I highly recommend this hotel rated 9/10 👍🏻 Let me start with the receptionist The male receptionists are polite, smiling and friendly I’m impressed. Parking, elevators and room doors use key card systems gives a feeling of high security Parking is available for $12 per day which made me feel safety But if someone don't want to pay for parking fees I think the car can be parked in front of the hotel on the lowest floor But I'm not sure about the safety. In the room I'm very impressed that makes me feel at home There are full facilities here. In the kitchen zone there are microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee, milk, sugar kettle, T2 tea (quality tea for relaxation), toaster, oven, dishwasher, pan, pot, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, knives, chopping boards, and cleaning products for dishes and clothes, dining table. And service room to do laundry by yourself without any additional cost. Next is the bathroom good toilet, very good shower, Hand soap (nice and fragrant), shower cap, Shampoo and hair conditioner (very good quality and fragrant), body wash (good and fragrant), hair dryer, toilet paper, tissue paper, hand towel, foot towel, body towel. Next is the bedroom there is an iron, ironing board, shoe rack, Clothes hanger, safety box, TV, work desk, work chair, telephone, good bed, bedside table and lamp, air conditioner, heater (work good). Next is the cleaning staff Very good service, friendly, smiling and polite, but cleaning the room is not as good as it should be. I still see dust on the glass, dust on the TV, food scraps in the fridge. (I saw dust since the first day of check-in) after I stayed for 1 day and the next day I used the service of cleaning staff She cleans the room very well, next day on Saturdays and Sundays there is no room cleaning service. And on Monday I started using cleaning services again This time room not clean Didn't replenish supplies for me But when I called to ask staff They brought supplies to my room I am still impressed with the personalities of all the staff. the balcony I love that it has a balcony with table and chair Along with seeing the view of the river and seeing black swans, I like it very much. Down to the 1st floor of the hotel, there is a convenience store Including restaurants, coffee shops and nail salons which are very good. fitness services hotel I haven't used the service yet. Overall I recommend this hotel Value of money for a comfortable stay Complete facilities Including the good service of all hotel staff, giving 9/10 points thank you very much and I will come back again 🙏🏻😊🫰🏻❤️

My Father booked this hotel on Saturday for himself and my sister as we are visiting from South Australia. When booking my father called and asked for a room overlooking the river with 1 queen bed and 2 singles. On the day of arrival he called in advance and confirmed the time he would be arriving. We were assured the room would be ready. We arrived around 4pm (keep in mind check in time for the room to be ready is at 2pm) we were then told the room was not yet ready and we would have to wait another 30mins-45mins. The person serving us was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic saying that Saturdays are busy (understanding this was not their personal fault but when paying a price as high as this hotel you expect atleast good customer service ) . They offered us 1 complementary parking ticket for the trouble. We said we have two cars and They said "well I can only give you 1" my father said it's ridiculous as he called ahead and was assured the room would be ready. They then offered the second car for complimentary parking. The ticket for parking is only $12.... I asked if we would have a late check out seeing that we are having a late check in. They replied "well no I've already given you complimentary parking...." I then said I wanted to leave a suggestion or a review because we paid to have the room from 2pm and they then said we could have a hour late check out. It's disappointing that we had to push to be served properly. When our room was finally ready we went in and it was on the other side of the building, not looking over the river as was asked for when booked and there was 2 queen beds and no singles. This was extremely disappointing as this hotel experience was going downhill. My sister talked to the front desk and again staff were unapologetic and rude saying rooms overlooking the lake were all fully booked even though we had called and booked a room overlooking the lake. My sister explained that we understand because of COVID everyone is short-staffed and it must be difficult but it is getting frustrating all the issues with this hotel considering for one night our father paid around $350. They reluctantly sent housekeeping up to seperate one of the beds. Thankfully the housekeeping staff were Lovley and very apologetic and kind- the only positive experience we had in this hotel. I really do wish we had chosen somewhere else to stay as I know most other hotels would have atleast tried to compensate us for the issues in someway. It is sad we had to push for 2 $12 parking tickets when they were 3 hours late and also booked the wrong room. We felt as if our business was not important to them. Very disappointing

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The staff have a master key which is a swipe band that they wear on their wrists and while I was undressing before my shower, one of the staff members used that swipe card and walked in to my room. She then got startled and ran out of the room without saying anything. As anyone can imagine I was shocked out of my skin. I dressed up and went to reception to find out what had happened and a different lady at the counter acted as if it was the most normal thing to be doing; walking in on your guests. She explained they all had a master key and could enter. Like...THIS is your explanation???? There was no apology or explanation as to how this might have been a mistake, etc. Instead she was rude and unapologetic and acted like it was their right to walk in on me undressing. If you are not interested in being hospitable or training your staff to run a hotel, then you should consider doing something else for work. You're lucky I did not report this incident to Consumer Affairs Victoria. To those considering staying here, I would strongly urge you to reconsider. The staff are untrained, uninterested in their jobs, rude and hostile. The rooms are average; bathroom was clean but the toilet was not, the sheets were stained and the kettle was not cleaned. Please do not waste your money.

