    Australian Post office delivery people are the most careless and lazy. I ordered my online purchases to be delivered to my office as there is a reception and people all-day, additionally, I put the name of the company in the address to make sure is easier to find but seems like that is not enough because you delivered all my packages to a different address no even in the same street. One package was left in a corner in the middle of nowhere (not the address I put), other packages were trown through a fence because the place was closed (again not the address I put) and another package was left again in a wrong address with people working there and they didn't even ask if that was the right place. As far as I know, you are not doing us a favour or doing your delivery at a cheap rate to receive such a bad service. Do I need to check all the neighbourhoods every time I am expecting a package? Who is going to pay for the damages? What is your compensation? On top of that, I tried to call your customer service line and it was a machine. Trust me the less thing an upset client wants is to talk with a machine. See the photos below of the place where you left my packages and how different the place where they should have been delivered.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would! It seems to be a common trend now, but the Sunshine West Facility Centre is terrible! Honestly if your parcel has headed there, consider it LOST. I waited for over 3 weeks for my parcel, and of those 3 weeks, it was sitting in the facility center for over 2 and ½ weeks. When I contacted them they considered it "lost", funny considering, they replied so quickly; makes me think they haven't looked properly. They give their "sincere apologies", and tell me to purchase "extra cover", and they simply closed my "investigation" for "administrative purposes’ ”. Honestly the way they handled the situation is terrible, and considering this is a common trend, Aus post really investigates the Sunshine West Facility center, and not make excuses like understaffed, covid, high volumes etc., as many companies are facing the same issues; it's a nationwide problem. Further other parcels are able to successfully come through from Aus Post, this is a flaw in the Sunshine West Facility Centre; Make a change to this center.

    I came to pick up my order and an older lady was very rude. Legit came to pick up my order, showed her my phone with the order number and she started to be passive aggressive for no reason I was little confused to why but shouldn’t be having that experience.

    The worst ever !!! I would give minus 100 star if I were able to. The Vietnamese lady behind the counter giving my wife a hard time and wasting my wife's time also. We never had difficulties to collect parcels in other branches using Digital ID issued by AusPost before. She made it a big deal like trying to fool the clients like she is. Arrogantly telling my wife that she works there everyday and know her stuff by showing her own stupidity. That does not work for us. AusPost need to train and check on their very staff thoroughly not just taking in any idiots to work for you. Avoid this place unless you really really have to. 3rd world country attitude. You will feel you are at year 1935.

    I've had a few express post items I've sent from the Gold Coast to my grandchildren in Kingsville get stuck at the Sunshine West depot. Precious stuff they are waiting eagerly for. It's happened again, this time I was posting back something special left behind when they visited. Tracking has it at Sunshine West but it's not updated for the last 2 weeks. Can't trust this service at all!!!!!!!

    Disappointing. When my packages arrive at the sunshine facility. I know I’m not getting it anytime soon, one of my large packages was stuck for almost a whole week. I understand it may be busy. But it’s constantly like this. I’ve always had problems. Just horrible service, hate it.

    The staff are usually very helpful and always seal up my packages with tape if they need it. If I'm still addressing a package at closing time they'll let me finish even if it's taking a long time. They are often proactive and tell me how to do stuff if they suspect there's a better way to do it. I really appreciate that as you don't know what you don't know. If you have a question they'll try hard to answer it. I've seen some bad behaviour from customers but the staff are always polite and friendly. There seem to be a lot of bad reviews... but all of them seem to relate to Australia Post, not the LPO i.e. They're misdirected. I know it's frustrating if your package is missing or you have to go home for more documents but it's almost never the LPO's fault. Taking it out on them doesn't help. The LPO doesn't mess up very often... but when they do they apologise and fix it. I like the Sunshine Local Post Office they do a good job. :-)

    Why continually 2-3 days “in transit” Sunshine west to Melbourne airport? (1hr drive) & that’s express delivery! of pharmacy medication, cannot fault delivery from there on, is this a postal service or holding area?

