My pizza it is always wrong 😝, but the flavor is very good and the GM it's very friendly

I spoke pizza boss 500 in buckner because 25 minutes on hold on the phone and they didn't answer me I spoke here and asked their location and they put me on hold too and they didn't answer me they are a shame of workers trying to sell they know or they don't know what that is it's your job.

If anyone from corporate or the franchise could contact me i would love to show you a video how rude and unprofessional your employees are. Don't understand why get a job dealing with customers if you don't want to help people. Chunky boy with the airpods should most definitely find another occupation because obviously working at a such an amazing pizza place aint it!!

Went there to get my pizza n the lady had on her mask ok then I looked n seen the lady beating on the boxes n a young man making the pizzas why did the lady beating on the boxes went over n started making pizzas I told the cashier that they need gloves on to make pizzas…so I guess she went to the man what I said this just happened on Luke June …..🙁🙁🙁🙁

The pizza was ok. I had to wait about 10 minutes past the online quoted time of being ready. I ordered some breadsricks as well, and did not receive the dip that was supposed to come with it. Overall nothing made this place stand out over its competition. May come back if there are some deals.

Don't get scared. I thought they were stingy with the toppings but the toppings were at the bottom of the cheese. However I remember pizza patron sauce having more flavor. Like I could see the oregano or parsley. It needed more flavor.

Who ever was back there making my pizza today 1/16/23 at around 8pm why you do me like that? You didn’t cut my pizza and you put pineapple on my pizza that I did not ask for, pizza wasn’t even done yet. Too far for me to drive back.

i called around 9:30 to order and there wasn't an answer the first time. understandable. second time i called they answered and i asked to place an order for 2 pizzas, then i was told the wait was one hour. then they said 40 mins. so i asked how the wait would be 40 minutes but they close in less than 30, so would i still be able to pick up ? then i was told i can't pick up after 10. so i asked how it would be possible for my pickup time to be after closing... and they responded by telling me as long as i get there before ten i would be able to receive my order. ok so the wait is neither 1 hour, nor forty minutes. haha so it is ready for pick up? ok. so she rudely continues repeatedly asking if i want my order or not. i say i'll be there before ten and i was. i have no complaint about the girl that attended me at the window she was nice and just gave me my order. but as i was pulling off the other girl started snickering and smirking. my receipt says marlyn m took my order. i hope to not have to experience foolery like this again.

The pizza I ordered was made incorrectly, but after having explained it to the manager they made the order right. The correct pizza was as good as it gets. Thanks for being cool, that was my lunch! -the security guard across the street

Ordered online and told my wait would be twenty minutes… after thirty minutes went to the drive thru… waited five minutes for somebody to greet me and then took my money… waited another twenty minutes for another person to ask me what my order was… waited another five minutes to finally get my pizza…. Definitely not worth it!!!

I always have good service at this location, and the pizza is always good, but I just ordered a pizza and none of the employees are wearing masks here. Meanwhile, customers are actually wearing their masks inside your restaurant. This makes no sense. As someone who has a lost a family member to Covid, please Pizza Patron manager, have your employees wear masks. Safety first.

Waited 1.5 hrs for our ordered. They closed their lobby 3 hrs before their scheduled closing time. They had people walking to the drive thru in the rain to recieve their pizza/take orders. We tried to ask about our order and they wanted us to get in line (drive thru) which their was already 7 cars in line. We told them to cancel the order and to give us our money. The guy open the doors and gave us our pizza but went back and forth with us saying the pizza were not paid for. We showed him the receipt. He was like fine I guess I'll give them to you.

Never ever coming to this location, they kept tell My husband 5 minutes on something and kept helping everyone else. Asked for a refund but said order was already ready but refused to give me the order. Do not recommend this location, go to the one On Buckner and lake June

If I could give this place a negative 5 i would low quality food [tho I love pizza patrons usually] slow service made us wait 15 minutes for 2 simple pepperoni pizzas when we were the only car there and when I tried ordering ahead they wouldn't pick up then when they finally did they had me on hold 15 minutes and 19 seconds then hung up , do better !

They are all so rude and unprofessional. My wait was one hour for 2 pizzas and the pizza was wrong when I got it. They never answer the phone. This is the worst location.

Trying to order a pizza and instead of answering the phone they answered and just hang up. Took more then 2 hours to order a pizza. If ordered online they always screw up my order if I can even get the selections I want with there difficult website. Absolutely Ridiculous!

I went here a few days ago to get wings and they were very good. I went through the drive thru to place my order and waited in my car while they made my order. I would return back. The food was good.
