No breakfast even though it was included in the price, front desk doesn't open till 9 am to ask what is going on Windows are filthy on the inside of the rooms, thick dust on whole bathroom window Bed was fine, Shower doesn't stay hot and shower floor is slippery beyond belief Constant road noise/truck noise Trucks parking the lot starting and running up for 30 minutes at 3 am outside your room On the second night, the noise was so bad I considered sleeping in my rental car in the carpark at work. Fortunately only there for work, will be staying ANYWHERE else if I have to return.

I arrived at odd hours due to work, Staff went above and beyond to cater for me. Top service!

Julie at front desk has exceptional customer service & very presentable. From check in to check out everything ran smoothly. Clean rooms, breakfast given in cute boxes, hot showers! all worth every dollar spent. you don’t need to break your bank to stay at a hotel, I genuinely enjoyed my stay here thank you Julie & staff

Room itself was very modern with ample amenities. Bathroom is a safety hazard (large lip on shower, shower door swings completely open & tiles are very slippery when wet). Worst of all is the noise from other people & lights coming into room from outside, not to mention the freeway behind the hotel so you can hear hoons of all hours.

Stayed there for work. Nice and clean rooms.

Rooms looked newly renovated. Got a two bedroom room for our young kids. Place looked amazing. Massive windows, furniture was high quality. Our bed was the most comfortable bed ever! Bathroom was relatively clean (without mould) and they had Power points in accessible places without having to move furniture around to get to them. Was so nice staying in a place that didn’t have broken couches, holes in the walls and filthy rooms/bathrooms. Could not fault our accommodation. Thank you! If I’m ever back that way again, I’ll book again.

It was nice staying at Nightcap as the hospitality was good.

There was no one at reception, so you need to check in at the public bar in the pub. Whole place looked dodgy and unsafe. Don't recommend.

Yeah this place does great food with old-fashioned service as a club feels like a key area is great as well kids areas it's really a family and also if you walk off the street into the pokies by yourself you can also feel comfortable in every way

Very bad service and very poor communication from teams nd a manager who was on duty on 2/12/2022. I cam from adelaide for work and have booking for 1 night stay and manager was alredy notified about early morning checking nd he told me that that can be done when we arrived in the morning staff asked me to wait for manager for 1.5 hour as they never got told for early morning guest checkin not even provided with the keys. Very bad experience and definitely have not spend 190$ for this. Definitely I won’t recommend and going with legal complaint for this behaviour and wasting my time.

Horrible Horrible Horrible ! Night Cap made my first day in Australia miserable. I am pretty sure all these positive reviews are paid reviews. I don’t know somebody can write positive review if they stay atleast a night. The attached pictures says the quality of the hotel. Now you can decide whether you want to stay here or not !

Nice, clean rooms made up daily. Very small but more than comfortable for a couple. We stayed for 2 weeks for work and were all more than comfortable

Wouldn't stay here again, they allow smoking at the door to your room. The person in the room next to us stood at their door smoking for half an hour and our room filled up with smoke.

The experience in night cap hotel is really amazing!! We stayed here on the last day of the year, and we unexpectedly received three packs of Xmas gift food boxes and were offered two free drinks in its self-owned restaurant. Highly recommended!!
