Had a smashing time here despite the sweltering heat on a warm summer day. The sports centre has 8 indoor courts. The courts appear clean and well-maintained. There is also a play centre next door, which hosted a birthday party.

Very bad service at badminton courts section. Swaping our permanent booking time without asking us. Canceling notice has to be a week ahead? Never heard this rules in any other badminton Centre.

Convenient location.. Badminton courts are excellent and the hote charges are reasonable too.. enough car park spaces available… Staff is good.. enjoyed my badminton session a lot.. will be regular for sure..

They have good courts there. I enjoyed playing social badminton with the guys. They were really nice. Dillon was informative and helpful with my queries. Will go again, next I am in Victoria.

The badminton courts at Knox indoor sports are new and good. The area is well maintained. The lighting for the badminton area could be better but because it is a multi purpose facility it is probably harder to do custom lighting. The courts and facility in general are managed well and the staff are friendly.

Unbelievably poorly organised. Kept my team of junior indoor cricket boys strung along right up to the day the season was supposed to start before sending a weak email calling it off! Had to follow up repeatedly for details and information, and right up to the end was dishonest about the number of teams registered, even stating that the "computer system was not working" when I called for the game time THE DAY BEFORE THEY NOTIFIED THE SEASON WAS NOT PROCEEDING! I can't even begin to understand the reasoning behind that. In the end, we're registering with Box Hill much further away, but they respond to calls, have registration and fixtures online, and have a pretty deep junior competition.

Canclling policy change without inform me, today tried to cancel a court booked for Sunday (5 days leading time) but was told the new canclling policy writting on the board a month ago, cancelling fee applies if cancel within a week, come on, I have played badmin here for half years, booking 2 courts for 3 hours every Sunday, you treat your customer like this, have asked them cancel all my future bookings, VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Rude owner/staff , bad badminton count surface and unprofessional lighting set up. Not recommended for any badminton social or training program. You deserve better place

Thanks to Inflatable World, I now have to verify if my 23-month-old is part Russian gymnast. With a better cafe we'd have a 5-Star venue on our hands here but definitely worth a visit.

Very cold, dirty, people not following rules and not wearing masks not everyone is checking for covid19 and stuff don't care! Revert do a lots of mistakes and giving wrong points really unprofessional!!!Asked to get some water from tap and was told that I have to bring more water next time because they not allowed and actually she didn't wanted to give. It was rude when she asked me to get water from the toilet tap. Overall I won't recommend to go there!!!!

Well we try to book a court but the staff member is absolutely rude. They need to train the staff member.

Amazing place, and amazing service, Only Issue i have is , that it is always booked. I really like the courts and the ambiance and people are very respectful of the time as well. Which in a few places is not the case. I have been playing here for a year. I am a regular with 2 different groups on two different days and enjoy it thoroughly.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Tanya, the Daytime Manager, and I must say she is an excellent asset to the team. She has a heart of gold and was extremely helpful in assisting our group with booking courts. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm are infectious, and she consistently treated us with kindness and respect. Thank you Tanya!

Kids had a fantastic time, my little Granddaughter was so happy. The staff were so very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem for them.

12 badminton courts for use. Sufficient parking space and good location for me. And you can also have a drink after the game as there is a cafe there as well. But better book more days in advance as it gets quite full in the busy hours.
