The room in 4th floor is not too clean. I found that the floor is sticky. The first time I entered the room, it smells smoke. The bathroom is clean, but sometimes the water is dirty. However it is located in a busy area, in a commercial area. You can easily find something to buy that you can take home for your family. The service is quite good. The staffs are polite and really nice when you ask something.

Booked superior room with queen bed, come to the receptionist to get info that the queen bed is full booked, why they didn't update the data in the booking app. And they already called me twice to checking the time I arrived, even though I already write it in the booking app. This is the worst experience I have ever when I book a hotel room

Das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je war. Die Zimmer sind dreckig und die Aussicht ist auf eine bemalte Wand. Wir waren 7x an der Rezeption und kommen einfach nicht in unser Zimmer. Der Service ist unterirdisch schlecht. Man sagt in 5min wird es repariert und nach 1.5h war immer noch niemand da. Als dann endlich jemand kam, verstand er nicht, dass die Tür nicht funktioniert, sondern er war der Meinung, dass das Telefon nicht funktioniert. Ich spreche kein bahasa Indonesia und der Staff sprach kein Englisch. Dementsprechend war die Kommunikation schwierig. Letztendlich bekamen wir dann eine Managerkarte, weil keine andere Karte funktioniert. Ein anderes Zimmer haben wir natürlich auch nicht bekommen. Für den Preis bin ich echt enttäuscht und es ist einfach eine Unverschämtheit, dass man nur belächelt wird und man nicht wirklich Hilfe bekommt. Wirklich das schlechteste Hotel ever.

The place is clean though it's an old hotel. The staffs are friendly. Location is quite strategic, near many local restaurants and a little mall selling cell phones. It also has a roof top for dinner and breakfast. Overall, good hotel.

Located near to pasar klewer, and batik stores are along the road where the hotel is located. The room is poor. i ask a non smoking room, and what i get is room with cigarette smoke smells. Bathroom door was broken, coffee/tea maker was broken. Just worth the price. But the staff was very helpful, and very nice also.

Poor experience, booked at this hotel and came at 12.30pm, and room ready at 3.30pm, waiting for more than 2 hours for the room, without compensation the receptionists don't even know how to check the booking email from traveloka and the manager didn't respond to complain customer service call also poor, no one pick up, also no one standby in the parking lot, have to park by yourself you all have another much better option, even better and cheaper hotels

The reception staff was not very friendly. Room was dirty and dusty. With an asthmatic guest, this was a disappointing experience. Ants were everywhere, even after getting the room cleaned. I also asked for a new pair of room sandals but never got them. The air conditioning was not working properly, even in the coldest settings, I was sweating in my sleep. I don't think there's enough understanding that service and cleanliness is needed for a hotel to run. The only good thing about this place is the location. But if you need to sleep in a clean place, this is just not for you. It's very unfortunate that the good things about this hotel will probably go down the drain because of the rooms.

Avoid this hotel. The hotel is not like the pictures. I was given a dirty room, i asked to please change the room. They showed me 2 more rooms. All dirty and in very poor condition. I didn't want to stay there and asked a refund. The personal in reception was very helpful and kind, but woops, they did not know how to do a refund. The manager should teach the basic things to the employees. It seems the direction doesn't care at all about the condition of hotel.

This place is good because near to anywhere but for cleaning too much bad how come they leave dirty place at the restaurant it’s too disgusting.I hope management can fixed their work thank you.overall just fine not much good

The hotel is comfortable, it has good ambiance and the bar on the rooftop is quite good. The room is clean and has complete facilities. The aircond also works well as well as the water heater. But, the bathroom sometimes has a bad smell probably the water heater needs to be checked or cleaned since after that the water smells a bit bad. The price is average and the location is not far from any places. It is a good place to stay with family or partner.

Was there with family. Took two rooms. It was big and overall meet all expectations: clean, acceptably fast enough wifi to make business transaction, really helpful and friendly staffs. Location wise, it is located in a good point to start exploring the city. The room rate is very affordable. Highly recommended for those who want to stay and enjoy without having to spend too much on it

The place is neat and comfy. But theres a problem such as the port is misplaced, theres no table or anything near the port to put anything. Also the bathroom had a few of cockroaches and the shower is not in a good condition.

One thing i love about this hotel is they have a rent free bike, and close to shopping centre and street food. The room is big, i like that. The breakfast sent to my room since i stayed here in this Covid-19 pandemi and it was okay. Not many place of electricity to charge all of my device (ipad, phone, mini rice cooker, etc). One thing it missing is the tissue is only in one place which is toilet.

A nice hotel right within the heart of Solo City. It is just a walking distance to the center of the crowds. The hotel was quite old but still nice, the rooms are spacious enough. We didn't try the foods since we choosed the rooms only option with no breakfast. The room rates were quite cheap. We stayed here for 2 nights n was quite satisfied since we could just walk to get meals, ice creams n other stuffs. The staffs were friendly, polite n helpful. All in all, it was a real nice budget hotel that gives you more room spaces. Nice going ...

I can't give detailed review because i'm not stay in this property. But, i visited it twice. The staffs were really nice and sincere. You could see in their eyes. Tried to hang at their rooftop. It is well-design and have good atmosphere also options of activity.

Small parking spaces, weak AC, hot water was unstable and my window headed to a wall. But it's cheap tho! And the staff was helpful. It's quite strategic too. Food was ok but short in numbers.

Location of this hotel was the best. Center of downtown. BF was so so.... Variety of foods were limited. Coffee was so bad... But this place was value for money

Last time I visited this hotel was in 2013. Not much change since then. The service was still awesome. I left my blanket and the staff was helping a lot by making sure the blanket was there and assisting in handing it to the courier to be sent back to me. Thanks a lot!

A very affordable hotel in the center of solo, this hotel offers you a nice and clean room, and if you're into biking, this hotel provide a bike rent for only 30k a day marvellous

Affordable, clean, friendly helpful staff, especially front office staff very accommodative. Walking distance to local attractions in the city.

*POOR EXPERIENCE* -The room is not on a well condition like the pictures -Ac dont run well -Some of the bathroom doors cant be locked -Bathroom is dirty -The card they gave to enter the room may not work -The electronic lock on the door may constantly beep -WIFI doesnt even work -The receptionist also didnt prepared the room for the booking so you might have to wait for the receptionist to find a room and floor you wanted. But the staff is patient and OK.
