Fried chicken is quiet delicious. But yes a lil bit pricey for Solo price grade i think.

Its tasty but the waitres looks not understand about the menus. Ayam goreng is very nice. But ikan gireng is very small even for one person. The place is little bit dark. So its not comfortable for dinner.

The fried chicken was good, but its selat was not. The portion was small, even for me😅 And it is a bit pricey compared to other similar restaurant in Solo. Its parking area probably fit to 2-3 cars only. The ambience was not refreshing, but its cleanliness is okay. Tips: better to order in the package menu rather than ala carte. They'll charge you even higher.

One of the best local fried chicken more than 50 years. Before Madukoro restaurant located at road between Solo and Kartasura, but since 2013 moved to this new location, nearer to Solo city. You could taste local fried chicken, very delicious, one whole fried chicken might be not enough for 5 people, so you must order directly 2 whole fried chicken or grilled chicken. Price for 1 whole fried chicken is Rp 105.000, and you also must order local gudeg cuisine Rp 20.000 and plain white rice. Traditional and simple restaurant atmosphere could influence your feeling back to village atmosphere long time ago.

A little bit pricey but this is Jokowi (Indonesia President) favorite. The chicken taste and meat is very good. And they have good tea too

Dark, a lot of mosquitos, a lil dirty. Not as spacious as it look in the photos. The Soto wasn't good at all. Ayam Goreng just so-so.

The fried chicken is a legend. In the 80s when I was a child, I often stopped at this restaurant when this resto was in Kertasura on my way from Jakarta to Surabaya with my parents. After decades now I take my kids to eat here and they love it. RM Madukoro has moved to this palce but the deliciousness of the fried chicken is still the same...