A quiet place to relax and enjoy. Having just opened it overlooks the lake at the front of Caroline Springs. Other facilities should be up and running by end August.

Worst hotel experience ever! Walls are paper thin, you can hear every single noise from the room next door. There was a party going on and nothing was done from the management.

The staff there are the most beautiful and caring people I have ever dealt with at any accommodation I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at heaps of places. I checked in there after my house was affected due to the floods and they managed to take my mind off it with our little chats and many laughs. Nothing was ever a problem and was always greeted with beautiful smiles on every occasion that I made contact. Thanks heaps I will always remember my stay there above all other accommodation I have stayed in. Wish all the staff the best in their future endeavours, keep smiling all of u it’s contagious.

My wife organized my 40th Birthday party on Melbourne cup day in Punthill Apartments, Caroline Springs. All guests were blown away with the water view from the venue. In spite of crazy weather everyone enjoyed their time. Indoor parking made it very convenient. We were very well looked after by Charlotte (Hotel Manager);Isis (Super Host) and Jordan (Local Host). The made not only us but all the guest feel welcome. We would definitely like to host other events and stay in Punthill Apartments. Thank you to all the management. Really appreciated. Keep up the good work.

This is an outstanding place to stay. It's not a hotel but an apartment so the room facilities are greater than what you'd get in a hotel. It's situated at the entrance to Caroline Springs and sits beside the lake (not Lake Caroline). The rooms are tidy and clean. The single bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. The suites are definitely more than adequate. Both have cooking facilities. Depending on how long you stay your room will be serviced either daily or weekly. A laundry is available if you're staying in the suites or alternatively a washing machine and dryer available in the one bedroom apartments. More importantly the staff are genuinely the most friendly I have been acquainted with and, pardon the pun, accommodating. If there there is any issue or request they'll do their best to resolve it. The complex has a boardwalk which has 4 restaurants and a cafe. A mini mart is also available as well as there being a wine and spirits store to satisfy your desire for a small imbibe. Parking is also available. All in all a wonderful place to stay that I would highly recommend for anybody looking for a stay in the area.

Nice and new, very clean and tidy. Room was fairly standard, although included a cooktop which was a bonus. Also had a balcony, and full sized fridge. Walls seemed very thin, could hear entire conversations from the rooms next to us. Location was convenient, close to most things, not far from the freeways, but far enough out to not be super busy.

Have been here for over a month with work contract locally. Very nice place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff Rooms are clean and tidy and it’s great having a water view. So handy to have restaurants and iga and Dan Murphy’s downstairs. Thanks to the staff and management for a great stay. We will be back.

Absolutely amazing location and services, nothing negative too say about my stay here. Rooms are stunning and location is plentiful as it's right next to food, grocers and retail.

Being my first stay at Punthill Caroline Springs for a 3 day business trip from Perth, I can say that I'm very much looking forward to my regular return visits. The room had everything I needed to immediately settle in and make myself at home while I prepped for the workday ahead, all contained in a sleek and stylish setup (my designer heart was crushing hard on the very 'Grammable black and gold decor). The front of house staff and housekeepers were lovely to talk to and interact with. They had a real vibe of genuinely caring about your wellbeing and comfort throughout the stay, rather than simply going through the motions. Very welcoming and warm. Just below the apartments there are a selection of eateries (offering everything from tasty Burgers and to-die-for Donuts through to Italian wares and Japanese cuisine), along with a mini supermarket and, of course, a well-stocked Bottleshop. It would be un-Australian not to. The proximity of all of these places is super handy for those tummy grumbles - though a hot tip for anyone that sleeps lightly or needs near silence to rest; request a room on the side of the building that does *not* overlook the main carpark. It can get quite noisy and the balcony doors aren't particularly effective at blocking the sound of the people or traffic passing by Taking some time out on the downstairs deck to embrace the chill vibes and view of the water in the late afternoons was *chefs kiss* All in all, Punthill was a really comfortable space to come "home" to after some pretty hectic workdays!

