O.A. Travel & Tours located at Behind Labour Office Asafo, Kumasi, Ghana provides services in Travel & Tours. Few times i travelled through this service from kumasi to paga, Burkina border. Although it was long journey and road is single but I enjoyed this travel. It was bit late, but overall it is good. They also offer parcel service on cheap rates. Now i am in my homeland. But i miss Ghana and kumasi. Long live Ghana

Quick service but the air conditioning is too much because old ladies have to cover themselves with cloth after several complaining the driver rather increased the air con. Probably he has no knowledge that during cold temperatures, the joints of the old people aches.

OG when it comes to travelling in Ghana is safe and comfortable

It's nice being there.

Driver picked up people on full bus and had items packed in the middle the bus that people had to jump over items and some had to be dropped before people could go off the bus. And it turned to a fight in the bus. Driver turned music on and so high simple because people were complaining. Buying executive ticket for 150gh and going through that is terrible. O.A needs to respect themselves cause I believe this is happening all the time and managers know about it and someone higher needs to hear this cause I for one I'm not boarding O.A again and so many people. The bus is Hyundai and the year of registration is 2016.

Among the popular coaches that ply long journeys in the country, OA has a terrible customer service. They are not time conscious. We customers complain, they disregard and some insult and exchange words with customers. If there are other coaches apart from OA, you’re better off traveling with them.

A bus terminal at circle. You can use their buses to every part of Ghana especially to capital cities all over the country. Their drivers are very good.

I boarded the executive bus from Kumasi to walewale, infact the luggage inside the pathway was too much making movement very difficult.if management I address the issue for we the passengers we will appreciate that.you have experience drivers.thank you

The bus spoilt an hour after take off. Passengers asked for a change of bus since we were not far from Kumasi, they refused. After 45 minutes we took off and it got spoilt again after 1 hour. They then called for a new bus! Spent 15 hours on a 9 hour journey!! This is not the first time this has happened! I'm done with them!!!

The bus from deobo to Accra is mostly loaded with goods more than what the bus should carry and again they don't leave at the said time. But the bus from sunyani to Bolgatanga is doing great. In all there is room for improvement and yes, they are doing well.

Poor services They don't work with their giving time. The Bus from Techiman to Accra had no window curtains, air conditioner wasn't working and when it started raining 😑 there were leakages from the window edges. Communication was poor 😪, the driver stops and does few works on the bus with his conductor with telling the passengers a thing.

The executive coach was spacious and the conductor was very helpful. But the station master I think is not straight forward and also there was delay in departure time. In a whole, I think you can provide a better service. Thank you.

Was a smooth ride just that there were minor faults on the bus including a burst tire.

The place is good just that they don't have rest rooms for their visitors.

They have nice buses though but needs to work more on their drivers and their communication skills and also how passengers are handled

Their services are detororiating over the years. They do not adhere to departure times which causes unusual delays. Management has to ensure the reinforcement of systems.

The O.A was very bad today. We spent so many hours on road . We were going to Bunkpurugu but the driver had to taken as to Bolgatanga I'm

Poor service. Our bus broke down and the one sent to redeem us also could not move after loading. It took a third bus to take us to Bolgatanga.

I've used OA from childhood True,it was the best but their cars easily gets stack on the road nowadays I hope they fix that oh and most of the drivers are slow it's takes like 12 hours to get to Kumasi from bolga. Trust me it's very tiring anyway their transportation fee it's very affordable as compared to other transport stations.

OA has minivans and long buses that usually goes to the northern part of Ghana... Very comfortable

OA Travel and Tours have been the most trusted and reliable transport company that takes passengers from Accra or Kumasi and links the people even into hinterlands of this country Ghana. Good Buses for long distance travelling, comfortable, newer buses and improved service quality than previous years, they are really trying to give VIP a good competition now, will always go with them for routes like Accra - Wa

If someone gives me 1,000 times to speak or talk about O A Travel and Tours I could speak more than a million times about OA. For the past 18 years this has been my Brand of travel when it comes transport. They have comfortable luxurious coaches with very good knowledgeable drivers with Technical know how with mechanical knowledge about their vehicles. The television movies they show on board and the credible spots they park in times of need because they don't stop at dangerous places. Because the drivers know the routes and know the robbery prone areas. If you want to consider travel to anywhere in Ghana you need to consider OA Travel and Tours

Went to pick a parcel. The process was less cumbersome compare to VIPex

A very good transportation company to travel with. The drivers are well experienced and ahead patience in driving. They offer a parcel service with moderate charges. Their customer service experience is not all that good, though they deliver. Senders are obliged to make payments of parcel before their good are sent. U can get buses to places such as Tamale, Bolga, Accra etc they also have small vehicles that take passengers to Accra at a lower cost compared to the buses. The parcel service do accept mobile money payments.

Good buses sometimes but during Christmas the can bring old old cars to help in the demand which sometimes involve in the buses breakdown

OA Travel and Tours is a bus terminal where one can board a good bus to Accra. They have quality buses and fine cars for travelling. Tourists are also assured of their interest in securing car for tours. The terminal is just near the Asafo labour office and behind the Puma filing station. The terminal is spacious and has some petty traders around. A passenger feels at home because this terminal is not noisy like other stations in the Kumasi metro. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.
