UMaT is the best engineering inclined University in West Africa. Bet you, UMaT has got the best university community with diverse cultural activities and lifestyles. UMaT has got world class lecture halls , administrative structures with elevators , computer laboratories, perfect auditorium that holds massive programs and lastly, the best place to enjoy local and continental dishes. In fact , pay us a visit at UMaT because we are not all about academics.

It's has conducive environment for learning, surrounded by affordable hostels for the comfort of students. It rains often but the weather can be very hot when the sun shines. More so, standard of living is high. Regardless, it's a nice place to live.

-Pricing, moderately affordable. -Broadband connectivity, very strong and fairly fast. -Ambience, Quite. -Rooms, spacious - Parking, needs more space - Cuisine- work on it! - Customer service; on point! Look out for one Evelyn - Other Amenities; no pool, small restaurant, laundry. In summary: not your regular 5 star hotel but Asempa meets the needs of anyone who just popped into town for a few days and wouldn’t want to break the bank to pay for hotel bills. If you fall within this bracket then this place is for you.