They have beautiful rooms but no scenic view from mine. Absolutely no help from staff that were rostered on and in regards to the location if ur unfamiliar of the area make sure to do homework first aswell as knowing the public transport.

Everything was nice, I upgraded my room to one bedroom to get water view and even i requested it when I was booking. They didn't give me even though almost 80% of the hotel was empty due to covid lockdown. I think it was just because i booked it from booking.com and not directly from them, so to them I'm considered as second priority, otherwise why wouldn't they give me. Everything else i was very happy with.

We had a fantastic experience at Punthill Apartments. Mel was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and make our party memorable. Mel’s friendly enthusiasm won me over. I will definitely be recommending Punthill Caroline Springs to all my friends and family.

The disabled suits where very accessible apart from the super high up cup cabinets that held cups and the coat racks where at standing level, kind of an oversight. The toilet railing also broke at one point and we found out it was improperly installed but was fixed pretty quickly. I loved how big the bathroom was and had a shower bench and roll-under sink as well as railing around the toilet. The bedrooms where nice but it was impossible for me to get to the bedroom blinds and balcony in my wheelchair because of the size of the bed taking up most of my room. The couch also was in front of the window so I was unable to close the living room blinds. The air conditioning was great but our stove had a giant crack in which was quite sharp so I’m concerned someone much get hurt on it or that it may be unsafe to use. I loved the shops being right bellow the rooms because I was actually able to go out and get food most days. Sometimes there was a cigarette smell and yelling and slamming doors from one particular person staying in a room near us but they left after a couple of days luckily. The staff where lovely and the cleaners where great and friendly.

Had an amazing night away here. The guy at reception gave us free late checkout which was nice! Everything you need here. Shops, nail salon, beautiful restaurants! Room was nice and clean however the bin in the bathroom was pretty dirty and one of the chairs but otherwise lovely big room. We had the studio room ams it was bigger than expected just no view.

Rooms are immaculately clean and the front desk is really helpful. We checked-in late so it’s really good they have that late check-in option. Definitely coming back.

Fantastic service and very accommodating. Rooms were clean with modern decor. Well supplied branded appliances (toaster, kettle) oven, stove and dish washer. TV had amazing selection of streaming services! Would be nice to have slippers and robes. Super convienient with groceries and huge range of restaurants and cafes downstairs.

We stayed 5 nights at CSP Punthill and were very impressed, the room was fantastic location was perfect for our visits to family who live in Melbourne, we had one minor issue but the staff went above and beyond to rectify. Highly recommend and will defiantly stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

I recently had to attend an event at Calder Park Raceway and was heading down from interstate, My travel agent recommended me to stay here. Was easy to find from the airport and having on site parking for a minimal fee was very handy. Was nice and close to Calder and not to far from the City. The room was well appointed and clean, exceeded my expectations for the price. Staff for the most part were friendly and professional. Unfortunately the room provided was less than what myself and my travel agent were of the impression we had booked. The staff member I spoke with was almost condescending in regards to this and very accusatory of my travel agent not knowing what they were doing, This came across as unprofessional to me. Having said that it was one blemish on an otherwise very good stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the shower was excellent!

This is a really nice, well appointed accomodation, well suited to Laverton/Truganina businesses. The on negative in the check in is so SLOW… every time it’s a such a loonngg painful process just to check in…. I wrote this while at the counter, being checked in…… and I could’ve done it 5 times.!!!! Hopeless.!! I’m not at all having a go at the person at reception, they were excellent. Very friendly and apologetic. The process is at fault.

We booked 2 rooms, (one accessible) but we were on different floors which was disappointing… the normal room itself was not what I’d class as clean … and both our rooms we were only supplied 1 towel and has to request others… The disability parking was the other end of the carpark to the entrance which was not clever. The staff were great though … Probs won’t use again unless I had to

I would give it a 2.5 rating (not good enough for a 3) based on my experience. Room: We booked a two bedroom apartment and we got 1 studio and 1 one bedroom apartment that were connected. The rooms were modern and well equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave, washing machine etc. However, the maintenance was bad as they all looked like they were used but not cleaned. When we entered the room, we noticed that the carpet floor wasn't very clean, we could still see bits and pieces on the floor. But the worst part was when we entered the bathroom, the toilet was not cleaned and it had disgusting stains on it (both toilets!). It seemed like the cleaner only changed the bedding and towels after the last checkout and did not clean anything else! We had to wipe over all the surfaces. Service: We requested a cleaner to come and clean the toilets as soon as we found out they were dirty and they did send someone straightaway. The next day we asked if we could get room service (or at least just vacuuming) as the carpet floor was dirtier than we thought, the receptionist told us that they were short of staff as it was public holiday but they could send someone the next day. To be fair, the hotel staff were friendly and responsive. Location: Good! The hotel located right above restaurants and shops. Parking: $12 a day, rooftop uncovered car park with narrow entrance/exit.

