My experience at this clinic was a very positive one! Starting with the vibrant personality of the receptionist/practice manager Kylie who was professional throughout assisting me with my enquiries and informative - took her time out to explain in detail about how Medicare safety net works when I said I did not understand it and made booking multiple appointments at the clinic a breeze since I am an interstate client. You will feel warmly welcomed the whole way through. Dr. Omarjee was also highly professional, who I saw for an ear keloid scar removal. The consultation with him was very educational about what had to be done during the procedure and why, as well as the aftercare. His bedside manner was pleasant and made me feel at ease even as a first-time client. His expertise at what he does was obvious as my procedure included an excision of a scar and it was virtually painless. The clinic itself has a welcoming atmosphere. The waiting room was very clean and sleek, absolutely no unnecessary clutter and was well-kept. The procedure room I was taken to was well-lit and hygienic. Overall, I felt like I was in good hands from enquiring, to during the procedure, and will likely be for my future appointments. Loved that they were able to accommodate my request to have both my consultation and treatment on the same visit! Definitely worth flying in from another state to experience high standard care and professionalism from the staff and doctor.

Dr Ed and Kylie (who was working reception today) are both extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I attended my initial appointment with Dr Ed at 11am this morning to discuss laser mole removal. Dr Ed was great, the consultation was very informative and I felt confident afterwards to proceed with treatment. Due to a lucky cancellation and living very close I was able to get my procedure done only 2 hours after my initial consultation. The procedure itself was relatively quick and pain free and I was happy with my initial results right away. Disregarding my follow up care appointment my treatment with Dr Ed was completed from initial consultation to procedure done in 3 hours. The customer service and communication from both the doctor and receptionist was great and I won't hesitate to contact them again should I have any other things I want help with. Highly recommend!

Anyone who is wanting to having their moles removed and is sitting on the fence, do yourself a favour and book your first consultation. After your first consult with Dr Ed you will gain confidence that he will be able to help you as he is very knowledgeable in this field. I had a steroid injection for a chest keloid from Dr Ed. I’ve had several injections in the past few years which were subpar. However, Dr Ed’s expertise helped me to significantly decrease the visibility of my scar within two sessions. Amazing!

I Emad Abdallah have been struggling with my keloid scars for many years. I have been to many specialists and they have told me that my skin is very hard to treat until i found Dr. Ed, he has helped my skin a lot and every time I visit him I see improvements. Before hand my keloids would itch me to the point where I would need to scratch them with sharp objects and now thankfully with the injections I have been given not only has the itchiness stopped but my keloids are flat as well, so yes I do recommend Dr. Ed Omarjee because he done something that no other doctors could do thanks so much.

Really professional and friendly clinic! Had 10 moles removed and the whole process ran smoothly. Procedure was only a tiny bit uncomfortable for a few seconds but completely worth it for the results that hopefully come. Dr Ed explained everything in detail and gave honest opinions about what to expect. I think it’s worth the price to go a Dr like this who specialises in mole removal and leaves minimal scarring. Kylie was also great with scheduling appointments and answering any questions I had.

I went the the DOC Clinic over a year ago to have my moles removed from my back. Something I thought would be a straight forward process and was not aware I'd walk away looking 100 times worse. While yes my moles were technically removed, I've been left with horrible looking and painful scaring that has left my back looking so much worse then if I just left the moles.... Anyone considering mole removal for appearance purposes, I suggest reconsidering. I had no idea that this type of scaring would be a side effect of having my moles removed and was shocked to see the scars grow bigger and uglier than my moles were originally. Now I always have to keep my back covered due to the embarrassment. The only option left is to get steroid injections which you need multiple sessions that cost hundreds each time, on top of the thousands I spent already to remove the moles.... This is 100% the most regrettable decision I made, I should have stuck with laser to remove the pigment since my moles were flat. But the Dr talked me into having them removed and I trusted his opinion, after all its his speciality, and i'm not a doctor. But anyone considering this learn from my mistakes, I saved up my money to have my moles removed as I'd always been bothered by my them. Instead now I have to save up thousands again to get the injections to try minimise the scaring and later laser to try remove the pigment. Something I don't know when I'll be able to afford... I wish I was told at the time that this kind of scarring was a risk, instead I was just shown images of perfect before and afters... like I said, learn from my mistake, I don't recommend this unless it's absolutely medically needed, even then do your research...

I decided to come to the Doc clinic after years of wanting to remove my ear keloids initially because their website was very detailed around the process. Despite living pretty far from the clinic, I'm very glad I made the choice to come here! Dr. Ed is passionate in his work and made me feel at ease with the process from the initial consult through to the last appointment. Super happy with the results and confident that Dr. Ed would be happy to provide advice if I had any concerns in future. Went to see Dr Ed to remove a keloid on my earlobe. I was nervous at first, but speaking to Dr Ed during the initial consultation and seeing the amazing results from his past works on Keloid scars did boost my confidence to go ahead. The whole procedure went smoothly as expected and within months my earlobe looks and feel normal again. Also, the Practice Manager, Kylie is super helpful and easy to talk to.
