I
do
not
recommend
this
location
for
out
of
state
orders.
The
arrangement
was
not
delivered
on
the
day
expected
rather
sent
the
next
day
without
any
contact
from
the
local
store
to
ensure
that
next
day
delivery
would
be
okay.
I
ordered
the
arrangement
three
days
before
the
funeral
for
my
friend's
dad,,
hoping
sufficient
time
was
allotted
for
it
to
be
prepared
and
delivered.
On
the
day
set
for
delivery,
I
looked
up
the
status
of
the
order
around
4:30
(after
contact
from
her
husband
stating
it
was
never
delivered)
When
I
looked
up
the
status
via
the
website
at
that
time,
it
was
still
waiting
to
be
arranged.
At
5
pm,
I
looked
up
status
again
and
it
noted
that
it
was
being
prepared.
I
kept
checking
in
off
and
on
for
four
hours,
and
the
status
remained
the
same.
I
contacted
the
number
which
transferred
me
to
"corporate"
in
"Atlanta".
They
filed
a
formal
complaint.
They
were
unable
to
fully
assist
though
noting
that
this
is
a
local
establishment.
I
contacted
the
next
morning
the
local
number
only
to
put
in
contact
with
corporate.
I
was
trying
to
contact
the
store
since
they
did
not
contact
me
to
let
me
know
they
were
unable
to
fulfill
their
responsibility
in
delivery.
I
decided
to
cancel
the
order.
In
the
midst
of
contacting
the
store,
I
was
again
transferred
to
corporate.
They
were
trying
to
contact
the
local
store
while
I
was
on
the
line
with
them
and
they
were
also
unable
to
get
in
touch.
However,
while
I
was
on
the
phone
with
them,
they
told
me
they
just
received
"confirmation"
that
I
had
been
contacted
by
the
store
and
the
arrangement
was
now
being
delivered.
I
informed
corporate
that,
at
that
moment,
I
had
received
no
contact
from
the
store.
I
told
"corporate"
I
wanted
to
still
go
through
with
cancelling
the
order
-
since
the
agreement
was
unfulfilled
for
the
agreed
delivery
date.
Unfortunately,
the
arrangement
now
could
not
be
cancelled
because
it
was
already
sent
out
for
delivery
and
I
would
have
to
file
another
complaint
and
request
a
refund.
The
arrangement
left
at
10
am,
and
arrived
at
the
destination
around
2:30
pm
-
even
though
my
friend
was
not
there
-
which
is
why
I
wanted
the
arrangement
set
for
the
day
before.
I
have
no
doubt
that
the
arrangement
was
not
freshly
made
-
instead
was
put
together
the
day
before,
even
though
corporate
told
me
that
policy
was
arrangements
should
be
arranged
on
day
of
delivery.
This
order
was
approximately
three
weeks
ago.
I
have
yet
to
have
been
contacted
by
the
store,
nor
any
follow
up
regarding
my
complaint
and
request
for
a
refund.