Great spot to stay, especially when restaurants downstairs are fully opened up!

Recently stayed a night due to emergency plumbing outage at house. Online booking was easy, as well was check-in process upon arrival. Room was clean and well presented. Being a recently constructed hotel, the bathroom and kitchen were well appointed and functional. The only downside was, after requesting and paying for use of two overnight parking spots [parking is extra], they would only provide 1 access card, which meant juggling entry and exits, plus access to/from lifts/apartments.

Punthill Caroline Springs, you were brilliant. The room was immaculate and more spacious than I initially anticipated. The view of the lake was amazing and the restaurants and cafes below the hotel was super convenient. Check-in was a breeze and the service from the staff was excellent. Thank you for your hospitality and I look forward to staying at your hotel next time.

Lady at the front was SO RUDE. Made me feel uncomfortable when I told her I had a medical exemption. Never coming here again with how it made her feel “personally” uncomfortable when I was exactly 2 metres away from her.

I just like to say a big thank you to Punt Hill Caroline Springs and that my stay at there was fantastic. The rooms we stayed in were modern and might I add spotless!!! But I must talk about the service. I have never experienced such a welcoming environment, many places see children and automatically we become a hassle for them but I must say that Mel was very helpful as I’m not from the area and felt lost and out of place. Mel guided me with directions to local plazas and also play centres for my children that were near by!!! I cannot be more satisfied with my stay and plan to come back again. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights for a family birthday at the Caroline Springs apartments. We had a beautiful view of the lake, lovely facilities and really enjoyed having restaurants and shopping options down stairs. I will definitely be returning. And staff we're so friendly and made us feel welcomed . Even cleaning staff were amazing when we asked for house keeping to come in they were more then happy to help.

Our experience at Punthill Hotel - Caroline Springs was excellent and we will definitely visit again on our next trip to Melbourne. The rooms and showers where extremely clean and their friendly staff were doing everything in order to make our stay more pleasant. If I could I would rate it 10 out of 10 as the Punthill Hotel at Caroline Springs had all we needed to enjoy our stay in Melbourne. I would like to mention that some of the reviews posted here are very harsh considering that the whole country is still recovering from lack of staff and that the people who visited this hotel should really asked themselves are they really writing honest review. Perfection exists only in movies, but even in movies if you watch close enough you will see many imperfection's. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit Melbourne for longer or shorter period of time. I would also like to thank Mel for everything she did for us, and she really went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant in every possible way. Thank you, Mel we really appreciate everything, you did for us!

Cannot fault Punthill Caroline Springs! The service was amazing and the staff are quick to attend anything needing urgent assistance. Mel was simply amazing during my stay! She had great suggestions for places to check out in the area. Anything I needed/wanted, she was quick to get. She was always up for a chat which made me comfortable during my stay. 10/10 would recommend!

I booked for 10 nights for work, I whish I didn't book at all. The room next to me had a groop of men drinking and singing on top of their voices right through the night on load rap music, it must been local contractors working in the area. I called service desk early morning, they were un-mand, so I spoke to an operator somewhere in the world because I had to tell them which hotel I call from. They assured me they will send security to come and stop the noice. nothing happened, after a couple of hours, I called a second time, still nothing happening, eventially the manager called me at 7:20 and appologised for my bad experiance, after she just asked them to shut their music off and be quite, according to the manager they were leaving that day. The manager asked what she can do to make my stay more comfortable as I had 8 nights left in the hotel, and offered me another room. The hotel has two areas, one side against the road, which is very busy and noisy right through the night, the other side is on the lake side.I had to call in and pospone some meetings so I can get a little bit of rest after a sleepless night, and now it is day and the car noises 10 times worse. This far zero stars. I will follow up with another review of the rest of my experience after my stay.

The toilet seat in both toilets were loose one almost coming off the hinge and too small in size for the actual toilet. No sheet between doona and person.(which was badly stained and yellow). The kettle had milk boiled in it and there was thick residue. I had to scrub it vigorously before use. Absolutely disgusted with our stay. I have been there previously but will never book there again nor would I recommend it.

Mel who works at Caroline springs Punthill made my whole experience wonderful. She was so helpful and understanding. Otherwise my other experience with Punthill was not great. The coffee machine was not working during my event, there was so many ifs and buts which made me felt a wrong decision to do my event. The only reason I choose this location because it was near to me
