Sensational experience, the restaurant was full and plenty of people waiting outside for a table so make sure you book in advance. Meals are fancy and tasty, designed to be shared, which is great as it invites great conversation. A wonderful mix of flavours, textures and colours, with a wild mix of common and unheard of ingredients, all in a classy venue. Proud to support restaurants with innovative plant based menus, you will not find a veggie burger on the menu here folks! 5 Stars.

What an amazing place! Even thought our expectations were high, it was just an incredible experience. One of the best places where we had dinner in Australia. Our congratulations to the chef that came up with such creative flavours. We ordered many plates; all of them really good. However, the ones that we enjoyed the most were the tapioca fritters and the mapo tofu (!!!) The prices were really reasonable for the quality of the food and the sexy environment of the place. I would love to have pictures to attach, but the food (again) was too good to waste time taking pictures.

Almost vegetarian restaurant in Noosa Junction, but even the carnivores will be satisfied. The menu rotates every few weeks so don't miss out on the current offering. The cocktails are innovative both alcohol and non alcohol plus of course some excellent wines. Food can be ordered as tapas at the bar, shared meals at a table or just be a little bit determined and enjoy your own chosen dishes. I have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the world and this is certainly comparable. If nothing else drop in for a drink and the cheese platter, very generous serves of 4 cheeses with crackers but the truffle honey is to die for. Best restaurant in Noosa region.

Wow! One of the best meals we’ve had this year. From the moment we were greeted by Leon I knew we were in for a good time, with his infectious energy. Despite us arriving far too early, he was only too happy to accommodate us. Phenomenal inventive food catering to all (we’re vegan / plant-based and were thrilled). Friendly authentic service (we left feeling like we’d made new friends) and a stylish setting with great music. For the quality, it’s also well priced. My only regret was that we didn’t have enough room to eat dessert! Fortunately there’s going to be a next time. Well done to all the team at Herbert, including of course the chefs and bar staff. You nailed it and should be proud.

Recently had the pleasure of having dinner at Herbert and my god it was out of this world. I've had a lot of amazing food but this menu just blew me away. The concept of the menu is so well made for sharing, every flavour and element had it's place and worked so harmoniously to create one of those incredible dining experiences as opposed to just a great meal. The owner was enthusiastically present and you can really see he and the chefs deeply care about what they're putting on the plate. The atmosphere was just perfect for the feel of the place as well, so cosy and elevated but not pretentious at all. Drinks, food, service and atmosphere were just incredible (and it's majority vegan!!)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Herbert and experiencing their breakfast offerings. I must say, the breakfast launch was a resounding success, and it's not hard to see why. Herbert has truly raised the bar when it comes to serving a unique and fresh breakfast experience. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that Herbert pays attention to every detail. Their commitment to using organic, locally sourced bread and eggs speaks volumes about their dedication to quality and sustainability. It's refreshing to see a restaurant that takes pride in supporting local farmers and offering ingredients that are not only delicious but also produced with ethical considerations in mind. One standout feature of Herbert's breakfast menu is their freshly blended juices. The flavors are vibrant and invigorating, and it's clear that they are made with the utmost care and attention. I appreciated the variety of options available, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It's evident that Herbert has invested in a well-staffed and resourced team who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring that each guest's needs are met. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Herbert further enhances the breakfast experience. The staff members are knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready to offer recommendations or accommodate special requests. Their enthusiasm for the food they serve is contagious, and it creates a warm and inviting ambiance that makes dining at Herbert a memorable experience. Overall, I highly recommend Herbert's breakfast to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience. The attention to detail, commitment to using organic and local ingredients, and the friendly and well-resourced team make for a breakfast that stands out from the rest. Whether you're a local or a visitor, Herbert is definitely a place worth trying for a fresh and delightful breakfast.

Delicious food, great service, beautiful ambience. Lots of veg options too. Our faves were the tapioca fritters, and the mapo tofu which came with a surprise black sesame ice cream palette cleanser which helped neutralise the chilli oil between bites. Just need to update their drinks menu to include the delicious non alcoholic options on offer. Would happily return.

