    This is the condition of filet-o-fish starting @ $10.55 in a meal... Really!!! Night staff are horrible and even though you place order online and pay for it, when you go there to collect they are always cleaning their machines. Need better trained staffs and updates to the app.

    Ordered Aussie Angry Angus, no beetroot or tomato 😑 I take to counter manager seen me and turned away from counter. The young worker ask if she could help me and after gave my burger to staff out back who proceeded to throw ingredients onto burger and hand back to girl....Absolute joke

    I don’t know why store management doesn’t do something about unsavoury teenagers creating an unwelcome presence lounging in booths for hours not buying Maccas stuff. But this gripe is mainly about the atmosphere they create. Move them on. Make it pleasant for others!

    This is the second time I went here and asked to add pickles and they didn’t do it both times and still charged me for it. I also asked for a different sauce (Big Mac instead of mccrispy sauce) and they gave me no sauce. I took off the dry bun and ate the dry burger with soggy lettuce on it in sadness as I sat in my bed at the end of the day looking for this meal to give me happiness <\3 I also asked if they had any spicy sauce in the kitchen to add to a burger and the person on the drive through couldn’t even understand the question. Also they forgot pickles on my boyfriends burger which is standard on a Big Mac. I got a coke no sugar and my bf got a coke. When they handed it to me and I asked which one was which they had no idea what I was even talking about or which one was which. What if I had diabetes?? My heart is broken to say the least </3 am I being dramatic or is this McDonald’s the worst??? That is the question!

    Worker perspective: it’s pretty ok, especially for my age. Pay (for a high school student, less than a year working there) is about $15 - $18 an hour. I wouldn’t recommend this job for people with Autism or anything classified as Neurodivergent because if just how much beeping there is from alarms. There’s only space for one person on each station and it’s pretty difficult to get more supply to the mini fridge if you need to because you have to basically squeeze through there. Other than that, the Apple Pies slap and they should make burgers with fries on the them

    You go to McDonald’s cause it is predictable, saying this you never have to wonder about what you are getting with your food, yet somehow on my last two visits to the Noosa McDonald’s I have order a cheeseburger and received no pickle. I’m disappointed and disgraced a cheeseburger is truely nothing without the pickles, if I received the pickle without the cheeseburger I would have been more pleased than having the cheeseburger without the pickle. So McDonald’s here’s my question… are we still doing pickles or is that in the salad now (which by the way no body orders).

    My cousin ordered a quarter pounder and they forgot the meat. Not the onions or the sauce, the actual meat. HOW TF DO YOU FORGET MEAT IN A BURGER?? WHAT DO THE TEENAGERS EVEN DO IN THE KITCHEN AT THIS POINT? DO YALL JUST PLAY SUBWAY SURFERS WHILST MAKING THE FOOD??

    It was closed at 10:30pm. On the app it says open 24 hours so I’ve ordered, get the code number to pick up drove all the way over there but when get there it is was closed. It didn’t even had a sign saying it was closed. Workers were inside pretending not to see the people who was outside that also have ordered on the app but didn’t know it was closed. At the point the workers came outside saying that it was closed in a very rude way. At least put a bloody sing or change the hours on the app so people don’t bother to drive all the way there

    Went here just for dinner and the place was terribly filthy, trash everywhere and pretty much every table had leftover food or some sort of thing on it (even the roof had a moldy pickle on it …). Ordered through the self serve machines and used cash so needed to take my order up and get someone to put it through the till and waited there for about 5 minutes until a young man (seemed to be new) came over and took my order. Didn’t wait long for food, maybe about 5-10 minutes which is great considering the amount of food we bought but soon realised the food was pretty much cold and the chips were sooo stale, like they had sat there for hours! The banana bread was over cooked but cold… we were missing ice creams… The workers were fine, friendly when talking to you but ignored if you didn’t talk to them first. Now the burger, I ordered a double quarter pounder burger and the smell was HORRIBLE like it was off and probably sitting there for God only knows how long. This is the first time I’ve been there and it’ll certainly be the LAST TIME I come here!

    Ordered the new cheesy beef burger with an extra beef patty and the cheese & patty was missing… shouldn’t be that hard. Also the Coke Zero was horrible and tasted like lemon soda water. We went back another night around 8pm to get a replacement and it was closed, although google says open 24hrs. Disappointing

    Amazing how even newer McDonald's stores look sort of run down these days... Customers leave rubbish on the table and all over the place, place is probably understaffed meaning rubbish stays there forever. If customers had more education and took their own mess away things would look better. That would improve but not fix the problem though.. And food is just like any other McDonald's... Run of the mill stuff. This business model needs a revamp IMO

    Came in for a feed but 1st of all didn’t get all of our order, so had to go back in. When waiting inside non of the workers acknowledge us, then found piece of hair in one burger wraps, also did not get the dipping sauce which was requested in the order, also one of the burgers was dry had no sauce 1 pickle and 1 piece of onion☹️. The chips also tasted liked they had been cooked twice. Overall very disappointed And appalling service.👎

    Disappointing Experience at McDonald's I visited McDonald's last Saturday night after placing an order through the app with the intention of picking it up in person. To my frustration, the restaurant was closed upon arrival, and I was directed to the drive-thru pickup window for assistance. After inquiring about my order, the staff were unhelpful and left me without a clear response. An individual wearing a black uniform approached and, upon explaining my situation, insisted that service was only available to those in vehicles and that I had to leave the premises or face police intervention. I stood my ground, requesting at least a refund since I couldn't receive the food I had paid for. The situation escalated unnecessarily and was only resolved when a blonde lady, not in uniform, kindly processed my refund. This entire ordeal was distressing. I was excited about my meal, only to be threatened with police action for simply wanting what I had purchased. McDonald's should seriously reconsider their staff selection and training processes to ensure that customers are met with a positive experience, something that was sorely lacking during my visit.

    Ordered food, including large chips and there was literally no chips in the packet. Id say about the size of a small chips was in the large chip packet. Seriously. I work in fast food aswell and never stoop to this low for food service.

    I just wanted to give a massive thumbs up to Noosaville McDonald’s. We were traveling from Bundaberg through to Sydney and dropped by Noosa Maccas (6th October 23) to grab a bite to eat for breakfast before we continued onwards. I must say, my husband and I were blown away, we ordered 2 Brekkie burgers, and they were made quickly and presented perfectly. We watched the worker, Mackenzie I believe his name was, prepare everything fresh and he even cooked the meats specifically for our order; It was certainly a change of pace compared to other McDonald stores we have visited. I couldn't quite see his name badge, but I think his name was Mackenzie ( Sorry if I got that wrong ) and the manager who greeted us, Chobe I believe, was also very polite and professional. I strongly recommend this store! Customer service was spot on. Thank you for making our day Noosaville McDonald’s, we will be sure to visit in the future:)

    Worst McDonald’s. Always forgets products and have to go back. Staff laugh at you when you have to take their mistakes back to them. Grill slips are itemised, it’s not rocket science maccas.
