December 2019 holiday season was my third staying in this hotel. The hotel is quite new and clean. Simple design with fair price. You should bring your own toiletries or buy at hotel. I got cheaper price when I booked using red planet app. Anyway, the staff called me (after I checked out) to tell me that I left my iphone. I appreciate it, thank you. They have valet parking especially when the hotel parking area is not available. However sometimes it becomes an issue when we are in a rush.

Excellent front desk staff - very polite and helpful. Rooms are very small but well designed (light switches, power plugs and mirrors where you need them) and have very comfortable beds. Location is convenient - close enough to walk to the train station and some tourist attractions, with lots of food nearby. Room service was a nice surprise at this price point. Really good deals sometimes available on booking sites. You can hear a little bit of road noise during the day, but it quietens down at night so you can sleep well. Cleanliness was adequate where it mattered (sheets were clean, and towels were changed regularly during my stay) although the bathroom was a bit stained and looked like it was due for a good scrub, and there were crumbs in the corners of the room left from previous guests (I think this may be due to how small the room is - it must be quite hard to clean into the corners when there's only 6 inches between the bed and the wall). The shower needed maintenance (the shower head was damaged so that all the water came out on one side). Overall, i was happy with my stay.

Recommended, clean, queen size bed, good price. even though they provided limited parking space, around 15 cars, but at night, they will park other cars that have no parking lot to other parking space.

I only stayed for a night at this place but I was very impressed with the quality service of this budget friendly hotel. First of all, I booked through agoda and paid around 20bucks so I wasn’t expecting much, however to my surprise, the room was clean, compact with hair dryer on the wall, hanger on the side corner, even the tv and wifi were all working properly. They also provide towels, drinking water and 3 in 1 soap, conditioner and shower gel. Very good place to stay!

Stayed here 2 nights during my business trip in Solo. For a budget hotel, I found this accommodation more than enough. The location is very strategic, you can get to several hot spots very easily. Prices here are also affordable, and the room was clean. The only thing lacking here is a table for workplace. They facilitated a foldable table on the wall, but it’s still not as comfortable as having a proper desk for working with laptop.

Nice place to stay in Solo. The hotel is quite small but seems spacious inside. This hotel supports the eco friendly environment by providing the glass for drinking the water not a mineral bottle water. The facilities are quite complete. Nice service and nice staffs too. The welcome is warm. Clean and support the health protocol.

Dont expect the best for comparison. But u want to get through ur night comfortably? U need clean place to rest for a night, u need a place to sleep that is not costly? Red Planet here is the place in Solo. Apart from friendliness of the service, u can expect more from what u spend. 5 stars for all of those.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Staffs are helpful and they clean my room without me asking. They don't offer bottled mineral water but you get free flow from dispenser.

I stayed one night in this place and the room is quite nice and clean considering the price. It is small but they have good amenities, such as hair dryer. Bathroom also clean and in a good standard. The only downside is the service, they dont have phone inside the room but they provide a phone in each floor to contact the resepsionis. But when we called, there was no one answering so we had to go down to the lobby for help. The place is strategic and there are a lot of good restaurant near by, such as Warung Pendopo. Also it is not far from the train station. Overall i have a nice stay, but the resepsionis service need to be improved.

This is your standard, no-frills, 3-star hotel. It's fine if you're on a budget, but nothing about this hotel is extraordinary. The room is okay if you just want to sleep. The bedsheets were old and a bit frayed. There was no electric kettle inside the room, but there was a water dispenser for the floor near the lift. My stay came with free breakfast buffet -- it consisted of a lot of fried food. The taste was okay if you just want to fill your stomach in the morning. The hotel has no laundry service, but there is a laundromat shop right in front of the hotel. They can also deliver your laundry to the front desk if you can't pick up before they close.

Suitable for budget hotel. The room is clean, bed is soft. There are ac & fan inside, so you can choose which one to use. There's no welcome drink and no coffee maker either. Bathroom is clean, there is only soap, better bring your own toiletries. The thing I like is 'free hairdryer' in the room. We didn't booked room with breakfast so we can't review the breakfast menu.

Red Planet (now Monoloog) is my favorite place to stay in Solo. The location is great, close to Solo Balapan station, Paragon mall, great eateries such as Pecel Solo and Vien's. The room was spick and span, including the bed. The rain shower head was huge with adequately pressured water, hot water running smoothly, ensuring satisfying shower every time. All of the staffs were friendly and helpful as well. I never tried the food though.

For me it's a pretty good place to stay at Surakarta, nice rooms, it's also free if you want to refill your bottle, all in all great

It's a budget Hotel so do not expect anything fancy. Pretty decent with basic necessities, clean comfortable room, clothes hanger, TV, charger pods, toiletries. Receptionist is helpful. Only the breakfast is not really good. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay while you in Solo, affordable price too.. Will be back next time..

Better than in bekasi. But still, they didn't have setrika and to contacting receptipnist need apps which takes time

So so hotel, not so fancy and luxurious but affordable with it price. The Google price is not fit to real price, if you want to stay at this hotel, you should go to agoda and tiket or whatever platform. The staffs is nice, also the rooms. But the parking lot is limited, but the parking staffs will help you to place you car. The resto is not good, better to order meal from another place. Overall it is a recommended

Good hotel , cleaness and low budget

Just like other reviews, Iike to stay in this hotel. The room was a bit cramped but it was clean and well-organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. I just think that the lobby is not spacious enough for the guests. And I guess it needs a kind of canopy extending from the lobby door and around the building. It's troublesome to go out and come to the cars when it's raining heavily and when it's hot outside. However, this is a good hotel to stay. 🙏🙏

Nice places to sleep, amenities are quite complete as well, room a bit small since we took dual twin rooms. But overall recommended place to rest

Good location, close to any food you need. Smoke detector function very well because once I unaccidentally turn it on while fogging sterilize my room. Not to comfort for work since no working desk and small space
