Got an above average room. Room had everything we needed. At check in the guy said I was an hour early so I can either upgrade to $50 a night or pay early checking for one fee of $50. Decided to go eat and come back later and was much better dressed and finally got better service. The first guy hardly made eye contact and had attitude. When I finally went to go pick up my key and called later after seeing my room unserviced found out that “I” apparently denied house keeping. When on the machines for about an hour, I never got offered a drink that is over $50 a night covered in your resort fees. I rarely saw the people walking around to begin with. The place is big I get it but this is also not an ordinary hotel. Although the pool is pretty small. Also really difficult to get drinks there yet alone some comfortable space. Moral of the review is, if you want to have an average good time.. bring lots of $$$$! They really don’t care about you and just want your money. Get a great room, dress great, pay for extra amenities that’s if they haven’t charged for it already, I’m sure they would charge you for the air if they could. Machines start at $5, tables $25.. good luck!

Casino was nice. Lots of machines. Was confusing to find your way around. All of the good stuff was locked behind premium or an extra charge. Room was garbage. Been in motel 6s which were nicer. Amenities were a D, decoration an F and view a F. The staff were hard working and very courteous. Lots of places to eat and shop. Good selection of gambling.

It's beautiful inside. The building is laid out a little funky. The games are more expensive here. It's one of the nicest hotel/many other things in Vegas. The buffet was exceptional. I tried almost everything they had to offer (across several days). I liked just about everything I tried. There is a huge variety of foods on the buffet, more than I'd ever seen.

I didn't stay at the hotel but the resort is amazing just to walk through. Absolutely stunning inside! Shops galore and places to eat. I explored around before I attended show in the tent out front, but that's a different review. (Psst, it was awesome too) This is also right in the middle of the strip so it is bustling with activity and a short walk to other shops and casinos if you like. I could see spending days in here, exploring and entertaining. Maybe next time I stay here.

I only did a walk through and a shopping trip here. I did not book accommodation. Lush, that’s what this place is. Clean, attractive and I loved that there were information stewards there to assist when needed. The selection of shops were amazing. The garden just off the lobby is beautiful had my phones camera been working I’d have taken photos to share.😩 There’s a huge range of ballrooms and conference centres available here for large events and functions to need it.

The room was wonderful. Plush, clean and quiet. The only issue was that I wanted to check in early but nothing was available unless we wanted to pay $350+ per night. The person handling our initial check-in was not very friendly either which did not help matters. We arrived at 8:30 am and ended up having to wait until 2 pm to check in. We had a dinner reservation at the Baccharal restaurant at 3:15 and had to rush before dinner. I was not happy about this after flying in and having to wait to check into our room only to rush to freshen up for dinner. At this point I was ready to look for another hotel but thanks to my husband. He convinced me otherwise. All in all, as I said before, the room was very nice and the bed was wonderful. In the future, however, I will make sure that an early check-in is available before I make my reservation. We were however able to obtain a late checkout with an additional charge, with no problem.

We were in town Jan 10-15 2022. Stopped in Caesars to check out the spread. Gorgeous as usual. Well kept property for many years now. I'm always impressed by Caesars. And now the shopping is extraordinary as well. We played a bit at the tables. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Masks were required.

Went to the Bacchanal buffet. It's a little pricey but worth it. We went early as we did not have reservations. They open at 4pm but started seating at 3.30pm. Everything was wonderful. They have islands of cuisine. Asian, Mexican, Italian, carving station and fish. Most diners went for the crab legs. The dessert island is the best. So many dainty selections. All delicious. They say you have a 90 minute time limit but I'm not sure it's enforced. Make reservations or go early. Be prepared to wait. Go hungry. Have cash for a tip at the table.

Let me first state we are not gamblers, so I can not speak to the gambling portion of the casino. The room booked was almost what we received... got the view, but booked a king and was given two queens. The lady who checked us in seemed pretty disinterested in hearing what the customer had to say. All of the other staff on the premises were extremely helpful with direction questions. This is an extremely large property that is very much designed to keep you in....so know if you self park, you're walking a long distance to wherever else you want to go. The cleaning staff did wonderful each day on getting our room back in order.

Always an amazing experience at this hotel. We don't gamble. We enjoy the ambience! The rooms are immaculate and the entire facility is clean and well-maintained. We love to sit out front and people watch. We spent a day at the pool and rented a cabana....worth every penny! The waitress was amazing and it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay here again!

The opulent Roman-themed decor is awe-inspiring, and the sheer scale of the place is impressive. Pro tip: While here, make sure to check out the Forum Shops, a high-end shopping and dining destination that's a marvel in itself. It's like wandering the streets of ancient Rome. Parking was straightforward with a large garage, and it's a great starting point for exploring the Strip. The casino and entertainment options are top-notch, offering a taste of Vegas luxury. Even without staying, Caesars Palace is a must-visit destination, and you can easily spend hours exploring everything it has to offer. It's a Vegas icon that lives up to its reputation.

After all these years this place is still in great shape. Our room was amazing. I mentioned it was my wife's first time and my first time at Caesars. For a small fee, we got an upgrade and early check-in. View of the strip is fantastic. I love how Caesars is right in the middle of the strip. One day go left and the next go right so you can explore it all. All the staff is very nice and helpful. One downside is no water bottle refill stations. I did fill my water bottle using the water in the bathroom sink and it tasted fine. It works in a pinch. Probably the exact same water that comes out of the refill stations but for some reason it just seems better.

Finding the entrance can be tricky as there are so many. The mall was amazing. Beautifully done you could be lost for days. The artwork is fabulous. The casino is gorgeous. Staff is very courteous and top notch. The place is very clean and well kept. Worth a visit.

The only reason I am writing the review is because I was charged $140.87 for a tip that I did not authorize. We went to brunch at Bacchanal. The cost… $140.87 for 2. Expensive yes but it’s suppose to be the best brunch and honestly the food was good. When we walked up to the register to pay BEFORE we ate we were asked if we wanted to tip now or at the table. We opted to tip at the table. I never like tipping before hand because you never know if the tip is actually earned or if I didn’t tip enough. When we left my husband took out a $50 and left it on the table. My opinion is that $50 is a good tip on a $140 bill. Clearly the restaurant did not agree. Today I received a notification that my amount paid is being updated from $140.87 to $281.74 to include tip! Really?!? I have been trying to get in contact with anyone who can help but I’m stuck waiting on hold to be told that the billing department is already closed and they are the only ones who can address my issue. I bet the billing department would have been open if I wouldn’t have paid for the room because they overcharged me.

