I saw the price of an item, I picked a few from the first floor to the ground floor to check out, only to be told that the prices on the items are old, they have been reviewed in the system. I felt like to.

Melcom is always a good place for shopping. It's a big shopping place for Sunyani really. The place is well stocked up,ranging from household items to toiletries to home appliances clothes etc. Its quite impressive. They also have POS which means it's not a cash only place. Their staff is friendly and render good services. It could be air hot and stuffy in there atimes. They have no air conditioning in the pace6. It has a good car park and nice compound. Quite a nice place for shopping.

The place isn't as big as the Melcom shops in Accra/Kumasi and also doesn't have enough goods compared to them.

It's a fine place. Aside their 0.99 deceptive price tags, its a cool place to do your shopping for imported goods. Imported goods are mostly cheaper than locally sourced goods when compared with other shops except for bottled water for example.

Melcom has made shopping more easy and convenient for the people of Sunyani and it's environs. All kinds of things are sold here, from Electronics / Electrical gadgets, All kinds of Drinks, Television, home theaters, electric iron, Carpets, Chairs, Curtains. Wardrobes, Blenders etc. They have the place covered with security cameras, so your safety is assured. Have well trained customer service personnels.

It is a cozy place, with excellent service and variety of offers, I think it must have its own transport to transport the merchandise of its clients to their homes, especially large electrical effects, and its image would be more impressive if it had a cafeteria where it would serve light foods.

After paying for my stuff, I had to go to another counter for the items to be checked off the receipt one by one. I wasn't amused at all by the way my time was wasted 😕

Very unprofessional and will delay your time after you have purchased goods. As expensive as their products are, they still waste time on packing. They have people you pay to them, people you have to send to different people to package then stamp then go to the security to check out again. So unprofessional and time wastage. Should improve upon their security.

I really love the place & will keep on buying from there. Just that sometimes, the reception by some of the staff is not welcoming. Example, some indirectly extort money from customers & I have been a victim. I hope management will find ways & means to address that.

Not enough attendants around when you need help and their check-out process makes the shopping process unnecessarily long.

I say this because the prices of items on the shelves do not match that which the systems at your check-out counter record.
