These guys have been absolutely brilliant. I couldn't praise them enough. My insurance was being difficult and uncooperative, already sending me to a defective repairer. Sheen took control, from dealing with my insurance repairs to chasing up the dodgy work and the repairs were perfect and thorough. I finally feel good jumping in my car again rest assured. I had my vehicle repaired with Sheen Panel Service in Sunshine after being involved in a not at fault accident. I was devastated and was very unsure of the process not having experienced this before. I contacted Sheen Panel Service regarding my vehicle and within a few days my car was taken to Sheen to be repaired. I can’t speak highly enough of Sheen Sunshine! Under terrible circumstances (car stolen) we were put onto Sheen Sunshine via our insurance broker. Sam and Dylan managed the repairs from start to finish and had the most amazing can do attitude. There is one thing getting a good job, and another getting a reasonably priced job. Sheen Panel Service in Sunshine North accomplished both. Additionally it is rare to find an organisation who really understands their expertise, and what the customer needs and expects from them. Sam and Dave where exceptional in fixing my father’s Toyota Echo. They understood that the car was immaculate with low kilometers and took extra care of it. I could not recommend a better place to repair a vehicle than Sheen Panel Service at Sunshine North. I fully recommend this place due their knowledge, professionalism and skill.

After contacting the other driver's insurer for a no fault claim, we were given the option of choosing their own preferred repairer or ours. As Sheen Panel Services was closer, I suggested we go with theirs. And I am delighted to say, I am so glad that we decided to go with Sheen. Being a BMW owner, our biggest concern was having a repairer take shortcuts and completing the work with poor workmanship. From the time they came out to assess the damage, to the day the vehicle was ready, the professionalism and care we experienced was second to none. Not only did they pay for replacement number plates, we also were given a courtesy car. They under promised and over delivered with the time taken for repairs, and the whole process from start to end couldn't have been any easier. Needless to say, when I sighted the vehicle, I was delighted with the workmanship and final results. I am not easily impressed, however, the service and care we received certainly left a lasting impression. If other vehicle repairers provided half the service that Sheen had provided, there would be many more happy car owners out there. I cannot recommend their service enough. Before you make a decision about which repairer to use, do yourself a favour and give them a call. I have no doubt you will be impressed as I was. Thank you again to the team Sheen's. Great place to get your car repaired. My car was involved in a hit and run and even though I went privately they were able to repair my car for $300-$200 less than the initial quote.

Sam from Sheen Panels Sunshine North helped me so much after I had had a car crash. He assessed my vehicle for me (write off) then at no charge, prepared a brief report for me to email to my insurance company. Like most insurance companies, they wanted to make things difficult and stressful for me! To cut a long story short, after two months of wrangling, they finally paid me out $16,500 for my vehicle instead of the 10,500 they wanted to give me. Sam was with me during this journey. I didn’t even know him really, but after that brief first visit, I thought this guy is honest and trustworthy. He told me what to expect from my insurance company and most importantly how I should stick to the statement, ‘I can’t go out today and buy the exact Sam car for that money’. Sam told me, that’s what market value means. So I kept saying that to my insurance company until they finally (after also threatening court action) paid me a real market value!! Sam displayed patience and integrity. I can highly recommend him!

Got my car fixed at Sheen Sunshine via insurance and had a fantastic experience. Lockdowns and working from home didn’t allow me to drop my car off so they got the car picked up from my place and dropped off after fixing.