I was so excited to stay here but that quickly changed. When I checked in and arrived to my room I was not impressed. The top counter of the bar area was absolutely dirty. It was full of sticky stuff. The bathroom had no hand soap and there were no washcloths in the bathroom. It’s a beautiful hotel but I had have better experiences at the hotel’s downtown. The charge for valet is ridiculous ($50 per night). The self park area is not a quick walk and is $18 per night. I self parked the first day and used valet the second day but was charged $18 twice and then $50. I reached out to hotel regarding my stay have not received a response as of yet. I would not recommend this hotel to stay.

This trip we decided to stay at Caesars Palace since we never have and I have to say that we will be back! Our room overlooked the strip, was huge and clean! I also love the shower!!!! All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The restaurants and shops didn't disappointment either. The grounds were well kept. I love that it was so easy to access the strip or get a taxi so quickly. I have not been to Vegas in a bit, but its been great! All of the shows were so fun as well!!!!

Great hotel! It has been at the Strip, for a long time! The movie, Rain Man, was filmed here. An excellent movie. If you are on vacation, and you are willing to spend some money, this is the place. Spacious, cozy, and a positive environment. No negativity, no trouble makers, no "Riff Raff!" There was security, present. A pleasant and cozy environment...

Nice, huge hotel, pretty central in the strip. Has like 5 different towers of hotel rooms...can be quite a walk to some. There are lots of great restaurants inside including Hells Kitchen, Nobu, Guy Savoy and more. The sports book is great with lots of comfortable seating. A huge shopping area is attached with Forum Shops. Has pretty much everything you need in one spot.

Great location, right in the middle of the strip. This place is huge and easy to get lost in. The pool was big and very refreshing . Our "upgraded" room was just ok with a lovely view of the back of the building - I would hate to see the not-upgraded version. We asked for maid service every day and we got it the first 2 days and then nothing the last 3 days. We tried adding my rewards number to the room several times and got a different story with the run around each time. Very frustrating so we gave up. The fact that you can't use the mini fridge in the room for your own drinks or whatever is ridiculous. They want to charge you $75 if you use it. Everything is very expensive. The service at Ramsey's place was abysmal for food that good but not great and very expensive - I would avoid if I were you. All in all a nice trip to Vegas but I won't be staying at Caesar's Palace again. I would suggest staying in Downtown Vegas. Everything was nice there but cheaper and you are minutes from the strip if you want to go up there.

This is strictly a review of the hotel itself. Stayed in the Octavius tower. Rooms seriously show their age. Headboard is peeling and looks very worn. Wallpaper is dirty in many spots. Curtains are missing rods. Couch has stains and gum on it. There was some sort of grease/oil on the night stand surfaces; seems like they don't even wipe it down? Guest services are eh. It took me a while to navigate through their automated room service before actually being able to speak to someone. They also don't offer slippers anymore. The carpets don't really look or smell clean so shame they don't even offer slippers. Not sure how they call this a four star hotel. They should be a 3 star max. For the same price, there are better locations to stay at on the strip.

The room was awesome. It overlooked the Bellagio fountain that had several different patterns. The hotel check-in was quick and the staff were very helpful. The statues and fountains were amazing. A lot to see. We didn't get to see any shows but maybe next time. There were a big variety of slots and smoking is allowed and most areas it wasn't bad since we don't smoke. We won some small jackpots and the staff was very quick to pay us. We look forward to staying there again

Good but Room for Improvement I recently stayed at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and have mixed feelings about the experience. Here's the breakdown: Pros: 1. Location - You can't beat the location, right on the Strip and close to many other major attractions. 2. Amenities - With multiple pools, restaurants, and a shopping arcade, there's plenty to do without leaving the property. 3. Iconic Atmosphere - The Roman theme is unique and gives the place a grand and luxurious feel. Cons: 1. Customer Service - While some staff members were courteous and helpful, I experienced inconsistent service quality, particularly at the front desk and in some of the dining venues. 2. Room Quality - Although comfortable, the rooms are starting to show their age. A renovation might be due to keep up with newer resorts on the Strip. 3. Price - Given the above issues, I felt the overall price for the stay did not offer good value for money. Overall, Caesars Palace offers a good but not great experience. With some improvements in customer service and room quality, it could easily be a five-star resort. As it stands now, it's a solid option but be prepared for a few hiccups along the way.

This was the first visit to Vegas for me and Caesars Palace was really nice to me and my brother. The hotel is very nice and the people there are extremely nice. The hotel is beautiful and wow (big). The only reason I gave them a 4 star review is because of their prices. They are a little high to me! A bottle of water off the counter at the hotel cost $14.99. Being in a wheelchair they made every effort for my comfort. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and I hope youall enjoy the pictures. I've also included some pics of the strip and nearby areas. Caesars Palace is kind of right in the middle of everything.

Caesars Palace is a famous resort including casino, hotel, shopping mall, and more. The hotel facility was probably a little bit old but well-maintained and quite comfortable. The casino was quite big and the atmosphere was quite lively & happy all night. There were lots of finest restaurants and shops. They say Las Vegas is the great resort for everyone these days, and it was quite true. This place did seem a great resort, where I wanted to spend a lot of time for fun.

Great room containing everything that might be needed. Very expensive mini bar so did not touch that but room was cleaned daily with as many clean towels as required. This hotel is vast and so the queue times to check in were 45 minutes probably could do with staggering check in times but eventually got in the room. Baggage guys were great. Loved the bars, restaurants and shops and location was perfect. Had a great experience.

I stayed here for a conference in June and my anniversary in July. The customer service from the front desk is awful. In June, I booked a junior suite Palace room and it looked nothing like the pic online. When I complained about this oversight I was told that not all rooms in that category have a sofa but a chair instead. They weren't apologetic, didn't provide an alternative to this gross misrepresentation, and were somewhat rude about the situation. There's a big difference between a chair and couch/sectional at the rates they charge. In July, I booked a suite for my 21st anniversary. My wife wasn't able to join me on the July trip so I wanted to make up for the time lost. We arrived around 10am on a Saturday and I opted for the early check-in which has a fee associated with checking in before 3pm. When I arrive, our room is not ready for early check-in and I'm told that it may or may not be ready but no rooms were available in the suite category that I booked. Again, the staff that I dealt with was not accommodating or sympathetic to our situation of flying 4-5 hours expecting to check-in to our suite and willing to pay the associated fee. Compared to other hotels on the strip, it's not romantic, kid-friendly, or a great value. It may be convenient to shops and restaurants, but it's not the only one. I can stay at the Bellagio and walk to Caesars Forum to shop and eat if needed.

