    Friendly staff, clean and well stocked rooms. We also found its location very convenient, with a shopping centre within a 5min walk.

    A horrible night. We stayed there during the heat wave in April and when we checked in at 10pm, we entered the room to find the air conditioner to be in the living room and not the bedroom. They refused to change the appartment. The next morning we checked out and were promised a refund of 25%. That still hasn't come through. Called them twice, still nothing.

    very impressed with the rooms and amenities within them. beds were very comfortable and the service was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying there. I will book there again when we have to go back. There are plenty of restaurants & take away places within a 5 minute walk in each direction or you can cook inside your room.

    Friendly and quick check in. Room was very clean. Bed was massive!! The only negative would be that there was lots of road traffic noise that was constant throughout the night however this is beyond the hotel’s control.

    The price was good and so was the location but the bed was so uncomfortable and there wasn’t body wash in my room! There are stains on the couch and when I got a bowl it was really dirty. The other ones were really wet. The spoons were dirty and they didn’t even clean the room before my family entered

    We stay at Quest Caroline Springs every year we always find the Staff very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and we feel we have everything we need for our stay. Shops are close - supermarkets and other shops also a food court. The Restaurants in the area are fantastic too.

    Quest is one of the best hotels in the western suburbs. Due to house inaurance, we stayed there for a few months and we couldn't be happier with our stay. Lovely staff especially the receptionists who are very helpful and poite. They have great room options whether it's a single room or double, the rooms are spacious, quiet and clean.

    Modern, clean rooms, great service. No restaurant or bar but good restaurants nearby and you can charge back to your room at some of them. Couldn't get the casting to work on the telly but that's not unusual. Would definitely stay again.

    Great place to stay for business trip. Loved the bathroom and nearby amenities. The only thing I could pick at was the road noise. The road outside is very busy and loud. Sleeping was difficult. Feel like the windows should have double glazing. Would still stay again though, just request a room at the back of the building

    Spent 5 nights @ this facility, and very well appointed; very comfortable bed with good facilities within small kitchen. Great location to access shopping centre & lots of different cuisine choices @ outside eateries.

    Overall quite good but needs some room number signage when you come out of the lifts. Hard to find if the first door is chocked open. Close to shops, parking underneath.

    Receptionist Aimee was not helpful and very rude. On our 5th day of staying in the hotel, we asked the Reception in the morning before we left to clean our room / apartment, we arrived back in the hotel at 4 PM and apartment was not serviced and clean! So disappointed! Very poor service and lacking customer service skills! Not going to stay again in this hotel / location.

    Modern hotel located next to shopping centre and local shops on access road. Road noise a bit loud but bearable. Windows should have been double glazed.

    Room was nice and big perfect for 2 people/friends and separate bathroom fab. But furniture was quite damaged. The table tops were bubbled and peeling.

    Pathetic experience! Our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived at 2.30pm. There was only one staff at the reception who was checking in all the guests and also answering phones which the process really slow and tedious. When I asked when will my room be ready, they said we can’t give you an estimated time. I can only imagine how the stay would be if the check in experience was so pathetic. The lady was rude and did not even smile and greet us. She did not even apologise and said you can give us whatever feedback you want. I told them that I have a baby with me and still no compassion. I am never staying here again!!

    Reception service hit and miss. When it's good it's good, when it's bad it's bad.. definitely prefer night staff. 1 apartment rooms very nice & clean with fridge & washing machine.

    Rooms are tiny, showers don't work properly only 3 or 4 TV channels absolutely hole of a place. Better off in a caravan park!

    @Natalie, Regarding the wifi being terrible. Then why when I connect the smart TV to my personal hotspot it stays connect until I turn it off?? Sounds like you dont want to fix the wifi timeout setting, you are just making excuses

    it was a pleasant experience here just little minor issues like stain on the curtain that was solved immediately , but overall my stay was great. the management team are very efficient in helping in issues immediately

    I made a confirmed booking through Agoda and pre-paid the whole amount fully but because the hotel manager and owner did not like the rate I booked with, my confirmed booking got cancelled and was sent an email from Agoda and had to rebook and pay an extra $250 for the same room?! it was very inconvenient when I was travelling with the family and 2 little kids. Be careful if you book and pay for your room at this hotel as you might arrive late and then you realise that your confirmed booking is cancelled because the greedy management got a better price for same room and they cancelled your booking and gave to someone else who paid more money! let alone noisy rooms and the set up of rooms in the building is similar to a dormitory and all corridors are open to the outside and it's freezing cold when you get out of your room to take the left down the stairs . Location is not bad though.

