I have taken my laptop to the store over the years most recently my laptop would not turn on. Sam assisted me with reformatting the laptop and replacing my SSD, my 5G internet would not connect this was also fixed. Excellent service provided and very reliable highly recommended.

Went in to upgrade my CPU cooling and got a great product and installation at a great price. First time customer. I just wanted my pc cleaned and thoroughly dusted. $50 later, my pc is nowhere near clean. Sam didn't take my computer apart as he told me they charge extra to replace the thermal paste. He told me that he took the graphics card out and cleaned it but left everything else intact because he thought the cable management was acceptable. Oh, and he mentioned that he took the other side case off and cleaned it, as if he was doing me a favour. Sam was nice enough but not only did he make me feel like my 20+ years experience with computers counted for nothing but that he just wanted to get the job done as quick as possible and take my money. Naturally, I won't be coming back here. CPL offer a $50 clean which includes taking the pc apart, replacing the thermal paste and checking all cables. Guess I'll go there from now on. Edit 16/07/2021: Sam gave me a call and offered to clean the computer (including taking it apart) free of charge.

I honestly can't express how pleased I am with the service from CT Western Computers. Amazing communication, Tina kept me up to date with everything going on with my PC, and they went above and beyond to get my PC fixed, including picking it up and dropping it off for me when I was unable to get to their shop. My motherboard had damage that not even the manufacturer was able to fix, and wouldn't work no matter what I tried, but Luan spent hours trying to fix it over the weekend and managed to get it working for me. I'm so impressed by his skill, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a professional to fix their PC. Really happy with the service I received. Thank you so much, Luan and Tina, my PC is working great now.

well it was ok but i went on saturday it said closes at 4pm but it closed at like 3:45 but thats all so good service and low prices and super nice also shout out to tina who works hard good job