This is the best part of our stay in Las Vegas. As I traveled so many years in different places, I’m happy this place still keeps the routine of doing housekeeping in the afternoon, changing towels and collecting trash which none of other places would do anymore. It reminded me good old days. For this I give their services a five star. I booked premium room with very nice view and quiet, AC is great and quiet. Bathroom is fabulous. Spacious room. Above all, the price is very reasonable. I definitely will stay here again if I would ever come back again. It was super hot outside so we stayed inside the hotel, lots of fun things to do, Forum shops are great, we found most of the stuff we needed.

Caesars palace is definitely the place to be. They have all the shops, all the food, and all the entertainment you would ever need. Everything is definitely over the top but it’s awesome for you and if you bring your family of course they can see you now it’s super nice as it’s very well-maintained and kept up, but most importantly, the actual hotel part is extravagant and amazing to see. You could spend all day here just walking around and sightseeing everything in the casino that it has the offer. I would definitely recommend staying here any time.

The room was Old was in the far south end tower took long time for Hot Water to flow. Got bit by something. Fees are high. Restaurant prices are high food was decent. Front desk check in she was not real friendly like she didn't want to be there. Lady at rewards desk was great and friendly. Server in Lobby bar was Great. Same with server at North end lounge of casino before you went on journey for miles to get to conference rooms. Valet was Great and most were friendly.

The customer service here is fantastic at every turn. Kyle at the lobby desk was so kind and helped us sort out multiple issues. We stayed in the Augustus suite and it was fabulous. Most of the rooms are very far from the pool. And, as we stayed in Mid-October there was only one pool open. Although there were no seats and it was crowded, it was still enjoyable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall left feeling very disappointed after I had high expectations and was very excited for a stay at Caesars. Check-in process takes forever, they didn’t have any rooms available comparable to what I booked and paid absurdly high prices for so they put us in a room in the Julius tower for one night that smelled like mildew until we could get moved to another tower with but the new room still felt very basic and dated. The front desk manager was very nice and helped us as best as she could but still very disappointed to have spent that much money when I have experienced higher quality rooms and experiences at other strip properties. Also felt that their app and services were confusing and outdated, our room was never offered to be cleaned during our stay and some of the towels we were originally provided with seemed dirty. Would be nice if you could request amenities in the app.

I recently stayed at Caesar's Palace, and while the opulent surroundings were impressive, I couldn't help but feel a bit let down. Despite the hefty price tag, the absence of complimentary water or coffee was surprising. An unexpected charge of $14 for two bottles of water felt excessive, I just wanted to mention that the price of the mini bar wasn’t no where. Additionally, the daily resort fees of $52.10 were a disappointment, especially since their purpose wasn't adequately explained. The lack of transparency left me questioning the value of these fees. Sadly, my room experience wasn't much better. Linens weren't changed throughout my stay, and I encountered broken towels. The telephone and air conditioning issues added to the discomfort. Given the expenses, I expected a higher standard of service. In conclusion, Caesar's Palace offers a luxurious atmosphere but falls short in delivering commensurate service for the premium prices charged.

The views from my room were amazing, overlooking the Bellagio fountain. Caesar’s Palace has a great location, with numerous restaurants, bars, and luxury brand stores. If you’re up for shopping, you can easily walk to the Forum Shops. The room has nice amenities, but there’s a catch – you can’t store anything in the fridge because it’s already full with drinks. Be careful not to drink them, as you’ll get charged if you do.

I decided I wanted to move to Las Vegas while visiting from another state for an event. I was in the Octavius Tower gazing below at the beautiful landscaping when I decided I would move here. Four years later, I had hoped to get married at the same location where I decided to uproot my home, only for my wedding dream to be crushed… When we initially spoke to Nicole, the first question inquired was about the permission to film. We definitely would not have wasted our time with any venue who would not permit filming or welcome us. I remembered distinctly Nicole kindly sharing that the Vanderpump’s and someone from Good Morning America filmed at Caesars. If others are permitted to film why are we being told no? It’s very unfortunate a simple question cannot be answered by two different professionals in a honest correspondence regarding our concerns besides the typical “we are not permitting filming”. We would appreciate more honesty as why filming is not permitted. Does the rule only stand for us? Both the wedding coordinator, Nicole Thomas and the PR Specialist, Nick Bohr have failed to explain the reason. In addition, PR never attempted to reach out to talk to us about any details or showed any kind of professionalism and that is disheartening. We also shared with Nicole that if we had to financially support our ceremony with extended time that we would happily do so to accommodate the Caesar’s Palace protocols. I tried calling first before posting this review to file a complaint. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Renee from Guest Services who allegedly filed the complaint. She gave me a reference number and informed me a manager would call me back in 2-3 days. 2-3 days passes and no phone call. I gave them a week to call me back and I never once received a phone call. I called Guest Services back and provided the reference number Renee provided me a week ago. The agent advised she could not find the complaint. I am beyond myself at this point because I had been anxiously waiting for a response and the complaint was not even in the system. Caesar’s Palace is just a complete failure the whole way through. Very poor professionalism and an utter disappointment.

We walked around and saw about 20 hotel lobbies and gambling floors in a few days and this one is top notch. As expected it is very high end and the interior is beautiful. There are statues everywhere and the gambling floor is quite elegant. There is a mall attached to the hotel which houses really high end stores and for some reason a cheesecake factory. Overall a beautiful hotel. We did not stay here so no comment on rooms or service but it is worth a walk through the lobby and mall.

Really decadent and opulent. Loved our stay here. Rooms are lovely, clean and very spacious and comfortable. They are child tolerant but they don't have anything for kids, such as kids menus at their restaurants. Stayed with my 4yr old and there was never a problem. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very polite and efficient. The places we ate the food was decent..one was a Bobby Flay burger joint and the other was a Gordon Ramsey steak house. The steak house was better. Food was seasoned well. The room was average as we stayed in one of the original structures. Our flight got cancelled so they accommodated last minute. Again every staff member we encountered was polite efficient and professional.

This resort is the best on the strip! The cleanliness of the rooms and fully stocked mini bar brought this experience to the top. Plus, I always felt safe and never lost sleep due to loud noises or rowdy guests. I really appreciated the statues and architecture as well. The pool was my favorite and the pool boy and waitress were super friendly and accommodating. The employees seem really happy working here. If I came back to Vegas, I would definitely stay here. No questions asked. Thanks!

