Bestik is a typical food from the city of Solo. This food is like typical Javanese food with a dominant sweet and savory taste. I ordered to takeaway beef bestik and tongue omelette, I didn't a special taste for this food. The price is relatively expensive with not so much meat topping. IT'S WORTH IT! You must try it when you visit Surakarta

The waiting time is very long (around 30-40 mins). The drink served took around 15 mins. The price is okay (up to 35k per dish & 5k per drink). The food is not really my cup of tea. However, our family must-order dishes are Bistik daging, Bistik lidah, Lidah goreng, Elek-elekan. I really enjoy the usus kulit side dish.

Greatest solo bistik in south east Asia!

Bestik is the Javanese take on beef steak. The establishment has been around for as long as I can remember. I say that it's probably the best Bestik in town. My favorite menu here is the Beef toungue Bestik, fried beef toungue, nasi goreng. The beef toungue is fork tender, good amount of toungue & yummy. The fried rice was surprisingly good. It has the all important "wok hei" that differentiate good fried rice from great fried rice. For me, the fried rice can feed 2 people, but I'd like my own portion of beef toungue steak. The outlet also provides e-wallet payment with Gopay so you have to worry when you are cash-less.

One of local culinary in solo. The taste is very good, sweet (just like another solo's cuisine), and affordable enough for price. But maybe you should wait longer for it. I ordered Risoles Kuah, taste great.

Bestik is one of comfor food when in Solo, anywhere in the city this bestik can be found they serve quick, not so aesthetic serving but comfy enough after long journey needed some eating

Waiting time is too long, 1 hours even the drink hasn’t been served. The lidah bestik is one of my recommendations. The taste is sweet, so don’t expect to much.

It’s fusion between Java n Western cuisine for meatlovers especially n you still need some rice to be full since carbs are not really present in the dish - except for nasi goreng of course - Honestly, I find better taste for same dish nearby so I’m sorry no 4 stars

Visited this place while on Christmas vacation and the food was just okay. I ordered bestik daging, dadar lidah, and risol kuah. Typical Javanese food it's majority sweet. While the price is cheap, the culinary was unique. However, it didn't quite meet my expectations. But overall, it's average dining experience imo.

This is really local cuisine, call it Bestik.. quite sweet for who those doesn't try yet but you never know if you never try. So please try... Taste quite different when many customers come to this warung but overall is tasty.
