Today I had the pleasure of indulging in Einstein Bros. Bagels prior to a company event. I chose the baked cheese bagel spread with the bakery’s own in-house brand of cream cheese. The combination kicked off my day to a wonderful start! The bagel carried a firm but supple texture, gentle on the teeth but with enough girth to leave the stomach satisfied. Soft strands of oven-browned cheese mingled with the breadiness of the baked good. Cream cheese spread softened the texture further, adding a gentle sweetness that complemented the toasted cheddar accents. These bagels brought a big smile to the face of every coworker and maintenance staff member that entered the office. I highly recommend Einstein Bros. Bagels for your future meetings and breakfast needs!

Very friendly staff, the service was great. I had a bagel and blueberry muffin. Both were pretty decent. A good option for breakfast compared to traditional fast food options.

An excellent place for a bagel. This is a stand-alone restaurant located on the west side of Wickham road in front of the Goodwill store and south of the Home Depot. It sports a drive-through and a dine-in option. There are a limited number of spaces around the restaurant (about 8 in front and 4 in back) due to the Drive-through but there is an additional row of parking to the south for about 20 cars. The front entrance faces the road. Prior to entering the store, you pass through a low railing holding some tables and chairs for outside dining. Upon entry, the tables for inside dining are directly in front of you and could accommodate about 30 people. The drink station is to your right and the counter to order is to your left. The large menu board is directly behind the counter. They have bagels, spreads, and drinks in the display cases at the counter. You pay at the beginning and your food is prepared for you farther down the counter. I was greeted by the staff at the cash register who was friendly, professional, and helpful. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, cut, toasted, and buttered. It was prepared quickly and was delicious. The restaurant was clean and orderly and the price was reasonable for the restaurant and the area. I would highly recommend this for anyone in the area craving a great bagel. Enjoy.

Paid extra for cucumbers on my bagel. This is just sad. They told me it would be another $.75 for 2 more slices! Ridiculous! Do not come here! Not to mention the pathetic amount of schmear

It was almost empty when we got there for brunch. My 2 disappointments where, very limited sugar free drink choices and the breakfast sandwich was too dry for me. Even after adding mayo. The staff were pleasant and it was clean and comfortable.

I paid extra for cucumbers on the bagel. They told us it would be another $.75 for 2 more slices! Ridiculous! Do not come here! Not to mention the little amount of schmear. In addition we waited 15 minutes for 2 bagels. This branch has gone unfortunately much worse. It’s a shame…

I frequent this chain regularly. I can see differences in each. Some of the Einstein's are definitely better than others. This is one of those better ones, with but a single small caveat (as per my G/F). The bagels in our order, both Applewood bacon, cheese and two eggs on ancient grain bagels were great. The G/F did note, disapprovingly, that the condiments were a bit sparse. The other stores have cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and cocoa to add to her coffee. Don't know what's up with why this branch does not. But all in all, a pleasant enough place. Shane took our order and was quite friendly and helpful. The G/F did note however that he needs a G/F of his own that will fatten him up a bit. ;-)) Edit 081218 Went back this A.M. w/ the G/F. Ditta was on the register and is such a sweet and helpful woman. Very patient and cheerful. Emmanuel the manager is a great guy. Always very helpful and funny.

Drive thru was a bit annoying had to repeat order over n over. Not sure if it was a technical issue with system or the person taking orders. Probably will try a different place next time we visit. The food was ok.

They don’t have the store open for public if you wanna order the only option is going trough the drive-thru and when go through the drive thru they can barely hear you and take the order but food it’s great!

The bagels are good, but I don’t understand why service is so slow. 10-15 minutes in a drive thru doesn’t make sense anywhere, but we’re talking about bagels. Cut, prepare, wrap. I submitted and paid for a mobile order, gave my name at the speaker and I was still asked at the window if I ordered a smoothie and if I paid for my order already. Please get some training on efficiency.

Just got back from picking up some bagels, NOT very happy. There "slicer" just mangled them, not sliced evenly at all. One half 1/4" think, the other half 1" thick. What a waste. Never ask for them sliced again. The woman that helped me was definitely having a "case of the Mondays" too, not very pleasant, like she didn't care.

First awful experience with Einstein’s and I’m shocked. Sent my mom 25 minute away to get breakfast from here because we love it so much and I was craving it. Being pregnant, I can’t have egg that’s not cooked all the way through and when she went to order in the drive thru they refused to cook the egg on the bagel all the way through and said we don’t do that. She asked them to go check because we have had the egg scrambled every time we’ve gone the last 8 months and the girl came back again and said no we don’t do that. So after driving 25 minutes she had to come back empty handed and frustrated at the way it was said and that it seemed like they just didn’t want to. For the cook, manager or person making this call now remember that there are TONS of people out there that need the egg cooked all the way through for many medical reasons and it’s awful your not doing it for them and just turned us away as customers.

I've only ordered one thing from the menu on my many visits to this establishment : the Texas brisket bagel. Its perfect in every way, so I stick to what I love. It's large enough for 2 people to share! If you don't like spicy food then substitute the jalapeño bagel for plain. Either way it's really good.

Always prompt and friendly service, I have never had an issue with an order, as they are clearly professionals and pay attention to detail. Food is always great!

It's overpriced for bagel's. There just bagels 🥯. The Bagel ppl in Lake Washington plaza are way more affordable and they make everything there. It's giving overpriced for the goods but not for the location.. love love

Fantastic customer service at this store to go along with exceptional food. If the app won’t let you make an adjustment, make the order anyway, then call the store. They will be happy to make the customization for you!

Native New Yorker approved. It was a little more expensive than I'm used to but worth it for good bagels. May have influenced my decision to choose to live nearby lol

Went here for my morning stop before work actually just moved here from california been here twice with no bad experience but today that wasn’t the case. Usually when I get Einstein and order spread it’s on the side however this time they put it on my bagel. It’s usually if I ask for it to be put on they put it on but I like putting my spread on myself. The manager on duty today with glasses and reddish hair kinda looked like Gretchen off recess was saying that if I wanted it that way she would have to charge me for a whole new bagel . She had a down right nasty attitude and wasn’t polite at all so I just decided to take my bagel and head to work. If I’m putting money in your business I should have my bagel or food in general the way that I like it not the way you tell me it is. It’s a shame cause I really love the bagels but you can seriously use a new manager with a better attitude

I am so amazed at this particular Einsteins Bagel the hustle of employees and still friendliness of the staff. Also the manager, Candice, is always engaging with her staff to get food prepared and out in time. I visit this location every Sunday and today I’ve never seen it busier! Please remember the staff is trying to bake fresh bagels and prepare food as quickly as possible. Be patient. It’s well worth it!!!!!
