    The delivery date was not met and the strawberries were rotten. Terrible customer service! The bigger issue is that on a corporate level, Edible Arrangements is aware that this store is awful and still, when you order from their website, defaults to this location; that's a big L on corporate. Why would they continue to promote a franchise location that has demonstrated repeatedly they care so little about the company name? I will never order from Edible Arrangements, at any location. A corporation that cares very little about their reputation does not deserve any of my hard-earned money.

    My dear friend from Texas ordered my daughter and I an arrangement to be delivered 10/31. It didn’t show up until 11/1 at 4pm, after she called to find out why they didn’t deliver the order. I was horrified to open the arrangement and find the fruit literally rotting from the inside out. My son attempted to eat a strawberry and spit it out because of its taste. I have called customer service twice and both agents have tried to get the store on the line. They do not pick up the phone during business hours. Ironically, I work in the food safety industry. The quality of food, service and delivery from this establishment is appalling.

    I received the most beautiful edible arrangement(strawberries were sour mushy)however the flowers sent were sad... pitiful I tried to revive, they were dying and cramped together literally looked like someone sat on them...I did not have the heart to tell the person who sent them to me....But I am sure she paid a pretty penny for cupcakes, flowers and the edible flowers. The live flowers were dead on arrival 😫 A pretty sad arrangement

    Terrible experience with this particular store. I’ve called and called, and always get auto-transferred to their corporate call center. I ordered on December 15th, for delivery to a friend I was flying to visit. I asked for delivery on Friday, December 17th, so that we could enjoy throughout the weekend. It was never delivered on Friday, nor over the weekend. It came on Monday (after I’d already flown home), and it was as if it had sat on the truck over the weekend. The fruit was mushy. Only the boxed nuts were any good. I called on Saturday; was on hold for at least 15 minutes before speaking with a human being. They were no help, whatsoever; they couldn’t get through to the store, either. I have continued to call the store, get transferred to the call center, and have had to hang up because I have a job and cannot be on hold for 20 minutes, waiting to speak to someone. I have already complained in writing, and have received no response. Will be filing a dispute with my credit card.

    I definitely should have read these reviews prior! I Don't typically write reviews, especially any that might negatively impact a business. However, I am compelled to do so here because the quality of attention and service from Edible Arrangements has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable for any customer- with high or low expectations. I would give this place zero stars, If not negative stars. The store NEVER answers their phone nor resolves any issues pertaining to a rescheduled delivery date after recipient wasn't home. I called for 2 days straight and was always placed on a long hold before someone from corporate answers the phone and who are not directly overseeing the order placement from the store. Instead, it seems they called the recipient (who unknowingly was to receive a birthday gift), denied a rescheduled delivery date, and asked her to go pick up her gift herself...a 30 minute drive. I was told a million times that a request was sent to the store to call me, no one ever did. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on and ultimately was forced to cancel my order due to their inability to make good on a service they advertise. I am extremely disappointed that what should've been a simple and wonderful birthday gift turned out to be one of the most inconvenient and unnecessarily frustrating experience for both myself and recipient who never received the gift on the scheduled delivery date of her birthday. In response to your message, the automated, generic attempt to "address" my concern is 2 days late and only inspired by my review versus actually responding to my constant requests to be reached by someone to try and salvage this order. Why did no one contact me upon my earlier requests? There is nothing left for EA to do as the problems already took place, the birthday already happened, and I will never consider another purchase from your store.

    I was skeptical about evening ordering from this place due to the fact that I was told the one in Palm Bay was bad. But I when I placed an order to this store I was hoping for satisfaction due to being told you guys were better. But unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I came in yesterday to pick up my order for a (valentine gift) which I thought it was perfect since it was short notice and quick. But when I came home and opened it notice there was mold. Crazy how someone can easily sell the product with out making sure it was fresh like it’s claimed out to be. Also because the fact that you guys are pricey I expected better than what I received. And I wasn’t trying to look at the negative reviews till I experienced it myself but man what a big disappointment it was. Now I see that you guys don’t care about customer service nor anybody well-being since all the reviews were pics of mold fruits. Can’t imagine what the store looks like. I will not shop with you guys again.