    I attended this office this morning for my parcel picked up & unfortunately served by a woman with poker face no smile no greeting spoke with cold voice tone. Her attitude was impatience & rude for entire duration less than 5 min with me. No wonder there are so many negative feed back for this office while employer do not pay attention to their stuff service quality. It needs to clarify there were 2 female staffs working around 10:33 the unprofessional & rude one was taller in height & shorter in hair.

    What is going on?? I have a small business and this is the second parcel that’s meant to go to Perth end up stuck here from the Gold Coast.. why would it go all the way here? there’s either someone stealing parcels and scanning them at either end because it’s now happened again!! .. How else does this happen? Not good as we end up coving from our own pocket.. devastating yo small business. We are switching to sendle.

    Shamefully terrible service if I could give 0 stars I would... Lost my item in transit. 0 insurance. Been weeks till I get an answer. PayPal is the only chance to get your money back. Partner lost a package also. Truck caught fire and of course they provide 0 insurance. Buyers beware

    Would give 0 stars if possible. Claiming to have "Lost" a 30kg box worth thousands of dollars. Went directly from our local post office to this depot and was never seen again. Australia Post needs to close this premises down and conduct an investigation into why there are so many reviews saying the same thing.

    The worst post office. Never go again. They did not take passport renew application after told to do online and AUS POST don't want them to do at their shop. The appointment was booked online and had all the documents ready and still refused. Never go again. Application was accepted at another post office with no issue at all.

    My parcel that I ordered with express next day delivery has been stuck at this facility for 6 days…other parcels I’ve ordered after this have gone through this facility and arrived on time..have contacted customer service and nothing..super frustrating. Hoping they haven’t lost my parcel

    I really hope the reviews are wrong!. Parcel has been here a week waiting for delivery to qld. I’m happy to change this review but unfortunately it seems it’s a waiting game. Edit- my parcel arrived in Brisbane and apparently out for delivery today 😊. Fingers crossed

    Seriously.. WHAT the hell is wrong wth your depot.. it’s been in transit for 8 days and we live in the same state..!!! Clearly need to employ some decent workers who do the job.. in transit PLEASE I COULD OF WALKED TO SUNSHINE WEST AND BACK AND PICKED UP MY DELIVERY ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND LET ME GUESS.. you want to be paid MORE..!!! Joke..!!!

    Not only are the clerks actually mentally handicapped adjacent, the delivery guy who operates in the area will jump out of his van, quickly put a "nobody was home" card in you're mailbox and drive off if the package requires signature. Complete incompetence on all parts really

    I recently visited your Sunshine West location to scan some papers and was charged $20 for the service. However, my husband visited the same location and was only charged $7for the exact same service12 pages I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this discrepancy in pricing.

    6 of my packages are stuck on a carousel of mismanagement at sunshine. So many people are going to go without on Christmas. I really don't know why nothing is being done to change the running of this facility & the fact that it is owned by the people & we cannot do anything about it but just have to wear the fact our mail is being put in the loo to bake awhile so the staff can have another cuppa because management told them to do so.

    hi Postoffice, we moved to 222 faribairn road, sunshine west for more than 2 months but we never get our mail receveid. Even the mail I posted to myself. As we are industry warehouse and no mail box in the front ( even no street number on the wall but google map can show the address ) , mails is welcome to put in the front office as we open weekdays. Or could you advise how can I do to ensure my mails can arrive as we should have statement from bank everymonth which are very important.

    It has been over a month since I placed my order, and my parcel worth hundreds of dollars has gone missing without any explanation or effort from the company to rectify the situation. The complete lack of communication throughout this ordeal is unacceptable, and it has left me feeling utterly frustrated and dissatisfied as a customer. I tried reaching out to the company's customer service multiple times, both through phone calls and emails, but to no avail. Their customer support was nonexistent, with no response or acknowledgment whatsoever. Reading other reviews it's evident that this has been the case for many other people.

    My package was sent to this post office, I waited weeks only to have to put an enquiry in myself, follow it up and get told that it was lost. It’s funny how it miraculously got lost like everyone else’s not sure how when it’s a big box? 😂 Im also unsure on how this store is still allowed to operate spite their poor reputation. Not impressed.