    Studio apartment was neat , had everything we needed . Even got a courtesy call when we got to the room to make sure we were happy an everything was fine . Definitely stay here again

    Check in was quick, staff friendly and room was clean and comfortable however it was very noisy from the traffic, heavy doors slamming and the windows/walls kept creaking.

    Staff were rude, I was double charged for a room and my bride was left stressed in the hours before our wedding, while 1 staff member was polite the large majority of the staff were disinterested in communicating with us and everything was ‘our problem’ And as demonstrated by your response, you have once again neglected the most important issue, your staff were rude, and they were rude well before your claimed ‘late checkout issue’ was even prevalent. It is clear now the issue at quest stems from well up into management,

    I will start with the positives, check in staff were nice, the apartment was large and clean, the shower was big and warm. Sadly we froze at night...the heaters did nothing to keep us warm and the bed covering which I assume you could call a doona...well I have eaten slices of bread that are thicker. We even put the towels from the bathroom on the bed in an attempt to get warm and had to wear our clothes to bed. Miserably cold sleep along with a lot of heavy street noise even on the 5th floor, crazy light show from the passing cars as we couldn't close all the gaps in the curtains. No spare bedding anywhere. The warmest place in the apartment was the hot water cupboard, but we couldn't fit in it. The bed was so hard we have woken up with sore backs. There is no parking for checkin, or checkout, all the parks at the front were permanently full. No signs for where to swipe your card to access the underground car park so we drove past it and were confused. For the price we paid...in excess of $300 for one night I expect a lot more. Really disappointed.

    I choose Quest Caroline Springs because my wedding venue was only 15 minutes away. It would be easy for my friends and family to stay there after our big event. They accommodated us with a late check out until 3pm which was great and also told them our transport was coming to collect us at 3:45pm and asked if they could accommodate us an extra hour as we were running late with hair and make up. The team at quest said I would have to pay for the whole room if we stay past 3pm and I was so stressed out as a bride as I had the team taking photos and was just rushed out and wasn’t understanding. My partner also told me that both apartment wasn’t paid as he got there earlier the reception made him pay $600 for the room & $300 for the bond. My partner just paid it but I have told him that already spoke to someone that I would pay 2 weeks in advance which was transferred and sent them an email but never got a receipt. Went down to reception the day before the wedding and already a stressed bride the girl at the front was hopeless had no idea how to handle my question and was so rude. She said have to check with the accounts team but are you serious? You guys just ask people to transfer the money and don’t keep a record and make partner out of pocket of $600 when it was already pre paid. Then I got a call while at dinner that they’ve check their system and that they would refund my partner and then go there the next day and the team couldn’t even process the refund. Made no sense to me and I will never ever stay there and after I told all my guest to go there. Worst experience and if I could give a zero star I would. Don’t go there!!

    I didn't like this place much. It is not nearly as nice as presented in the photos. Pros: Location - several restaurants and a small mall nearby. Free use of the laundry room. Kitchenettes. Patio. Access to a nearby Anytime Fitness. Cons: Really cheaply built, furniture is cheap and tiny (desk / table / TV). Internet is horrible, very slow and drops out regularly.

    Great location, decent facilities, but we had a slightly disappointing experience with the aircon. Our aircon was not working at all it just kept pushing out hot air. When we informed reception they said it was a common problem. They informed maintenance will fix it. Waited 3 hours nothing. Called reception again who told us maintenance would fix it... again nothing. We ended up leaving to have dinner and hoped it would be fixed. Came back to find it not fixed... We were only staying one night so didn't bother chasing it up further.

    I have booked one bed appartement a week ago and when I arrived in middle of night they said they mistakenly gave that room to someone else. And they give me normal cheap room for one day. Plus they said if you don’t want you can leave in middle of night. Worst customer service, Day manager even refused me to refund the room price difference as its not their policy. Never gonna visit Quest again.

    I liked the location & room. Unfortunately the staff were rude, unapproachable & inflexible.. they completely ruined the experience for not only myself, but the numerous other family and friends who stayed at the same time. It was like dealing with robots, not humans. I would not return and definitely not recommend

    I selected the Quest Caroline Springs as normally where available I'm a national Guest at their hotels. Unfortunately, this one is the worst hotel experience of my life. I live in hotels and travel internationally due to work, although I have never had such a negative experience. Front desk team kind, Polite and respectful Unfortunately the terms set are Hotel First customer second. Not worth staying as a long-term guest.