    I’m not sure how the store in Melbourne, FL is still running with all of the bad reviews. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on my mother-in-law’s bday on 7/24. She missed the delivery. They left this on her door and did not call to reschedule a delivery. The phone number on the door hang was invalid. She googled the correct phone number for the store in Melbourne, FL and twice, left voicemails, with no calls back. I also tried a few times, no answer or call backs. I called the customer service line, they tried to contact the store; no one answered, of course, but promised my order would be delivered within 24 hours. It wasnt. I went onto the website and emailed twice, I received no correspondence back for a refund. It was really difficult to try to get a hold of anyone to get this resolved as the customer service line is limited in open call hours and redirects you to leave voicemails after a few minutes, and no one calls back anyway. Although expensive, I’ve loved giving edible arrangements as gifts to loved ones for years, but this experience definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. It would be hard for me to order again without looking at the local reviews for the specific store that delivers.

    I ordered a bouquet and chocolate covered fruit a friend's birthday. When they arrived for her the flowers were wilted/dead and fruit didn't last more then 24 hours before they started growing mold. The bananas were gross and apples were bruised. I tried calling, left voicemail messages and have yet to receive a call back. No response either from the online submission.

    Missing half of my sons birthday order, the delivery lady told me “I don’t get the order ready, my manager does”. She said she’d pass along the message to her manager, I never heard back from the store. The strawberries were moldy, and the fruit was sitting in a plate of water. Such a disgrace for the cost. Do not order from this store, they never answer their phone.

    I placed an order online yesterday afternoon to be picked up by 5pm today. I wanted it as fresh a possible because we were supposed to meet with my mother for her birthday this evening at 7 and this was her gift. So I arrived at 4:45 at the store today just to be told that my order wasn't gonna be ready until tomorrow. There was also another women who placed her pick up time to be 5 and her order wasn't ready either. We both asked why our orders couldn't be ready today. We were told that because the kitchen closes at 4 and they complete orders an hour before pick up that our orders couldn't be completed since they had to clean the kitchen. But that our orders would be completed by tomorrow at 10 am. The women behind the counter apologized and said she doesn't know why the website does it that way but reassured us that they would be done by tomorrow. The other individual asked about a refund and we were told to contact customer service but that she personally couldn't do anything about a refund. So I left and immediately called customer service. I spoke with Anthony, recounted what just happened at the store. He kept trying to cut me off and immediately asked if I would like a refund. I told him yes and that I would also like to cancel my order since it will be too late. He placed me on hold and came back and told me that my request has been submitted at that I should hear a call back in 24 hours and if not, to call back again. I have worked in customer service before as I'm sure many have and this was awful. While I did not yell or through a fit I would have like to been given options rather than get a refund right away. This is appalling customer service. I will not be ordering from this company every again.

    I do not recommend this location for out of state orders. The arrangement was not delivered on the day expected rather sent the next day without any contact from the local store to ensure that next day delivery would be okay. I ordered the arrangement three days before the funeral for my friend's dad,, hoping sufficient time was allotted for it to be prepared and delivered. On the day set for delivery, I looked up the status of the order around 4:30 (after contact from her husband stating it was never delivered) When I looked up the status via the website at that time, it was still waiting to be arranged. At 5 pm, I looked up status again and it noted that it was being prepared. I kept checking in off and on for four hours, and the status remained the same. I contacted the number which transferred me to "corporate" in "Atlanta". They filed a formal complaint. They were unable to fully assist though noting that this is a local establishment. I contacted the next morning the local number only to put in contact with corporate. I was trying to contact the store since they did not contact me to let me know they were unable to fulfill their responsibility in delivery. I decided to cancel the order. In the midst of contacting the store, I was again transferred to corporate. They were trying to contact the local store while I was on the line with them and they were also unable to get in touch. However, while I was on the phone with them, they told me they just received "confirmation" that I had been contacted by the store and the arrangement was now being delivered. I informed corporate that, at that moment, I had received no contact from the store. I told "corporate" I wanted to still go through with cancelling the order - since the agreement was unfulfilled for the agreed delivery date. Unfortunately, the arrangement now could not be cancelled because it was already sent out for delivery and I would have to file another complaint and request a refund. The arrangement left at 10 am, and arrived at the destination around 2:30 pm - even though my friend was not there - which is why I wanted the arrangement set for the day before. I have no doubt that the arrangement was not freshly made - instead was put together the day before, even though corporate told me that policy was arrangements should be arranged on day of delivery. This order was approximately three weeks ago. I have yet to have been contacted by the store, nor any follow up regarding my complaint and request for a refund.

    Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. If I could give them a "0" star rating, or negative, I would. I placed an online order on Thursday for delivery Friday. 5pm rolled around Friday, no delivery. I called the store number, re-routed me to their 800 customer service number, told them that our office is closed, please have it delivered on Monday (I should note this was for my boss's for Boss's Day). Monday morning, I called the store number again, re-routed to the 800 customer service number. Asked if my order was on schedule to be delivered today. They called the store, no answer; put in a request for the store to call me, never got a call, never got my order. It is now Tuesday, Boss's Day long gone, I just want my money back. Called the local store number again, again re-routed to the 800 customer service number. Of course, they have to contact the store to get the refund and OF COURSE, no one is answering the phone at the store. They claim that if the store doesn't call me by tomorrow morning, I can call them back and they will issue the refund from their side. I don't know why I should have to wait any longer; store IS NOT going to call me, what makes them think they will. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT EVER order anything for delivery if you want it on time from this store. If the store is short-handed and can't make the deliveries, they shouldn't advertise that they deliver. I would have gone a completely different way and received the gifts for my bosses in time; now, too late to make any kind of difference. I just want my money back and NOW!!

    Excellent service! I ordered the night before it was to be delivered. One of the digits in the address was wrong. I called the next morning to correct it. I reached customer service and they updated my order, although it didn’t get updated by the time of the delivery. The girl delivering the order called because she couldn’t find the right address. She even called back to make sure the basket was placed in the right location outside the home. I appreciate this employee’s attention to detail. The fruit was great, and my family member was very happy with her birthday gift. Thank you!

    I purchased a arrangement for a valentines gift for my daughter! I paid for this back in January so I would make sure it would be delivered on time. So, 8pm at night on Valentines Day, no delivery. I called the Melbourne lake Washington phone number where it said it was coming from. I have called 5 times beginning at 3pm. I have left 4 messages and no one as ever called me back. The order says it is not even processed. Never again. I wish I would have read the reviews!! Please don’t waste your money or time. I am calling corporate tomorrow to get a full refund!! Totally unacceptable. I repeat,DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    This is one of the MOST disappointing business interactions I have ever had. I twice now have wasted over $100 for a delivery to either arrive several days late or not at all, from this location. My parents and mother in law both live near this location so I thought it would be nice to send a gift. The first order was DAYS late with no apology or discount. I brushed that off as a one time error. Today, on Mother’s Day, I have spent hours on the phone trying to figure out how I could spend so much money on two deliveries that I called twice to verify would be delivered on time, and once again no response and no delivery. I called on Thursday to verify our deliveries would be sent on time and the day before the holiday. Shut this location down please. This is unacceptable. Thanks for ruining THREE mothers, Mother’s Day. I hope you close permanently.

    Totally disappointed! Don’t waste your time ordering from this store. I ordered an Easter gift 8 days before Easter. I notified the recipient to expect a delivery from the Easter bunny and the recipient said they were excited as a kid...so I was excited too! The day AFTER it was supposed to be delivered, I get an email saying they were unable to deliver. No phone call and no attempt to deliver. I called the store, corporate office answered said the store was closed but they would send them a message to call me. No call. Called the store again, 5 days past delivery date, spent another 1/2 hour on the phone with corporate office because no one was at the store again. They asked me what I would like to do…I asked her how she would feel if she ordered a gift and it was never delivered and she had no reply from the store. She said all she could do is get approval from upper management for a refund. Approval was granted after spending another 1/2 hour on the phone. No explanation as to why. I told the representative that if I were her I would be looking for a new job because the business isn’t not going to last long if that’s the way they treat customers.

    ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM!! THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!! MY PRODUCT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED EARLY AM, STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED AND MY FIANCE IS LEAVING WORK!! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! IT WON'T LAST LONG POORLY RAN!!

