Great restaurant that serves authentic and delicious local Solo cuisine, decorated top to bottom with very fine Javanese and local furniture and antiques. While waiting for my dinner of Pecel Solo and Nasi Liwet (which didn't take long), I enjoyed having a look around at all the antique pieces which populated the first floor. If felt like I was at both a gallery and museum. The food was excellent, and the service was great. Parking was also plentiful. Overall, great experience, and a must dine if you're visiting Solo.

Where to next? Lunch bell rang and we heading to Restaurant Pecel Solo. My-my! Ambiance really a stand-out. As if you have walked into someone’s rustic and traditional those days house. Regardless, let me tell you that being seated in the stuffy, cramped dining area and hardly any space breather to move around was not a comfort zone. Food by far too was not a major delicious pop-up. In fact, just so-so and pretty much only acceptable. Pretty much the same like those we have already tucked into in other eateries Maybe those were far out much better. Nevertheless, in all fairness, credit due, not high distinction though, must be credit given right? Rice set meal and dessert were not winners, but did reflect how a traditional Indonesian meal should be.

Located at Jl. Prof.DR. Supomo, Surakarta. Served very nice authentic javanish food. Nice interior and ambience overall. Unique, classic and very artistic. Old style Javanese house. With the affordable price, you can enjoy the genuinely taste of Javanese food.

Love this restaurant. The quintessential Traditional Solo Cuisines, culture, history and architecture. Honestly, the best part of Solo for me, as everything else the city offered weren’t good for me.

😍Beautiful place with the great interior . 🤔This place have lots of 4-5 stars review . So i want for Pecel dinner. 🤨The Pecel taste ? 1 of the Vegi was spoiled and tasted bad. I tried pecel in many of the indonesia cities . This place tasted worst . Although the price is moderate.And the rice 🍚 I saw hving ant 🐜 (of course died). 🥤 The drink ? Taste Ok . The Tahu ? Just ok with lots of oil 😱 I saw on the wall of restro having many achievements n groups pics . But maybe it was thier bad luck that they served me spoiled vegi .

Went here on a national holiday where some of their staff were off. Waited for a long time before our food was served. The cashier system needs an improvement. Recent system would make a long queueing line. Food orderinf system also needs an improvement. Especially when staff is not enough and there are lunch boxes orders. The live music here always entertaining.

Good Food... Nice authentic javanese indoor interior... Has live music with good accoustic players with guitar and cajon.. Only just no sign for smoking or non smoking Area.... So if u have child, pick a seat away from smokers...

Unique interior; you can feel the vibe of Java within. The Pecel itself was super; they serve various vegetables in a plate, and it was a complete one (Kembang Turi is my fav). Highly recommended for families and friends for a gathering.

The restaurant has big tables and long chairs, fit for family dining or gatherings. The interior is unique with traditional Javanese touch. The upstairs floor are even more unique. Many variety of Javanese food shown as window display, which is very tempting, but the food tastes are not so special. Price is so so.

I didn't have any picture of the food or place since i'm running out of battery while i was here but the bakmi godog and sosis solo taste so good! Definetly reorder both of it again. Staff also very friendly.

Ambience is good, food is nice, but what make me give rating 3 is I found out that several cocroaches running around the food, especially in the vegetables prepared for pecel while the mbak server is just seeing it and do nothing to prevent it, not even try to clean it. I think a major cleaning is required in this place especially in the food display.

pecel solo resto is a genuine javanese restaurant serving all javanese food and drinks especially solo city. I ordered rice liwet Solo and es teler with a special taste of Solo

What a nice place to get some unique Javanese food in Solo. The place also quiet nice, clean, and not too crowded. The accessibility also good, maybe lack of car parking (only for 2-3 cars at most) but it also a problem for other restaurants in here.

Best place for tourist to get brunch. Live music, good place to sitting around, well decorated place, nice to get IG pics. Food is decent, many2 options
