Kenny at St Ink offers great customer service. He is always willing to help. I had my ink cartridges refilled at St Ink and a few months later the black cartridge was not printing properly. We took the cartridge back to Kenny and he showed us how to clean the ink cartridge using warm water. Back at home I tested the cartridge and it worked perfectly again. Kenny didn't even charge us for this! Such a top bloke. I highly recommend Kenny and St Ink for all your printing needs
