Ok so I applied when I was in school and was sent a message to go for the processing on the 18th it was actually my first time and errrhm.... it was such an experience I got meet other people and you know Ghanaians will always want to create misunderstandings , the reception was great just that I waited for long 🤣🤣.

People told me I won't get my passport early if I don't pay extra money but I had it in two months with pay extra. The workers there are all lovely, there are directions and labels which makes it easier to move.

I love this place. The reception is superb. You're not harrassed or intimidated by any Staff. The seats available for clients however seem fewer than than necessary. People should be ware of unauthorized persons near the office who may play the middle roles.

The environment is very tidy. Applicants are given a very warm welcome at the reception desk, they are also treated fairly. First-come-first-served principle is applied to all applicants. Would be applicants must beware of guys around the office who play the role of middle men.

I have done my passport here on two occasions; one was my first passport in the old building, and the other was when my passport got misplaced and got replaced in the current location. The first one was very fluid and simple. And I got my passport after 3 months. The second one wasn't as smooth as I thought it would. I was told that since my passport is missing; 1. I needed a police report/statement from the regional police headquarters 2. I needed to swear an affidavit in court. All these processes required some spending. After securing these documents, same day, the actual passport processing was fluid. This time around, I received my passport in within a month. The staff really meant business, I'm impressed by their performance.