Very ethnic and beautiful interiors. Nice and huge hotel with one of the best interiors. Perfectly located in the centre of the strip. It has different towers of hotel rooms which can be time consuming and at times confusing also. The staff is very courteous and polite. Many different machines are available to play around. The front lobby is very beautiful and highly recommended to visit this hotel to explore and enjoy the interiors. The casino was also very huge with many tables and machines around. Many good restaurants are there to satisfy the taste buds .

Cesar’s Palace is one of those casinos that even if you aren’t staying there you need to walk down the strip and go see it. It’s really just amazing, the size the art work the masonry. It really is surprising how they can transform a modern day place into an old world style so efficiently. There are tons of shops and places to visit along the way as well. From the fountains to the statues I am sure you will find something that you can take a picture of. And if your into gambling they have some of the best table games on the strip I think.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas was truly memorable! The hotel's luxurious ambiance, exquisite decor, and world-class amenities made for an unforgettable experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. The variety of dining options, entertainment, and shopping within the hotel complex kept me engaged throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the remarkable shows and the vibrant casino atmosphere. My only minor complaint would be the $13 charge for a bottle of water, which seemed a bit steep. However, this did not detract from the overall excellence of my stay at Caesars Palace. I highly recommend Caesars Palace for anyone looking to indulge in the quintessential Las Vegas experience. Can't wait to return!

Casino floor, shops, and stuff like that are five stars. Hotel itself has two stars at best. For $300 a night I expected much better than a middle of the road hotel, and half the stuff didn't work. I had a great view of the air conditioners on the roof of the building in front, no other view. Showerhead was green and didn't work, only the wand worked. Shower door didn't close. And they try to price gouge you on everything. They charge $75 a day to use the refrigerator that's already in the room. A drink was between 14 and $17. The bed was quite comfortable and they did have cleaning services twice during the week. That's better than other places post Covid. Also noteworthy was that it was a 35 minute wait in line just to check in. I counted 118 people ahead of me with about half of the windows open. Overall, the experience was no better than other hotels on the strip that are half the price. You're paying for the amenities in the casino downstairs, but don't expect much from the room.

Our stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The property overall is nice, but I experienced several issues, including: not getting the room type we booked originally, not getting house keeping to come clean the room despite multiple requests, it was noisy due to road noise, a severely clogged drain in one of the sinks, and a bed that sagged on one side. So I'd say the rooms themselves aren't great but the restaurants and casino area are nice. We'd consider staying again since we spent such little time in the room but we'd def consider other properties first when we come again next year (we do an annual Vegas trip).

Great location on the strip. The rooms are nice, but a few of the lamps were non functioning and no free coffee. They want you to buy the 4 coffee pods from the mini bar for $20. If you even pick anything up, you are automatically charged. The parking garage was a 15 minute walk to the room, which isn't fun with luggage. Valet is $35 and up, but probably worth it. Also, had to pay $18 to park, even as a guest. Beautiful pools and casino though

This is my favourite hotel in Vegas. It's grand and full of life. The statues inside are incredible. The ceilings are high and very classy. There are loads of gambling machines around, similar to most casinos in Vegas. The shopping strip inside has an artificial sky roof which looks beautiful. I'd highly recommend visiting.

Starting the day I had an awesome experience with Sandra at check in when I arrived. She definitely deserved a 5 star review. She took care of me and made sure to note that the rest of my family would have their rooms close to mine. However when my family was checking in later tonight, Veronica was helping us and she was being very short and rude in her tone of talking with us. Guest service is something that is really important to me and to have someone be rude from the instant we meet them leaves a sour taste in our whole experience for the duration of the trip.

My favorite place to stay on the Las Vegas strip. The rooms are spacious and the suites are almost too big. Everything is higher end finishes with little touches that help it stand out. Everything in the room is comfortable and new. I've never had a bad experience at Caesars Palace.

Formula racing is coming to Las Vegas, and I had to see the F1 show car inside of Caesars Palace! It was really nice to visit Caesars Palace again after a long absence. I walked around the mall, checked out the restaurants and then headed to the casino floor. This place is so nice! I finally found the fantastic machine that I had come to see, and it didn't disappoint! A truly incredible experience seeing this super car up close! Totally wish that I could've taken it for a quick spin! It'll be super rad on race day! The streets will definitely be alive with positive energy!

$30 early arrival fee. Checked in at noon and I was given the keys to an already occupied room. Went back down to the wait in line again for a new / different room. They waived the early check in fee for me. My room was in the Julius tower. You can definitely tell it's had it's fair share of guests. It's clean, but it's worn. There is a mini bar and mini fridge that are the essence of capitalism. You get charged if you move anything on them. You have to call the front desk for a mini fridge if you would like one. If I was paying for this out of my own pocket, I would have found a different resort after a day or two. The only pro is it's location.

Caesars Palace is a great hotel with a lot to offer, but it's not without its flaws. I give it 4 stars overall. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are super comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice, with a walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub. The casino is huge and has a lot of different games to choose from. I also enjoyed the many restaurants and bars on the property. The food was good, but it was a bit pricey. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, but there were a few exceptions. For example, the check-in process was a bit slow, and the concierge wasn't very knowledgeable about the local attractions. Overall, I had a good experience at Caesars Palace. It's a great option for travelers who want a luxurious and exciting Las Vegas vacation. However, it's important to be aware of the potential drawbacks, such as the high prices and the occasional lackluster service. Here are some specific things I liked and disliked about the hotel: Liked: Spacious and clean rooms Comfortable beds Nice bathroom Large casino with a variety of games Many restaurants and bars on the property Good food Disliked: Pricey food Slow check-in process Unknowledgeable concierge Overall, I would recommend Caesars Palace to other travelers, but I would also advise them to be aware of the potential drawbacks.

Really nice hotel in a great location on the strip. We had a great view of the strip from our room in the Augustus tower. For the price we paid I would have expected robes / slippers in the room but they weren't provided, we asked for a couple of extra towels which we got but then they were taken away / not replaced by housekeeping the next day. Rating 4 stars as I think the rooms at the Wynn / Encore are nicer, if you're paying top $ for a room then I would stay there instead.

This place is amazing. From the time I walked through the front door, I felt the excitement of being at one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I knew my experience was going to be a blessed one and that it was. The front desk agent that I had was very pleasant and explained everything perfectly. I love all the things you can do…gamble, eat, shop, people-watch, have a spa day, swim in one of the many pools there. My stay was really awesome and I will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at Caesars Palace, the iconic resort in the heart of the Strip. We felt like we were transported to ancient Rome, with the majestic architecture, the elegant statues, and the lavish fountains. We loved the atmosphere and the service at Caesars Palace, which was lively and professional. We also enjoyed the convenience and the variety of the shops, where we found everything from souvenirs to designer clothes. We had a wonderful time at Caesars Palace, where we felt the excitement and the luxury of Las Vegas. We can't wait to go back and experience it again!

