I
stayed
at
this
hotel
for
a
week.
Room
324
is
a
two
bedroom
on
the
corner
of
two
main
roads
and
a
round
about.
Absolutely
fine
if
you
have
double
glazed
windows.
Which
Quest
does,
however
all
seals
and
doors
are
old
with
air
coming
through
so
you
hear
all
the
traffic/
police/
motorbikes..
not
great
when
you
want
some
respite.
Some
of
the
service
was
lovely..
However,
they
don’t
communicate
with
each
other.
We
were
given
another
room
on
the
10th
floor
and
told
we
could
move
in
the
next
day.
9
o’clock
that
night,
about
to
go
to
bed,
I
get
a
call
saying
can
you
go
now
as
guests
are
arriving
tonight
on
the
3rd
floor.
So
we
pack,
move
to
the
10th
floor,
settle
in
and
sleep.
I
have
a
chronic
fatigue
illness,
which
is
why
I
was
there
with
a
support
worker
to
get
respite…so
asking
me
at
9
o’clock
to
change
rooms
and
pack
was
not
ideal
for
my
condition
by
also
just
contradictory
and
strange.
We
moved..
we
would
rather
just
sleep
at
some
point.
The
next
day
on
the
10th
floor,
there
is
a
door
out
to
the
balcony
in
the
master
bedroom.
It’s
starts
slamming
and
opening
with
the
wind,
even
though
it’s
locked.
We
realise
the
Wi-Fi
doesn’t
work
and
the
phone
doesn’t
connect
to
downstairs-
In
case
of
an
emergency
we
needed
it
to
work.
I
went
down
and
asked
reception
if
maintenance
could
fix
any
of
this,
and
was
told
they
would
do
it
the
next
day
at
9
o’clock
in
the
morning.
At
this
point,
I’ve
been
there
for
half
my
stay.
I
get
back
from
an
appointment
at
10:30am
the
next
morning
and
the
balcony
door
is
opening
and
closing,
the
Internet
is
still
not
working
and
the
phone
is
disconnected.
I
have
to
go
down
to
reception
again
remind
them
that
maintenance
hasn’t
been
done
yet..it’s
my
last
day
here
now.
