Good location and good value. Yes per the other reviews it was pretty loud but we asked for a quieter room and they were super accommodating. Its a $20 uber to the airport for an early flight and you have a coles next door so you can get prepped easy for an early morning flight without breaking the bank.

Mixed review for me. Traffic noise was excessive and with a baby found it difficult to sleep. The location was great for us and was tidy. A little dated from the photos and quiet expensive for what you get. Pleasant stay but would probably not stay again with a baby.

Staff were great, extremely helpful. Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to eat nearby although I didn't try any of them. The only draw back and the reason for 3 stars is the noise. Mt Alexander road is relentless. It is just so loud with traffic noise and car horn that is replaced by wannabe races at night and car horns.

We stayed at 3 seperate places during our trip. The punthill Essendon was the best. Very clean, awesome bed. Very clean, asthetically pleasing. Even on a busy road the glass sliding door completely made our room silent. Undercover locked parking put my mind at ease. The staff member who greated us on sat 21/10 was lovely, polite. I'll start with the positive - reception staff are incredible. The centralised booked service staff are appalling. They were rude and condescending and generally unhelpful. The hotel: Please that smell in the lobby from the fragrance is so overpowering and offensive! The lights on the Coles side woke us up in the middle of the night, you need block out blinds there. We switched rooms and it smelt of paint lacquer or something. My shower went cold in the middle of washing my hair. One light in the kitchen was out and made it hard to see. Just one bedside table lamp. Very grotty curtains. Please get some couch cushions. As I said, it was fine but expensive in my opinion for the level of comfort etc.

My partner is staying here for work, his room barely gets cleaned, and generally when it does, it's when there is a do not disturb sign on the door and he is in the other room sleeping. Which is a total invasion of privacy. I came and stayed with him for a week, the room got cleaned once, and it was the only time we had a do not disturb sign on the door, and we were sleeping in the bedroom, getting woken up by the house cleaner, cleaning the living area. Very unprofessional and total invasion of privacy. Disappointing and unclean. Would not recommend.

2 bedroom apartment was comfortable with two bathrooms. The room was expensive considering it's location. Nice car park. However the guests staying in the facility ruined the stay. Felt unsafe at times. There was a lot of people roaming the corridors under the influence of drugs and alcohol. There were people lingering with no shoes on and a lot of yelling and screaming. We booked through Qantas frequent flyer and were expecting more. The lady at reception also was not helpful with check in process. Property is located across from coles and a great restaurant.

Don’t stay here. My room stank of burning rubber. Had to turn the aircon off as it could have been causing the toxic smell. Management didn’t care and no refund. Quite appalling actually for a weary traveller. Please note I reported to reception and they wanted me to move hotels from essendon to to south Yarra as no rooms in essendon. I was a weary traveller and too exhausted to move. No compensation offered

Staff friendly, location is great, but beds come here to die! The beds are old and not at all comfortable. Though if you do prefer a hard mattress you will have no problem. Also, the rooms do not get cleaned even if you have a ‘please service’ on your door.

Clean, spacious apartment, full size fridge, coffee pod machine. Well appointed complete with washer/dryer. Plenty of eating places close by. Parking for check-in was a bit of a challenge, building is in an awkward spot, we have a big 4wd and parking under the building was also a bit of a squeeze to get in and out but plenty of room once under.

Great meals. Even though my Marinara was ridiculously spicey. Seafood was perfectly cooked and fresh. My wife had the Salmon with sweet chilli sauce. Looked amazing. Steve our matrade was so friendly and a funny guy. Lady at front of house could be a little friendlier and look like she wants to be there. Didn't ask how was everything, thanks for coming. I stayed here from 7/08/22 through to 11/08/22 for training in Melbourne. My wife stayed with me for the duration. Location was well situated for the location were my training was. There is a restaurant on the ground floor & we didn't dine there but it was packed out every night. There is a Coles Next door & on the ground level is a bottle shop, bakery, noodle shop. Right next door is a Thai restaurant. Across the road is a pub & both sides of Mt Alexander Rd has multiple restaurants that are great dining. The Tram stop is just across the road on Keilor Rd. The apartment was self contained with a kitchen area, bathroom, one bedroom with Queen size bed & a reasonable lounge & dining area. Our room had a small balcony facing the road. There were 6 other fellows on my course & there complaint was that it was a bit noisy. I didn't think it was as were I live is on a highway. From Tullermarine Airport the Taxi fair was $20. My wife to an uber to Westfield Airport West & it was $16 each way. Essendon DFO is just up the road.

Reasonable stay for a night. Room big and comfortable. Pillows were hard though. Pretty noisy from tram and road outside. Car park was ok, not too tight for my SUV. Self check-in was handled well using the box outside.

The staff and manager were very cooperative, they considered my request due to changed unforeseen circumstances. Will definitely book with them again.

A cozy apartment hotel with the most pleasant and helpful staff. Close to all amenities and a good central location in getting around beautiful Melbourne.

Whole hotel needs a refurbishment. Holes in walls and lift where things have been taken down and they have not been patched. Key card reader in lift broken. Stains on carpet all throughout hotel. Room was disgustingly dirty. Kitchen tiles were greasy under foot. Old food splatters on kitchen cabinet. Coffee table had old coffee spills on top and underneath. The bed is the worst I have ever slept on, the Power Points were covered by the bed and the pillows provided as much support as a piece of paper. The room also stunk.

Our stay was great with happy staff to greet us and arrange our pre booked room, we were also very pleased with the extra lift and room door security to give us piece of mind while staying there.

Nice and clean good prices for the rooms. Heaps of restaurants walking distance shopping and parks close by. Public transport at the front door. Good spot close to the city.

Spacious and clean rooms with daily room cleaning. Very convenient location, Tram #59 access at the doorstep. Plenty of shops around. Excellent customer service. Staff are helpful, attentive and efficient. Highly recommend.

The room was not clean at all… there was dust everywhere, strange smell when you entered the room, rubbish left on the balcony, drain flies and worms in the shower. Overall it was very disappointing. I would not recommend this accomodation to people.

I stayed here for almost 5 months - fairly priced, good location opposite tram and supermarket. Staff were kind friendly always ready to help. The furniture is a little outdated but as mentioned before fairly priced. Thanks again for the lovely stay.

The apartment we stayed in was cozy with a lovely setup. It was a bonus to have Coles supermarket nearby. However the lift/elevator did not work for most our stay and we had to use the stairs. Overall, a lovely place.