This is a great location for many reasons. First, it's centrally located so traveling on the strip is pretty quick and cheap. The staff is always great. Lots of restaurants, lounges, bars, and clubs on property so plenty to do. In my opinion, top 2 for shopping on the strip. Also, even the basic rooms are nice at Caesars. Highly recommend

I felt like a princess on my first ever solo trip to Vegas when I stayed here last week. I was upgraded to the Augustus Strip View room with a large, luxurious king bed - and the most comfortable mattress I think I've ever slept on in my life. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and included a fantastic view. The bathroom was stunning, and I enjoyed nightly bubble baths in the large jet tub. I don't typically party when I to go Vegas, I actually go to relax and people-watch and enjoy all the walking - so exploring the Forum Shops was an absolute blast. The casino is stunning and sprawling - everything looks closer than it is. I didn't get a chance to try Gordon Ramsey Pub, it was so busy, but it sure looked cool in there - I will make it a point to get in next time. The pools were fantastic. All the employees I interacted with were nice, and I have zero complaints or notes for improvement. Location is perfect, you're in the middle of the strip. Lots of great restaurant options, including a food court. I'm a Caesar's Rewards member and have tried their other properties, but I don't think I'm going to stay anywhere but Caesar's from here on out. It was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back.

We loved our room. It was nice and spacious. The furniture a little dated but it was okay because we wasn't in the room a lot anyway. In the casino, the table minimum was too high for my liking, $50 minimum bets. Therefore I just went across the street to either Harrah's or Flamingo or the links where the tables were more affordable. Very nice hotel though

Loved this Hotel...Pool was so relaxing, Room very spacious, spa was so worth it. It was not my first choice, but after staying here, it has moved up to #1. We ate at many different places within the hotel, was not disappointed one bit. Staff that I encounter super nice and helpful. Our room had 2 bathrooms with the dual shower in between them. King bed with a couch and footrest.

ALWAYS THE BEST. Under some construction which caused some confusion 😕 in directions. Lots of changes due to the Covid restrictions. Mask heavily enforced. Yet people were still there in groves! People will find a way!!

I got a free room here but there was hairs in the bathroom and on the nightstand. I wish they would improve their signage as well, highly recommend downloading the app because the place is so big and it’s easy to get lost. The staff was amazing though, everyone from dealers to desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Daniel at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. The pool was great but there was a lot of trash under the cabanas and chairs. This place would get 5 stars if the room had been cleaner, but maybe they are short staffed from COVID.

My boyfriend and I both agreed that Caesar’s was the most beautiful hotel and had the most consistent interior design with the outside. Sure, there’s slots everywhere, but it’s also beautifully constructed. We enjoyed dinner at Hells Kitchen, toured and gambled. You definitely have to stop here to check it out next time you are in Las Vegas! Don’t forget to make dinner reservations IN ADVANCE!! I did not stay here so my review does not reflect rooms and/or accommodations while staying here.

Classic Vegas spot. Really can’t go wrong, right in the heart of the strip. Top notch dining options, from Buffets to the food court area! Pool area is large when fully open. We went in February, so only a small portion is open. Bring your own booze, cheaper outside of strip to find booze.

I wanted to experience staying at Caesars Palace but it felt more like a stay at Little Caesars! I arrived and was impressed by the interior of the hotel. I settled down, went for a shower and saw random hair all over the shower. My travel companion cleaned it up so I overlooked red flag one. I got ready, to my dismay the chair where I sat down to apply my make up was dirty and stained my dress. I was very upset but my travel companion told I was over reacting. What really upset me was when house keeping didn’t come and clean. We had to buy shampoo and conditioner since we ran out. The room smelled of left overs since no one came to clean. I think we were suppose to scan our room key to pay less for parking but since check out and the kiosk to pay aren’t near each other we probably unnecessarily paid more for parking. I wish I would have said something to staff because looking back at it this experience it was not great :(

Had reservations at the Bacchanal Buffet. ALL YOU CAN EAT SEAFOOD ITALIAN, MEXICAN, ASIAN, MEDITERRANEAN AMERICAN FOOD! With Salad and dessert bar buffet. Prompt and polite servers that bring you your beverages and makes sure you know where everything is and you have everything you need. Only thing I didn't like was that our dinner was scheduled for 9:45 PM. They stop serving at 10:45 PM. You have to get everything you want before 10:30 PM; they tell you they are closed by 11:00 PM; you have to hurry up and eat. There's so much food at so many stations it takes a while to gather all you want and not enough time to enjoy it.. Whatever you don't finish you have to leave. You can't even take it with you, BUMMER! They at least should let people who have reservations after 9:30 PM sit and enjoy their food until Midnight. Other than that, what I did consume, DELICIOUS!

Went to Carmines inside of the hotel in the forums, it was so delicious! We had a group of 12 and our waiter was great. The hostess up front was not that friendly or helpful but the food made up for it. The titanic dessert is a must.

Great place with wonderful and friendly staff. Nice architecture with the statues too. The bartenders are super friendly. Vince was such a great bartender and really gave great advice on how to enjoy the casino and Vegas in general. Will come again. I will say that the rooms are beautiful but it wasn't cleaned super well. There was some trash under a desk, a very small spot of confirmed ketchup on our nightstand, and somebodies socks in our nightstand drawer. Not perfect but still would stay again.

I stayed for a week at Caesars Palace back in August of 2021, and it was phenomenal! The casino area was lively, filled with a variety of machines and tables, but most importantly I felt safe and the place was clean! I have Caesars Rewards and I booked 2 rooms for my family and I at a discount. I was offered an upgrade, so I took it. It was an additional fee, but it was well worth it! The Augustus suite was AMAZING. Very well maintained, extremely spacious, and the strip view was mind blowing! The walk in shower was huge! The bathtub has jets that were so relaxing to use after a long day walking along the strip. The pool was the only thing that let me down a bit. There was nothing particularly wrong with it, but it just seemed like a area that was for hanging out and taking a few pictures. The other pools required a reservation, which does make sense so it doesn't overcrowd, but other than that, the pool areas are beautiful and the drinks are delicious!! Overall, it was one of the best trips I've ever taken. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were also a big help when someone tried to scam my mother by impersonating a hotel staff member and telling her that there was still an "outstanding balance" I had to pay. I brought it to the attention of the staff at the front lobby, and they were quick to assure that they would look into it, and it was resolved. I am definitely coming back!