Best cafe is Noosa! Amazing food, great coffee and awesome service! If you’re on the sunny coast put Herbet at the top of your list! P.S. get the Potato Pave

Good cocktail range and taste lovely, friendly staffs and relaxing atmosphere :) However, foods are not a good value at all, pricey, small portions and average taste. We ordered king prawns in large menu, it comes only 4 smalls-medium size tasteless prawns on the plate which charged $42+10% Sunday surcharge, so disappointed, still hungry…….

We were blown away by the variety and intensity of the dishes at Herbert. We did the feed-me menu and somewhat astonishingly were given 10 dishes for only $80 per head (smaller served than normal). Incredible value from our perspective. The carrots and the steak were highlights! The waitress was lovely. A must for anyone visiting Noosa!

Incredibly good food. 80% vegan and it was really delicious. Tried a few different things but everything was amazing and created with so much thought. The waitress and owner were really friendly and you could tell that everyone really cares about the place. I would highly recommend it!

My partner and I went to Herbert for the first time last weekend. Our experience there left us speechless. Herbert is such a well-rounded dining experience. The atmosphere is sophisticated but laid back, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was impeccable - we had the bread and crackers with dip to start, which were both delicious. This was followed by the best carrots we have ever tasted, which was then topped by the best broccoli we have ever tasted. We were so full after the four plates, we wish we’d had room to try one of the fantastic-looking desserts. Looks like we will just have to go back! Well done Herbert.

Went here for our anniversary dinner, and it was nothing short of amazing! We ordered all vegan dishes (which is 80% of the menu) and each dish was impeccable. My partner thinks this could be a hatted restaurant. My favourite was the Mapo Tofu, so delicious with the restaurant's own take on the dish. Black sesame ice cream was included as a palette cleanser, so each bite of the mapo felt like the first. Drool worthy! All the other dishes were great too - we got the shiitake mushroom, carrot and broccoli. Service was friendly and prompt, and nice cocktails too. We also loved the atmosphere - relaxed but sophisticated. This is some of the best food I've had - will 1000% be back if I ever revisit Noosa! 10/10

Don't usually write reviews but can't get past this one. Vegan food never tasted so good. Staff were lovely and made the experience even better. We had the best night. Cannot fault and highly recommend!

As an airline pilot who flies around the world eating, I have a lot to compare to. This was my first time to Herbert, and I was both surprised and impressed by the whole experience. I will definitely be back. Creative and delicious.

We were delighted to find this little gem of a restaurant in Noosa Junction. It is usually difficult to cater for my wife's gluten free, vegetarian requirements but this place did not disappoint at all. The combination of flavours in each dish plus the presentation were inspiring. Couple that with the relaxed (but helpful) and friendly atmosphere from the host and staff made our night out very memorable. Highly recommended.

Whenever I visit my folks in Noosa, I only ever have one request -that we have dinner at Herbert. Genuinely one of my favourite restaurants across Australia. Every dish is so mouthwateringly delicious, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We spent an amazing night. Thank you for your lovely service and food. The dip and sourdough was super tasty. It was not classic hummus like every other places :D Thank to Alex, we tried tofu and it was the star of the night. A unique experience

Well this place is an absolute GEM! A fantastic selection of mostly vegetarian dishes (only one beef dish) which even my 16 year old son reluctantly agreed were excellent! We pretty much ordered everything on the menu, and apart from the courgette - which I loved but everyone else thought was a bit meh- all agreed all dishes were excellent. Take the time to visit if you are in Noosa!

This restaurant - goodness... you are certainly on the way to becoming a hatted restaurant.... the dishes were well thought of, with complex flavours that have been combined so beautifully. Would definitely recommend

😐 About what you'd expect. Average pub food that's churned out within 5 minutes of ordering. The Beef rib was pretty good. The crab tasted off and was extremely fishy. This place is good for a drink and a great view.
