I hate to leave a negative review for this place because the owner and workers are lovely. However, my experience with the new nail tech Yolanda was nothing short of awful. She was a polite person but my nails are bumpy and not fully painted. They are also different than what I had requested. She was incredibly rough with my hands (especially when filing) to the point where she cracked my skin open on a few fingers. Furthermore, she left product on my skin. I was not informed that I couldn’t pay with card until it was time to pay, at which point she told me what ATM I could walk to. I felt this was also quite unprofessional. Again, she was a fairly polite person but this was a terrible experience overall and very unsatisfactory work.

So I went here and let Asha do my hair. Which I saw her two weeks prior to her doing my hair. She said she was able to do it. Which I was skeptical, I really wasn’t going in. Which she had called me in to see if I was still coming. So I went and got my hair done. She didn’t even do it right, cut it all wrong and couldn’t execute the style I wanted. Paid her $120 which see didn’t want to give back. Then suggested that she fix it. No! Not after you messed up. She should have gotten right the first time. Then she took all day literally!” Then didn’t wanna give me my money back. Just be careful of the stylist you let in you’re hair!!!

10/10 would highly recommend to anyone! I took my niece here today to get a natural hair style and nails painted and both services exceeded expectations! Sha did a phenomenal job on her hair, kind, patient, professional, and so very skilled. The braids were clean and looked so beautiful. My niece was shocked that they didn’t hurt! Ms. Williams did an awesome job on her nails! All around such a great experience.

Go and see Joy! She will get u right, real quick. Anyone needing a loc stylist,weaving styles and/or color, Joy is the one you need to check out.

Joy is AMAZING! I started my loc journey one year ago with Joy as my loctian and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My Locs and my color are absolutely beautiful and I feel beautiful 🤩. She is very professional and knowledgeable at what she does. The vibe at the shop is friendly and welcoming. The entire process has been amazing.