It is such a beautiful and astonishing interior. Would have loved to have stayed here, but I didn't. If the front lobby was gorgeous, I couldn't imagine the rooms. Recommend to visit to see all the designs inside Caesars Palace, and if you have a chance, check out their buffet. I went for the desserts.

This was an amazing hotel and casino. The room was super clean and beautiful. There were 2 separate bathrooms, which was a wonderful surprise. I had my bathroom and my friend had his own bathroom. So none of out stuff got in each other's way. One of the bathrooms even had a bidet. Also there was a large bathtub as well as a separate shower that was a nice size. It was in a great location that was walking distance of many attractions as well l as restaurants.

This hotel is one of the best places I've ever stayed. Due to status matching I was able to upgrade to a suite my first few days there. It was an amazing setup with a very nice and large size room. Several great amenities. Even their lower grade rooms are still great. Be prepared to do a lot of walking due to the size of the location. Check ahead of time where your check-in desk is based on what your status is and where you're staying. Otherwise you can end up walking half a mile across the hotel. One of the only dislikes I had is the rideshare pickup is off to the side and in one of the most distant places from everything you're going to be going to. I think Caesars needs to change that and would benefit from it greatly. I do like the fact that they have a private entrance for status members. Parking overall is easy to get to for the most part for Vegas. The gaming floor is awesome and was one of the best casinos that I played at. Food options are amazing and vary in price depending on what you're looking for. The cigar lounge is great and had a good selection and was very comfortable. Cocktails available there and snacks were awesome. Security and customer service were both amazing. Location on the strip is great and access to all the big things that you would want to be checking out on the strip is very easy. There is a lot of walking to do but overall it's a great experience. Not the most accessible friendly but still accessible. You're going to have to go a little further than a lot of places but that is somewhat to be expected with how long these places have been around. If you want a good comfortable luxurious day this is the place to go. Even if you're not staying here the shopping and the food are amazing.

I did not stay here this trip. However, I did spend a day and a half gambling on property. The food options absolutely amazing for sweets. Definitely check out. Dominic Ansel, the food court the sit down restaurants. It's all amazing. The staff on the casino floor were absolutely on point. Definitely better than the Caesar properties on the other side of the strip.

One of the best attractions on the Strip. I don’t gamble (much) but I love Vegas for the sights and this one is definitely that. It’s definitely an adult playground with the Casino and the clubs and bars! The restaurants are top notch too (look for another post about my recent experience). If you go by take some good walking shoes, stay hydrated and make sure you have storage on your phone or camera! Definitely in my top 3 of places to visit in Vegas!

All of this is 5-star. The concierge was so helpful when it came to booking & helping me find things to do to celebrate my birthday. The room has a great view of the strip, beds are so comfortable & so clean! Highly recommend this hotel among many others, stay here if you get the chance! You should plan to take a full 2-3 days to just walk the entire grounds in order to see everything this hotel has to offer.

We were smack dab in the middle of the LV strip. We had a fountain view suite. It was around $2400 for the week. It was pretty steep on pricing now that I shopped around a bit more, but wouldn't change the experience we had, just the cost of stay. The concierge was knowledgeable when there however, calling to speak with someone was a nightmare before the trip. They have a over-sees call service, and they do not give proper information, which we found out once we arrived. I loved the palace itself. The rooms were clean and inviting. The price of snacks and drinks in the rooms are very expensive, so we suggest going to a store to purchase instead. I'd rather spend the $ on shows etc. Their pools were amazing and they had many different pool areas. Overall we had an amazing time!

This hotel is magnificent inside the rooms, and is in a great, convenient location in the middle of the strip. The forum shops are all very nice too and it is a wonderful place to stroll through with shows and other things to look at in a picturesque setting. The only thing that ruined it for me is the check-in and check-out staff are a bit rude, seemingly quite flustered by the crowds (because they seemingly only have a few reception staff despite the long queues) and were surprisingly not pleasant to deal with even for the simplest things like asking what time check out is, or asking what to do with the plastic keys, etc. let alone anything more onerous. Also, the reception insists you let them authorise $100/night on your credit card when checking in no matter if your accommodation is already paid for, no matter if you’re there for business and don’t want to charge all kinds of things to your room, etc. So, if you’re there four nights that’s $400 you can’t use on your own credit card. What makes it worse is not all credit card companies release holds immediately. The reception people will insist the hold is released as soon as you check out. Not so; it depends on your credit card. Citibank, for example, let holds time out after 30 days if no charges were made so that means that $400 is now unavailable for an entire month - and why? Just so Caesar’s Palace can make it “convenient” for you if you want to charge room service? The staff at the desk say you have no flexibility here; you must allow it or they won’t let you check in. However, turns out there is flexibility but you have to escalate it high enough. Then they let you block room charges and no hold is required. Given this is possible, why do I have to play these games at check-in with the reception people? Anyhow, the rooms are excellent and the conference facilities are terrific. Lots of room, great location, and very pleasant apart from the check-in and check-out people.

This is a quintessential Vegas resort. Love the theme of Rome and the whole layout of the hotel. The resort is really cool and has great amenities and casino. Went to the pool area and rented a canopy and that was a great but expensive experience. Overall, great hotel, resort, and casino. Would recommend it to anyone. Rooms were not as nice as I would of liked but still acceptable.

I was visiting Vegas for the first time. My husband and I booked at this hotel and then later at the Plaza Hotel for the 2nd half of our visit. 3 things great about this hotel, one is the venue. It is smack dab in the middle of the action of the Las Vegas strip, the pool area has about 5 pools to include one adult only pool and last but not least, this place is so big, they have a shopping mall, several restaurants, bars, cigar and gift shops. It's take about 2 to 3 days to see all of Caesars Palace. The bad is that everything in there is 3 times more expensive than the average hotel, A bottle of water 7.00 and if you want to eat at some of the famous restaurants, your bill will be no less than 100.00. Caesars Palace charged 100.00 a day for incidentals and a 53.00 resort fee per day which was not originally included in the charges when I booked direct. Also they charged my room for items that I did not use from the mini bar and when I disputed it, they still applied it to my bill. 24.00 for a small bottle of water, 24.00 for some coffee that I did not drink and 24.00 for some peanuts that I did not eat. I will never stay there again for that reason. They are good if you just want to gamble or stay in one small area of the strip but the Plaza Hotel was a little better on my pockets. I'll write a review there as well.

