Judging on how people would like to line up to have a meal in this place from 2 AM, I'm sure that this place has something special. And I prove myself correct when I decide to have a plate of nasi gudeg at 4 AM, it's not too sweet like one of the most famous gudeg in Yogyakarta, and the sambal is really great. One of the best gudeg I've ever had

This is one the legendary gudeg in Solo. Gudeg is slow cooked young jackfruit with coconut milk sauce. Place : its easy to find, easy to park your vehicle. Food : to be honest it is a lot different with the past but it is still good. The chicken feet is very good. Drink : a standard hot/ ice tea Price : a bit pricey for standard Solo culinary Overall, this place brings a lot of memory for me since i used to eat there when i was teenage. Queeing for a gudeg in the middle of the night (2 am) is something.

Although price seems debately unfair at some points, this place is still a legend to the people who love to stay up late or culinary enthusiasts.

This is the best Gudeg Ceker in Indonesia. lol Very tasty, tender and warm. The place opened at 1 am and very much in demand by local residents and travelers from out of town. I will definitely come back if coming to Solo city.

Arrived at Solo around 3 am in the morning and we directly went to this Gudeg Ceker. I have never had Gudeg Ceker especially at this hour, it turned out people in Solo use to have gudeg at midnight till dawn. The taste was lighter than gudeg Yogya, not too sweet and the ceker were very tender and fell off easily from the bone. We spend around 150rb for 3 nasi gudeg ayam, 5 pcs ceker and 3 hot tea. The chicken was not even fully quarter, compare to Gudeg Sagan this one is actually expensive. I suggest you all just order nasi gudeg without chicken.

Gudeg with the taste of solo origins, very much love it, it opens from 1.30 AM till 6 AM in the morning, not so expensive, taste are very tasty , small portion, nor suitable for they who really craving for foods..lol, for me its just like snacks in the morning. But really worth to try. Chicken feets menus are also one of the most popular items people usually order here.

im sorry for giving such a 3 stars. the gudeg tastes more like regular sayur nangka, ive tasted better gudeg than this. there is no other selection of cooked vegetable. too many broth in it. a bit disappointed but overall its just an ok food. nothing special.

The best place to go after getting off the night train from Gambir Jakarta at 2AM. The cakar (ceker) is quite pricey, but absolutely worth it. The meat comes right off the bones and they provide you a plate for the bones. You can order half portion. You can order any combination with the gudeg, such as with tofu, tempe, chicken, etc. I also love that when you order "teh anget", they will serve it to you the way you want it. Be prepared for cash as they don't accept credit card.

The atmosphere is really different right now....after pandemics era They moving their selling area from outdoor side (at road side trottoir) into small building at the opposite sides. The old lady (Bu Kasno) also don't take part as the big iconic icon anymore. She wasn't there to selling as centerpoint for offering/selling the food

This Gudeg, Javanese food, has a different taste from its origin, Jogjakarta, the taste is delightful and sweeter… and the best thing is ceker ayam, chicken feet. The food has rice and a original sauce with variety toppings: Ceker Ayam, Thigh or Breast Chicken, Tofu, and Seasoned Boiled Eggs.

This place is a legend among Solonese. And although it's now run by the second generation, it still manages to keep up with its legendary status as one of the best street food places in the city.

It is too expensive and unfortunately the taste is change. Eventhought their ceker is nice but it take pricely.
