If I could give ZERO stars I would. Got both of my daughters ears pierced and what a mess. Both ears were pierced on an angle and had to be removed 4 days later, from so called professionals. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They can keep their comfort teddy and bravery certificate, do yourself a favour and go to a piercing specialist, not these hacks.

My daughter and I had our 5 weekly waxing with Masy today at essential beauty Highpoint. She is a very caring and happy person and is amazing at her job. I have had many people over the years do my waxing and I have walked away and never went back. My daughters and my eyebrows have never looked better since Masy has been doing them as well as other parts of the body.

Came into essential beauty today for waxing and I will definitely be coming in more often for beauty treatments and services. Cathleen/cat was amazing. She made me feel super welcome and was great to talk to, she ensured that I was comfortable during the service and did an amazing job! Xx

I've had waxing done here 4 times. Always full legs and Brazilian or G-string. 3 previous time with Macy, shes been really good. Last time I came was this week with Shay. I was asked to arrive earlier since she had an appointment to attend. She did the service in a hurry. First I thought she was very quick and I couldn't check the results before putting my pants back on since she said she had to leave. But when I went home and checked the results, I had many hairs left on my legs and she only waxed half my G-string. I'm very disappointed. I paid $79 for a really bad waxing done in 15 min. I'll come back to this place but only with Macy, never again with Shay.

Visited to get my daughter’s ears pierced. The facilities are a bit dated but I so appreciated how beautifully the piercer (? Macy) interacted with my daughter. She was very mindful of her hand hygiene and was very patient and knowledgeable.

Shay just recently did my industrial and i am in love. She was professional and very helpful in going through aftercare/calming me down pre-piercing!

Took my 18th month old girl here and we both got our ears pierced. The technician was great, especially with my daughter, did her best to keep her happy and gave her a teddy. We used numbing cream and they did both ears at the same time. I was pretty nervous about having my daughters ears pierced at such a young age but this was a positive experience. I would recommend this place.

I admit to being a little apprehensive about going to a chain for my piercings. I have quite a few and they've always been done by either The Piercing Urge or Piercing HQ. I was not prepared for the professionalism and skill of the staff. I don't know what kind of voodoo was involved, but there was no pain whatsoever in either piercing I had done 😳 I don't mean the pain was quick or any variation of that. Each piercing was done without me registering it at all. Not to mention their jewellery is incredibly well priced. I've ordered several more pieces and look forward to being their pin cushion again next week 😁 Highly, highly recommended.

My 7 yo was freaking out about getting her ears pierced after convincing me she was going to be brave and commit to the booking. Aurelie was amazing, patient, kind and utterly professional, coaching my daughter through the procedure, calming her and getting her cooperation to get the piercing done in tandem with Jennifer. My daughter openly admitted there was no need for her stress and tears "there was nothing to be scared about" and gave Aurelie and Jennifer a big hug to thank them. She also did a little dance because she was very happy with how the new earrings looked. I also appreciate how thorough and careful Aurelie was with deciding where the piecing should be on my daughter's lobes. Mum, dad and daughter, all very happy and grateful 🙏

I went in for a piercing with Aurelie and I loved it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I was feeling so nervous but Aurelie knows exactly how to calm me down. Highly recommend would definitely come back.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The piercing experience was fine, but we were pushed into upselling without asking us if we wanted it and instead telling us we needed it, and without disclosing prices. For example, telling us “you have to have dual piercers” without explaining the cost difference, or making us buy the aftercare without informing the price (it’s essentially wound wash fyi). The product was scanned and rung up before we could even ask questions. It was busy, we were rushed, and we walked away feeling really ripped off. Receipts didn’t show a breakdown of costs, just a very exy total.

I recently had my Forward Helix pierced by Tori. She was so gentle and professional, I will be recommending friends and family to go and see her. Even on a busy day and training new staff she was very calm and friendly.

I recently had a facial and microdermabrasion treatment done by Macy and the results have been amazing! I could instantly see a difference it had made to my skin. It was much brighter, more smooth, moisturized and radiant. Macy is such a professional and her knowledge of which treatments and products that would be best for me to get the results that I want. Macy has also been shaping my brows for some time now, with incredible results. I highly recommend Macy - 5/5! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had my waxing done today by Tori and not only did she provide a perfect service but has exceptional customer service skills! It was a busy day and Tori did a great job of managing competing priorities as well as supporting a new staff member. I will be back again :)

Went in for an eyebrow wax, have had issues with people doing them uneven, Tori took the time to listen and just make small adjusts to try and start the process of evening them up. Was great to have someone listen and actual try and help. She was also great to chat to as well. Well done on your customer service.

Has booked in for a Brazilian and armpit wax. I have previously had waxing done regularly for over 10 years but haven't in the recent year. The whole experience was incredibly painful and rough, which I have never had before in other salons. Not only was it painful but I felt the beauty technician was very uncaring and seemed impatient/annoyed when I flinched in pain. I have never left a waxing appointment with such red and inflamed skin. I was told not all the hair could be removed due to it being shaved which is fine, although I have never encountered this issue before when getting waxed. When I left the salon I found a clump of wax that had somehow gotten into my hair on my head that I had to pull out which took out my hair.

I’ve had my septum done twice at a different salon and they pierced it crooked and too far back both times. Got it done at essential beauty with Shay who did an incredible job and sold me the most gorgeous jewellery for my changeover. She then said that if I came back in she’d change it for me free of charge. Highly recommended!!!

I loved the essential oil smell in the room, it made me feel at ease. My face felt fantastic and my shoulders were a lot lighter after the treatment. Highly recommended.