Caesars is in the heart of the strip. Check in was a breeze but expect a slight wait depending on time of arrival. Our room was great. Very clean and up to date. Loved the pool area. So many pools which I loved. Has a swim up bar and a place to gamble all while in the pool. Many restaurants to eat at and connected to a nice upscale mall with restaurants in it. Our service was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, great experience. Just be careful with the little refrigerator in your room if you touch it or even just open they will try to charge for things you never used. I think it has sensors or something cause at check out they had to remove some extra charges for things I didn't use. And the food it's crazy expensive, so be prepared.

We were just visiting the area and walked to it from our hotel. We just played in the casino for a few hours and thoroughly enjoyed friendliness of this staff and the play on the machines. We sat in the bar area in the lobby towards the front of the casino and we're treated well by the staff and the machines were a lot of fun. For some reason we got hooked on the roulette game at the bar. Also the keno games were a lot of fun.

I enjoyed my visit here. There are plenty of games to play with various betting available. The food court inside was great as well, along with the restaurants in the shopping area. It's pretty packed in the daytime, but if you are like me and enjoy fewer people around, then show up around 2am. It was very empty around that time and was perfect for me. I stayed at the nobu Hotel inside here and would recommend that as well.

Stayed here a few times and it's a pretty dang nice hotel. The hotel is showing wear and tear though especially the elevators. The rooms don't get very cool but it is extremely hot outside so that plays a role. I advise not even looking at the minibar because it billed us over $60 and didn't even take anything. 😒 Food is awesome and the options are plentiful. Machines are everywhere and plenty open for play.

I understood that Vegas casinos are not smoke-free when I booked. However, the hotel rooms are supposed to be smoke-free. On a few occasions there was a strong cigarette smoke smell that I thought was coming through the ac vent... I called the front desk to get reassigned to another room, perhaps on a higher level since my room was the 1st level above the casino. I spoke, in person, to front desk Jason (who couldn't have been more nonchalant about my situation if he tried!!!). He stated that there were no other rooms available in all of caesars (hard to believe especially since people were leaving at all times of day and night with luggage and housekeeping was still visible and working my entire stay). He said that maybe someone next door, or above me was smoking in their room. So they sent a worker to "replace the air" in my room. Didn't take too long for the worker arrive. He placed a device that emitted scented steam/vapor into the room, said I didn't have to leave because it isn't toxic and once I was "satisfied", I could unplug and place the device in the hall outside of my door. I stayed in the bathroom the entire time away from the scented steam. Needless to say that "fix" was very temporary. As soon as I placed it outside, I left to meet my group for an outing only to return to the smoke again! I was very displeased and called the front desk several times to no avail. I'm sensitive to smoke, I wore masks as I speed walked through the casino, didn't really play because of the smoke. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep with a mask on so I rarely slept at all my entire stay. Sinus headache the entire stay, plus I sounded like Barry White! The worst hotel stay I've ever experienced!!! Extremely disappointed.

Will not stay here again. Paid for an upgraded room but room temperature, amenities, and service were disappointing. Had to keep the the vent on high at the lowest temperature just to make the room decently comfortable. "High" on the AC vent was actually pretty slow. They throttle the room temps to be "eco-friendly" but don't hold back on the casino floor. There's also no fridge in the room for personal items and the hotel couldn't accommodate our request for a personal fridge. There would have been a $75 charge to have the mini-bar items removed from the fridge for personal use. The ice machine on our floor didn't work the at all during our stay and just beeped the whole time. The service was also terrible. We requested for our room to be serviced and no one came by. The concierge text line is really slow. I would recommend that travelers seek other accommodations. I've had much better experiences in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, and the Hilton.

Pros: Super convenient central strip location. Lots to do in the property (buffet, spa, pools, etc.). Comfy bed. Large room. Quiet rooms with good sound proofing. Cons: Express check-in and mobile check-in did not work. Stations were out of order throughout my stay. Thus some very long check-in lines. Room amenities are very sparse: no hand soap in bathroom, no body soap (only shampoo & conditioner), no floor mat for the bathroom. No in-room coffee unless you're willing to pay a LOT for it from the mini-bar. (As others have noted, no in room fridge to use for keeping things like coffee condiments and meds cold.) Bell "Desk" is located outside the building and more a collection of rolling stands than a desk or station. Although front desk says that you can leave bags with them after check out, the "desk" staff would not accept them so you have to carry around after check out time. Would have been good to know ahead of time to plan departure time. Would consider another hotel next time I visit.

There is nothing not to like about Caesar’s Palace. The views, the food, the rooms, the sites, the shows, the artwork (inside & out) of the palace. The forum shops in it of itself is a wonder!! We never left Caesars for the entire 10 days with the exception of going to the store to get gallons of water. We went to see Adele and we’re amazed and in awe of her! What a wonderful, beautiful, personable and classic woman!

The location of the hotel is great as you can walk to so many places (Bellagio fountains is right next to it) or take on Monorail from the hotel across the street. Check-in is very interesting... When we got there around noon, our room was not available and they gave us 3 options: you can pay $60 to get the first available room of our type when it's ready, or get an upgrade and get to the room immediately, or wait to check in at 4 pm. We got an upgrade and the room was very nice: spacious and quiet, but some small parts were loose in the bathroom, iron was working but no steam, and they do have a coffee maker but you have to pay separately for a coffee pods (box of 4 pods was in the room with the rest of paid snacks). The hotel is very big and they have an online map available, you can find everything there: casino, shopping, great restaurants, several pools, shows and all of it made with a nice roman style architecture. This hotel is one of the best on the strip, even though it's very big but everything is clean and taken care of, you can't even smell a cigarette smoke there unless someone smokes right next to you.

My room was clean, but in need of a refresh. Minor maintenance issues detracted from an otherwise perfect stay. Service was good, very friendly. In-house restaurants were great. I was able to get a beef wellington and a toffee pudding through room service to get a partial Gordon Ramsey experience without leaving my couch. There was a Keurig in my room, but it really would have been nice to have coffee provided, vice offering it in the mini bar. (Save the money, go to Target.) I'd definitely consider a stay here again.

