the manager. I have not received any call from the manager with apologies. On Sunday I called back the store and received the manager's number. Called and she said that she would refund. I'm still waiting for the refund. Please avoid this location and try other location. The customer services at this location is awful. I will contact the corporate as well since this unacceptable to let such franchise be managed like this. It ruins the band.

Slow and expensive...$10 per smoothie, close to 1 hour or wait on Saturday morning. Avoid if you can. Not worth it. UPDATE: the drinks are yummy, I can tell they are made from real fruits and not sugary concentrate. The location is nice and convenient. Really hope the business / staffing side can turn around

Ordered a smoothie and waited 50 minutes for it. I don’t think there has ever lived a person who wants a smoothie badly enough to order it knowing it would take an hour. Store needs to staff more than just 1 employee, and I need to learn how to give up after 15 min.

The acai bowls are made to order and are pretty damn delicious. My only qualm is that the large bowls run you around $16 which is quite expensive. I got the nutty bowl! Highly recommend although next time I might try the Dragon Bowl.

Lost my vitality waiting for the food. Everything is truly delicious and fresh but every time I've popped in the service is beyond slow. Whether there's a line or Im the only person in there a smoothie takes almost unreasonably long!

Love this vitality bowl location. The staff is very friendly. The smoothies / bowls are tasty and healthy. I pick up my brunch from here every other weekend.

I ordered the large Açaí Vitality Bowl ($14.49). It was pretty large and generous with the toppings, and only had to wait 5 minutes to receive my order. Not giving it 5 stars because staff is socially inept.

One person working in the afternoon, ordered online and still had to wait twenty minutes to pick up my bowl. They're tasty, but they simply do not staff it with enough people.

Best açaí bowls I’ve had. The fact that they are made with fresh fruits and organic açaí. Also, amazing presentation every time. Vitality Bowls has such a great variety of healthy options on their menu. The staff is so friendly and I feel very welcomed every time I come in. Today Sasha helped me out. She is such a gracious and genuine person.

Whether ordering online or in person, "no honey" modification doesn't get processed and the order often comes with honey anyway. frustrating if you don't have the time to return to the store to get the order fixed. I don't know why I keep giving this place my business, they keep putting honey on the bowls I order. Wouldn't recommend this location. Can be problematic if you have allergies or strict dietary restrictions.

50 min wait for 2 bowls and 1 smoothie on a Monday afternoon at 4.45 pm, and we got only 2 items after 50 min. 1 item came after an hour. Not the staffs fault. Probably management needs to staff better. There were 2 ppl there and multiple DoorDash orders also to manage.

Could see Furniture on tables from the window and no outdoor seating was set out. Was hoping to grab a bowl and do some work outside in the nice weather. I thought they were closed looking from the outside until I saw an employee setting up to throw trash across the store into a trash can like a basketball. They were unprofessional, used profanity while gossiping within earshot of where I was standing. Couldn't wait to get my order and leave. Owners you should probably check on your store.

I found the acai bowl to be delicious, fresh straberry and bananas neatly sliced, drizzle of honey and crunchy granola. Service was fast and corteous. Only suggestion is rearrange indoor tables now that Covid restrictions are gone.

Super convenient location and a pretty large menu to choose from. Cons are that service is pretty slow, expect to wait 10 minutes for a bowl. I recommend ordering the bowl extra thick as the normal constistency is quite thin.

Good acai bowls. They'll make them without banana. Acai is almost frozen which I really like. I've had ones with more fruit on it.