    Did you see all the 1 star reviews- do not order anything from this location. I would also go as far to say do not order anything from edible arrangements at all as their poor customer service goes all the way up to their corporate headquarters. I was sent an arrangement and the sender paid for overnight delivery. I received the arrangement 3 days later than it was supposed to be delivered with missing items and rotting fruit. We have reached out to the company several times and no one returns calls or is willing to assist. Corporate also refused to assist. No offer of a refund or replacement. Overall, the entire experience was an insult. Insulting to the person that ordered the product and insulting to the person who received the product. Please do not order anything from this company.

    I'm giving 2 stars because they did make it right! An out of state friend sent me an edible arrangement. When the delivery driver arrived at the gate, a UPS driver was waiting (forever?) to get in also. The driver called my cell # however I was unable to answer. She left vm she would take the arrangement back to the store (30min away)and I could pick it up!!.? I called her right back, but she was driving. I also called the store a d left a mesdage. I recently had surgery. So no picking wasn't up was not an option... I asked if they could attempt delivery again...nope! She said she'd get in trouble. I found out who sent it...requested they cancel the order and refund. They couldn't do that either! I explained my dilemma, asked to speak to owner. He was not available.(Surprising) Finally she said another driver had a delivery on my same zip code. I am very pleased to have received the arrangement 5 hours later. Very happy with driver #2 who divered it. It is delicious. I am very disappointed in this Lake Washington store. Saying all this, I'm not positive if they do their own deliveries or it's thru Door Dash. Regardless, the service waS poor, although she thought she waS doing her best. She was here at the gate. A little patience would've made all the difference in the world!

    I ordered an arrangement and a balloon. The edible arrangement was delivered but the balloon was not. I've spent 3 weeks trying to get a refund. I contacted the store left several messages, completed the contact us form, emailed a corporate email (2x) for support...and nothing!! No one has contacted me about my refund. This is ridiculous. Prime example of bad business practices. Do not purchase from this store.

    I purchased an arrangement online because I live in Las Vegas Nevada to be delivered on June 30. I even called them the morning of to verify that everything was OK and it was going to be on time they guaranteed me it was going to be there by 7 PM and they never showed up. They never sent me a confirmation email or a courtesy phone call or anything . That’s it with edible arrangements I’m done with them. I love their product, but this is the second time I’ve had an issue with them very unreliable. Wonder how much trouble I’m going to have getting my money back.

    After placing my order, by chance I decided to look up the location I ordered from (I'm in New Jersey and was sending to my parents in Rockledge). I was really concerned about the poor reviews that this location in Melbourne received. I even attempted to cancel my order out of concern, but was not able to do so. Anyway, my order arrived to my parents early in the day on the date I selected. There were no issues with bad/old fruit. I even asked my mother to check everything thoroughly before eating, and she said everything looked and smelled fresh. Everything went perfectly with my order. No issues at all and I'm very pleased.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. I tried to send an arrangement to my sister, we recently lost our Mother and I wanted to do something nice for her for Mother’s Day. Not only has she not received the arrangement (a week later) but I’ve called and emailed multiple times and no one has contacted either of us about it. I live out of state, in a different time zone, this could not be more inconvenient for me to try and figure out.

    Ordered an arrangement for Easter to be delivered the day before. My order status remained at the "arranging" status until I got a call at 4:30, 30min before the store closed, saying they missed me while I was out running errands. Never got a call to schedule a time for me to be home to receive the order. Never got a notification on my order tracking that it was out for delivery. Never got an option to request for them to leave the order on my doorstep. Huge bummer because this was for an Easter gift, I'm glad they're closed for Easter but now I have no gift for my wife. PLEASE just fix your ordering method so we can schedule a drop off time range. Or call us an hour before delivery. Or let us choose for a drop off without a signature. I had no way to accept the delivery other than to just stay home all day, which I can't do. Please fix it, it's not that hard.

    Only giving a 1 star because I can’t give no stars. Ordered an arrangement for my husbands birthday to be delivered. Never arrived, can’t reach anyone. Left multiple messages, showed up at the store and it’s closed. The number on the door isn’t a working number either. Horrible business. Do not recommend. I tried this location because a previous order from the Palm Bay location never showed for my daughter. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone to get my money back. Currently disputing the charge on my card. I don’t know how anyone can operate a business like this!