Large hotel, connected to a mall called the Forum Shops. Early check in is around $35 and you check in at 12 pm. Self parking is around $18 a day and Valet is up to $50 a day. Resort fee is around $35. There is also a charge of $100 a night for incidentals. We originally booked a king suite in the palace tower. This tower is the one closest to the pool. Security is by the elevator and will need to see room key before you can get in the elevators. Unfortunately, due to crazy rain storm, we were unable to use the pools. Our room was not ready, we were given a double queen instead. The room is extremely large. Has a huge floor to ceiling mirror in the entry way. Large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Also has double sinks and a large shower. The room comes with 2 closets. It also has a stocked mini fridge. DO NOT OPEN the mini fridge. All the beverages inside are triple the price and they will charge to your room any items that are removed. There are snacks already in the room. But again DO NOT MOVE or you will be charged. Lol the beds were soft and very comfortable. There were 4 fluffy pillows per bed. We were comped the room. We only paid the resort fees. Not sure how much it is a night. I will definitely come back again. The customer service was the best.

Caesar's Palace is simply luxurious. The entire resort is decorated with ornate statues, gardens, and marble everything. The restaurants are fantastic! It is located beside the Bellagio right in the heart of the strip. The room is nearly perfect. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room is very clean and well maintained. It was surprisingly very quiet. However, I was quite shocked that there was no complimentary coffee or even coffee stirrers. The fridge was completely stocked with bar items, making it impossible to use. Everything is wonderful, just be prepared to keep your wallet open. Also, finding the self parking area was quite frustrating. Overall, a great place to vacation.

I think the majority of the machines were turned off for payoff! The rooms were clean, but dated. Staff was nice. Location was good with plenty to see nearby. The Forum Shops area is really cool, EXPENSIVE, but really cool.

We did not stay at Caesars Palace we were staying next door but what I can say walking through the hotel is that they did a great job. My wife and I were impressed at the decor and how everything was arranged. We especially liked how they made it look like being outside when inside with the ceilings looking like the sky. One of the best part was we found a Cheesecake Factory restaurant inside Caesars Palace. This was one of the best and cost effective restaurants we found on the Las Vegas strip. Overall review: 5 stars Pros: Beautiful and well-maintained hotel Impressive decor, especially the ceilings that look like the sky Cheesecake Factory restaurant inside the hotel, which is one of the best and most cost-effective restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip Cons: Did not stay at the hotel, so cannot comment on the rooms or other amenities Overall, I highly recommend Caesars Palace to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-maintained hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. The Cheesecake Factory restaurant inside the hotel is a great bonus.

After walking 20min+ (?!?!) from the parking to check in we had to wait another 20 minutes at least to check in. We couldn’t use the pool because it got closed early for no reason… The room itself was nice. When we wanted to check out tho we got charged 100$ for using the minibar (we did not!). After explaining the situation (we moved some drinks to make room in the fridge for our food but put them back) it was fine. At home we got charged the fee again and email contact is telling us to call but it’s not possible because we live in Germany. Now they are ignoring me.

Our trip was great. Weather really nice for mid October. Pool director KJ is always some welcoming and service oriented. Our host Paul is so awesome and helpful. Renovations in lobby are finished and a great upgrade. Lagers Steakhouse opened while we were there and is special. So great to see waiters/servers there who had been at Old Homestead for years. Tables were busy, slots were like usual, but with lots of new ones.

Our stay at Caesar's Palace in the Octavius Tower was exceptional! The hotel lived up to its reputation, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. Everything was as expected, and the room in the Octavius Tower was fantastic. While the parking was a bit of a walk, it turned out to be a good exercise, complementing our stay. The overall experience was top-notch, and we would definitely return for the exceptional service and comfort!

The hotel is beautiful. The Roman theme makes it feel very luxurious and elegant. Rooms are spacious and beds feel like a dream. They are a little outdated and worn- can see a room renovation in the future. Perfect location. The hotel is massive and it’s easy to get lost or not know your way out. Would stay here next time being that it is such a great location. Food is way overpriced but I think that is all of LV.

My friend and I were staying in the Julius tower in Caesar’s Palace for our last day in Vegas. The room was nothing extraordinary or had anything different from other hotels of its status, but the location is very convenient as there are casinos everywhere, a shopping mall, restaurants and food spots. This is why the prices of these rooms can get expensive. I’d recommend for people to stay here, but I feel like it’s a once in a lifetime experience, probably won’t be back here, but we had a great time exploring Vegas from such a convenient location! NOTE: The hotel charges you with a resort fee when you’re checking in, which we already knew about and also charges for an early-check in depending on the time you arrive.

Great location right in the middle of all the action. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. The property is well kept and there is lots to do inside the casino. The pools are beautiful and not as crazy as other pools in Vegas. This trip was in the winter time so we did not go to the pools because they are closed for the season. We wanted to try the buffet but the buffet was fully booked every single night we were there. We loved the area with all the high end stores and restaurants. I would definitely go back to Ceasars. Check in was a bit of a hassle because the system for self check in was down but the people at the front desk made up for it because they where super gracious.

What an awesome property! The room was clean. The bed was nice and there were amenities galore. It is pricey, but it is an experience. I was disappointed by the money grab gimmick with the mini-bar setup and some of the other things. Overall, you can't ask for a much better place to stay. You're in the heart of the strip and you can walk as much or little as you want. I highly recommend the property!

Though I did not stay here I found myself walking through this majestic place lined with huge showrooms and lavish carpets on the way to the casino. The chandeliers were a sight to behold, and the various statues placed right from the entrance and all over the place added royalty to the place. I hope those who stayed here must have had a heavenly experience. Maybe I will plan to stay here during the next visit to Las Vegas. The entire walkway was accessible for the differently abled.

Overall, a must visit spot if you are in Vegas! There are so many things to see and do here! We didn't stay at the hotel but came for the casino. We chose this casino in Vegas because that's where an episode of Friends took place. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that Friends was never filmed here - they used a prop set. Oh well, we still had a great time exploring around. The biggest disappointment, though, was the casino itself. We signed up for the rewards program to get the bonus. I got $10 for the slots, and my husband got $10 for floor games. Well, my husband discovered that all the tables have a $50 minimum to play, so he never used his $10 sign up bonus. I put my card into a machine that I didn't understand how to use, and my $10 credit was gone, and I still don't understand how. We tried a few of the slots but found them dumb and pointless. Most of the slots didn't really have a rhythm or reason. You just put money in, and maybe you win, and maybe you don't. They didn't do a great job explaining the odds or what was happening. We each blew $100 quickly and stupidly and with no satisfaction of fun along the way - just confusion. So I really don't recommend the casino experience unless you know what you are doing. It definitely isn't user-friendly for beginners. However, after the casino, we walked around the mall area, checking out the shops and restaurants. I must say that it was quite impressive in it looks and architecture! It was so elaborate and high end that I joked that I wasn't sure if I could afford to breathe the air here! Ha! It was really fun to walk through, though, and appreciate the grandeur of it all!
