I see a lot of good reviews on here ... that’s no surprise to us! I lived in here with my family for more than 5 years, Reflection Cove is such a beautiful community with fun events to allow neighbors to meet. It is a great place to live in Ballwin area (and in West County, MO in general). Do not spend a long time searching for a nice apartment in this area, you just need to go directly to this luxurious and high-end apartment, and you will never be disappointed! The staff is great (Kristine and Ashley), they truly care about your needs and wants. Maintenance staff (Andrew and Jeff) are incredible. Maintenance request is usually completed by the second day if not on the same day. The buildings are mostly quiet, very clean and convenient with wonderful lake and fountain view. The amenities are fantastic (gym, outdoor pool, business center). Great location with great school District (high rated schools), It is minutes away from the grocery stores, wholesales, and the local shopping complexes such as Costco Wholesale, Sam's club, Walmart, Target, Home depot, West County Center and many more. Can't recommend it enough!

I applied here moving from out of state. I was starting a new job and they could not verify my offer letter due to playing phone tag w my new employer. I paid $200 in earnest money that I still (after 4 weeks) have yet to have refunded to me as I am being told it takes 30 days for them to issue a refund which is complete and utter bologna. They keep telling me it takes long Because it is coming from Chicago Illinois which is hogwash it does not take that long to issue a refund and it certainly doesn’t take 30 days for mail to travel. I put $1000 earnest money down on something else and I got that money back weeks ago yet here I am still waiting for this place to refund me $200 and they charge upwards of $2000 a month in rent. If my check isn’t here tomorrow I’ll be complaining to the government authorities. I have received mail from overseas faster than it is taking them to send me a refund check for $200 from the next state over.

I lived here for 2 years while I was in grad school. I moved in the middle of the pandemic, so I toured virtually and completed everything via email and by phone with Kristine and Ashley. They were super helpful throughout my transition, and Ashley remained super helpful and sweet even when Kristine left. The apartment complex was safe, quiet, and well kept for the most part. The only issues I experienced were broken steps that took months to replace, an air conditioner that wasn’t working one month of June, neighbors who smoked marijuana all of the time, and neighbors who were eventually evicted after multiple domestic violence calls. I rated 4 stars because the apartment complex is pretty old and I’m sure all units could use renovations. The gym equipment is okay; it really needs to be updated as well. The pool was nice and the overall scenery and location of the complex is really nice! I always felt safe living alone there. The maintenance turnover rate was high but they were still quick to respond. The front office staff was always super helpful and responsive whether it was just a simple concern or even just a package delivered. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at these apartments and would recommend them to someone looking for a nice, safe, and affordable place to live!

I just moved in at the end of September, and so far I'm very pleased. The apartment itself is beautiful, updated, well-maintained. I get compliments from everyone who comes over on how spacious it feels. I had one maintenance request that was taken care of very quickly. The leasing staff have been incredibly kind and helpful. I've moved too many times in the last several years, and this was by far the easiest/smoothest move I've had. The property is very quiet, peaceful. Neighbors so far have been lovely. Overall a great experience thus far.

From the first of viewing the apartments before renting through the process of deciding to rent from Reflection Cove, the office staff are very courteous, kind and professional. They make sure that if you have any questions they answer them right away. They truly treat you like family. They make the move in process as problem free as possible. They even have tenant appreciation week here!! I have never heard of a complex doing that before. On my day of moving in I even had neighbors welcoming you the neighborhood. It truly feels like home here and more than welcoming. Not to mention how you are close to everything you could possibly need. When you rent at Reflection Cove the only words needed are.... Couldn’t recommend Reflection Cove more! From day one, the staff in the leasing office have been nothing but amazing. They made the move-in process so incredibly smooth, can’t say enough about how nice they are. Maintenance is great, the few problems I’ve had are addressed within the day, sometimes before I even get home from work! On top of that, it’s just beautiful. I get compliments all of the time from friends who visit. I personally like how it is it’s own little neighborhood, so we don’t get traffic noises at all. Plenty of walking space if you have pets. Also, their response to COVID was impressive. They made it very clear that they were taking all precautions but were still available to help at the drop of a hat. This summer they also did Food Truck Thursday’s, where they brought in a locally owned food truck every week for a month. It was GREAT! I do hope they are able to bring that back next summer. It was just a great added bonus to living here. Honestly would give a 6 if I could.
